I have been using DEA since they opened 1/2 mile from me in West Plymouth. Al already had a good…read morereputation according to my mechanic son. I have to say they are everything you would want from mechanics. My wife and I run older vehicles, so we occasionally need repairs. They are well qualified, they give a price and when you pick up the vehicle, that is the cost. With tricky issues they are also great at figuring those out. When I had odd electrical issues, they figured out that there was water incursion and replaced the fuse box for only $400. They follow standard diagnostic procedures and don't play at replacing parts until it works. When my F-350 needed a new engine they gave me options, honored the extended warranty and handled all the details with the insurance company. They make it as painless as possible.

Great Business, with great guys working there !…read more I did something stupid yesterday, getting caught in a snow covered parking lot, and had to call AAA for a tow. AAA was reluctant to send a truck, fearing that they could get stuck too, but said they would leave it to the discretion of the driver when he arrives. They sent Jamie H., from D.E.A. Automotive, to pull me out. It was kinda like a sitcom episode but his truck got stuck in the snow too and he had to call for backup. Al K., also from D.E.A. Automotive, drove out to the rescue. While we were waiting, Jamie walked out to my vehicle, hand-dug the snow from around my wheels (I have spinal issues), and hand-rocked my SUV while I gunned the wheels. Without Jamie, going above and beyond, I never would have gotten the car out of that snow. Great guy who put in the extra effort ! I can't thank them enough, nor can I recommend them enough ! Courteous, professional, and they went above and beyond ~ P.S. Al was able to help get Jamie out of the snow/ice and everyone got home safe !

My car looks better than ever and inside and outside with a full detail on top of fixing all my body work. Dana even fixed some additional body moldings that were loose! Been going to D & S Auto for over 30yrs between accidents that were my fault or someone else. I originally went to see Dana after getting multiple estimates and finding Dana to be most honest and straight forward shop. Nothing has changed in all my years. Dana has handled everything for me on every claim. Over the years he's dropped me off at the car rental shop, dealt with the insurance companies and fought form me during every step of the process. He even helped fix a broken lock on a used car I had. Nothing related to an accident. I just drove by and asked his opinion and he ran in grabbed some tools and was able to fix it. That is just the type of customer service you can expect. Highly recommend D&S Auto! Sean F.

If I could give zero stars I would. The driver was a great…read moreguy but every other aspect of doing business with Capeway was brutal. They robbed me ($270 for a 4 mile tow) and the woman on the phone took 20 minutes worth of information (literally 20 minutes) even had me send her a pin from Google Maps but apparently told the driver nothing. I got four texts telling me how close the driver was and they were all lies. I didn't know anything until the driver called to tell me how far away he was. This was a terrible experience. I had a bad year where I had 5 accidents back to back, two months apart. I swear it wasn't my fault. The joke is I am their best customer. Mike, Dan and Blake were all very patient with me as this is my first car and I was always so heart broken after every accident. My last accident was a true test for them as the car's damage cost was over $10,000. I think it was just shy of being total lost. My car is fine now and the new joke is, it should last me for another 10 years since all the parts are brand new. Practically the whole casing of my car and doors are new at this point. Knock on wood as I haven't had another accident since. I am so grateful for Centerville and my insurance. My mom just dropped her car off on Monday, November 14th and she is so happy to be able to drop it off to get appraised and repaired and we wouldn't have to make multiple stops. She just had to sign two papers and she was on her way to Enterprise to grab her rental and that was not as smooth sailing. Anyone that is in the area and needs some auto body work done, please come here. You would not be disappointed. RIP Jackson
