Helena is very knowledgeable in her products and extremely thoughtful. They don't try to sell you anything but really try to help you select the products that best suit your needs and budget. I saved so much money not buying unnecessary and useless things. With that said, I bought pretty much all my Grohe plumbing supplies for 2 bathrooms and my kitchen hood from this place. The price is unbeatable and sometimes cheaper than what's online. Joe will bend over backwards trying to help you. Due to project delays, I had to keep all my supplies at Joe's place for over half a year! In addition, towards the end of the project, I had issues with a hood I bought from Pacific and had to get a different hood. Joe spent a long time talking to me on the phone analyzing what works for my kitchen. He even rush delivered the product to me so I get it in a timely manner. I would most certainly recommend this company to anyone going through a bathroom remodel for all the plumbing items they'd recommend.

Katerina not only designed the layout for a basically reimagined kitchen (as well as a living room niche with a cabinet and shelves and a vanity for the bathroom) but helped me find appliances and fixtures and advised on color schemes and decor. Most crucially, Katerina calmly and expertly troubleshooted through an unexpected joist issue that necessitated rethinking one whole section of the kitchen. Although one cabinet had to be removed from the design in order to keep a post in place, she took the opportunity to add another cabinet that more than made up for it, as well as to McGyver a whole new additional storage area where it had seemed impossible. In a small space, this is invaluable! I am absolutely loving my thoughtfully designed new space with its beautiful, high-quality cabinets. Katerina is the best!

First, I've always been impressed by the engineering knowledge and comprehensive thought that go into their kitchen designs. They pay close attention to the smooth functionality of their cabinets and the ergonomics of kitchen use. For example, I was surprised to learn that they design kitchens differently for left-handed versus right-handed users to ensure maximum comfort. This level of insight and thoughtful design is something I truly admire, and it's one of the reasons I keep coming back. In addition to their functional expertise, the owners possess an impeccable taste for beauty, color, and elegance, which helped us transform our kitchen into the functional and aesthetic heart of our home. Achieving great design requires a deep understanding of customer needs, tastes, and circumstances, and the staff excels in this area. They are personable, easy to work with, and willing to listen. Not only do they understand their customers, but they are also willing to share their knowledge and educate us when needed (which, in my case, was often). Lastly, their pricing, in my experience, is very competitive, making them an excellent choice.

We're thrilled Cabinet World USA is still around and that they are still an Omega distributor. Kudos to Cabinet World USA and Omega for standing behind their products. For some context, over the last 11 years, our cabinets have held up beautifully. Recently, a few doors have expanded a bit, and they are starting to hit each other when closing. I called Cabinet World, and spoke with Maria immediately (no crazy phone tree system or waiting for an associate). She was so helpful from the beginning. Once she understood the problem we have with our cabinets, she went through a process on how to fix them (starting with sending us some replacement parts) and what other steps we can take if the less intrusive measures aren't working. I'll provide an update once we've gone through this process, but things are looking really good so far, and I'm really grateful we stepped up for some quality, name brand cabinets. Not only have they held up really well over time, but they are fully backed and supported, over a decade later!

I knew I wanted US made, high quality and customized. I drew specs for each room showing the dimensions of appliances, windows, ceiling heights, walls and doors. Of course, they came in later to do the actual drawings with detailed measurements. I walked into Quesco Cabinets looking for Omega brand for my remodel. The showroom is warm and inviting - one room is filled with cabinet doors lined up neatly on the walls and the design staff sit amongst kitchen and bath room ideas. While working with the design staff you can see the different styles and colors all around you. Claudia worked with me from start to finish, but the entire staff was always there to answer questions and guide me through my decisions. The owner, Todd, is very hands-on and has a wealth of knowledge in this industry. Claudia clearly explained the quality of the wood and artistry. She showed me how to incorporate semi-custom into my project to keep my cost lower. As I explained what I envisioned for each room, she gave me valuable guidance. She suggested taking samples of door styles and colors for coordinating with the wood floor and wall color. I walked into flooring stores, hardware showrooms, granite warehouses and tile showrooms, with the sample door. Best way to make choices! All through the process I called with questions, emailed with questions, made changes, asked advice, walked in the showroom with more questions...you get the picture, right? Claudia, Todd, Maria and the rest of the staff were always friendly and patient. I shopped three other cabinet stores with the same products and they all fell dramatically short in the areas of service and expertise. And pricing. I wanted high quality cabinets with high quality service and expertise. Quesco Cabinets is top notch all the way!
