That was about 10 years ago. Ernie and his lovely wife Christine have been nothing short of exceptional in terms of delivering service for the products they sell. I have been meeting people who would buy this or the other brand of hearing aids. I tell them that the key to hearing well is not as much the hearing aids you wear but the person behind all the adjustments that need to be made to get an exceptional experience. Ernie is what customer service should be all about. He will happily spend all the time necessary to get things right for you no matter how long! In the last year or so the audiologist technicians havechanged two or three times. With each change, they're inability to simply make the schedule time has been fruitless. Most recently, they made an appointment to have my hearing aids serviced. They have contacted my now three separate occasions to reschedule because of nefarious reasons. Finally this morning I said, " Forget it! Have the receptionist contact me when I can come by and pick up some filters and I will clean my hearing aids myself." This company is like the boy who cried wolf, there's ALWAYS an excuse why the technician can't be there on time. I don't know whether it's a staffing issue or a lack of accountability on the management side. Regardless patients come away frustrated.

Sadly, after years of being a Byron's customer, I chose to 'fire' him after he rapidly expanded his practice, resulting in an unacceptable level of care, lack of personal attention and outrageous business practices. His staff leaves much to be desired, making mistakes booking appointments and then blaming the mistake on the customer. His wife and business partner is very arrogant and condescending. Years ago when Byron's was a smaller business, there was much more attention and care of service for existing customers. As they grew paid for dramatic newspaper ad campaigns, the LACK of interest in customers increased with the business. Byron is only interested promoting the success of his business. Ask yourself what's more important, a $50 gift card to a local restaurant for signing up for sub-standard hearing care, or finding an audiologist that truly cares for and values their customers? The choice is yours.....

They took her food order, ignoring all of her restrictions, gave her food she couldn't eat. Then at 7pm she was very hungry. Someone said they'd get her a turkey sandwich, 2 hours later she finally gets someone's attention and they tell her the kitchen is closed. She can have one packet of saltines. We ended up having to order food to be delivered. They went through her stuff and treated her like a criminal for no reason. We are visiting from the USA, waiting for 7 hours in a filthy, small, packaged, old, hot ER room with hundreds of patients waiting to be seen by ONE doctor from Africa (third world mentality) who didn't order any exams to a 18 year old patient with possible blood clots who got injured in his arm and had some symptoms of possible vain injury. Social free health care sucks. You get what you pay for (zero payment = zero treatment). American terrible health care system is way better and more effective than the english free system. Third world countries have better hospitals and treatments than the ones in the UK. Btw doctor from this hospital said young people like our son with not family history of blood clots can get one. She was totally wrong based on what ChatGP is saying. Who is right? pray our son is fine that's what matters. Won't Visit this horrible hospital with inept doctor.
