I tried silicone ones from the drugstore, but wasn't happy with the fit. So when I read that Kingston Audiology was under new management, I made an appointment to get some custom-fitted earplugs. I've had friends warn me about going to an independent audiology shop, since they've had bad experiences with high-pressure sales tactics. But that wasn't what I experienced at Kingston. I made an appointment with the audiologist, and was delighted with the care I got. Not only did Dr. Tilley fit me for the earplugs, she gave me some tips for ear health that my regular doctor has never mentioned. I generally like to get my health care from someone who's up to date on their field, and that appears to be true for ears, too. I'm very happy with my earplugs, and haven't had any more problems with water in my ear since I've been wearing them. I think I'm going to go back and have some custom earplugs for hearing protection made, too. I'm going to work harder to make sure I stave off as much hearing loss as I can, and I'm confident I've found a local partner to help me in that quest.

As she went over my history with injectables, she picked up on the fact that they weren't lasting as long as they should. I had no clue Jeuveau even existed, let alone that it would be the best option for my needs. I am now on my second treatment with it, and I could not be happier. THAT was the product that finally worked. Oh, and one more thing about her approach: she used more needles than anyone I've ever been to for the same amount of units, so the needles stayed sharp and didn't start doing those little "pops" after the third stick. As someone with EXTREMELY fair, delicate skin, this was a blessing. The pricing is extremely reasonable, and the monthly club is absolutely worth the savings. This specific spot was very clean, cute and unassuming. The main space has different rooms and the facial room I was in felt like a true spa experience. They give you a cute little towel wrap for you to change into while you cozy up under the blankets/sheets and get nice and relaxed, ready for your facial. I've been at other Physical Therapy businesses and there were times when i was sitting around for long periods before the next modality. Watching the clock as they wasted my time and money. When I had a follow up with the prescribing physician I'd let them know my time is valuable and I would not be going back to that place. If they couldn't suggest another therapist I'd find another doctor. I don't entertain fools. This place does well because of these factors: efficient operations, competent therapists, and feed back to the prescribing physicians.
