First, he tried jumpstarting my battery. When he realised it wasn't a battery issue, he asked if he could try a few things in the driver's seat. Instead of listening to what the man was saying, she just kept talking and saying I don't know what you're talking about. She was rude. This would've been a 1 star however Lenny called back and was very helpful and very apologetic and said he would mail the plates to me so I didn't have to drive two hours round-trip to get them, a second time.
