I only read the reviews on this place when I was trapped in the line to enter the car wash, but in all honesty, it was fine...? I only got an exterior wash, it's not posted on the list of services but was $7 less than the cheapest package. No sign of the grumpy lady everyone mentions, in fact all the staff were very pleasant and the car was nice and clean when it was done. read more

This was my go to mechanic when i lived in Brooklyn. It's hard to find a place that's reliable and won't kill your wallet, but these guys are close. Work has always been on the money and they will be very up front with you as far as needed repairs, not the type of place to nickel and dime you. Not saying they are cheap, but the work is worth the price. read more

This is my go to shop for repairs. I find them to be fair with pricing and are very honest. The mechanics here appear to be hard working and knowledgeable. Dave, the manager of the repair shop, has always been forthright and fair with pricing. I have seen other reviews and will not say they are wrong as that was their experience. I am just sharing my experience here and it has overwhelmingly been good. read more

I came in to do an inspection and the mechanic that took my info was condescending from the start and gave the keys to another junior mechanic and told him to try and find issues to fail me. I heard it from the side but wasn't completely sure because how could someone do that? Right?! But sure enough, I passed the emissions part(key part of the inspection) but failed because one of two tiny license plates lights was out and I could use a tire rotation. Nowhere else that would have failed and I could have that light replaced for $2 right there. But instead they charged me $37 and waisted my time. Horrible!!! Would never come again read more

Didn't clean properly and expect me to go wait again for just a proper vaccum! I asked them to vaccum car seat not done and back seat not vaccummed properly The manager had attitude saying 250 cars never a complaint. read more

The Indian woman behind the register is a HORROR. Been using this service for a decade, ALWAYS get the deluxe wash. And for that money they wash my mud mats, they vacuum, they armor all the interior and clean all the glass, AND they shine all my tires. Today they pulled a fast one on me and didn't inform me that POST COVID, they removed all these extras from "Deluxe Wash" to ensure that the services you get for 26$ never again get confused with the word "Deluxe" . When I asked them to finish the job I've grown very accustomed to over the last ten years, the woman blew her top and accused me of being a "liar " and a "cheat" and told everyone at the car wash I was a thief. I asked if I really looked like I couldn't afford an extra 9$ for a car wash. She completely lost it and started writing down my license plate. It took a mechanic from the service station next door to calm her down enough to apologize for committing such an insult. This place used to be EXCELLENT. Now it's a total rip off, and to really make sure you never forget what an awful value it is, they have this battle-axe of a woman chasing away customers with her NASTY self. They'll never see my money again. read more

The one-star is undeserved. I should have read the reviews before coming here for a car wash.  I just needed the exterior and the undercarriage washed because of the recent snow storm and salt and didn't want anybody touching the inside of my car. Mr. Nice Guy (sarcasm) said I couldn't have the undercarriage washed without the tires armored.  I'm having all my 4 tires changed on Saturday. Why would I want the tires armored?  If it's supposed to be a package deal it should be disclosed on the list.  It is not.  I turned the car around.  I won't be back. read more

Bolla is Big and they have many gas stations around the boroughs. This one happens to be close to home. I gave it a shot for the first time today. The shop is really clean and nice. I only got an oil change so I can't comment on the other repairs and their cost. From reading other reviews it can be hit or miss ( one patron stated bring lube lol ). Oil change was quick and I waited in the waiting area. Dave the manager printed me a receipt and I was told to go at the regular cashier inside the quick mart on the other side. Their special is a free car wash with oil change. Their is no mention on the receipt of the oil change. Just tell the car wash attendant. He printed me a receipt for about $12 or 13. I feared I would have to pay some amount but that was not the case, when I made it to the final cashier. My car was really filthy and it came out 90% clean. Im not sure why, but I did notice after the car wash my car did not receive much attention in the drying process. All other cars had two people cleaning inside and out. However mine was neglected a bit. Overall I would come back again for the special. My regular mechanic usually charges 30 flat for an oil change. So another five won't break the bank and it comes with a decent car wash. I doubt I would ever pay for a car wash alone. The wash here is overpriced and rushed. read more

Had our car washed there, whatever the man sprayed onto the car at the entrance dulled and stained the finish on the black plastic window trim between the front and back doors on my Honda CRV. When we brought this to the attention of the woman at the register, she adamantly denied that it was their fault. My car was fine, when we drove into this car wash. UGH!! read more

The service is great, the work is good. They get 2 stars because of their outrageous and exorbitant pricing. I never usually fall victim to it, but this last trip they "broke" my oil plug and charged me twice the going rate to replace it. It was 10 bucks as opposed to 5, but still. Other items on their menu? - $70 windshield wipers they surprised me with once - $25 for wiper fluid -$1,250 for a clutch replacement even when you provide the parts. The guys across the street charge $450 -$80 to pull a code from your check engine light (AutoZone does it for free) Come here for an oil change if you need to, but be sure to bring lube if you plan on having any other work done read more

The Car wash is Ok good location but service is terrible people who work there don't do their job wiping a car dry one of the worst . If they don't get new management and people who do the work they will lose all the customers. read more

Everything about this car wash and service center is run like crap . I used to come to the car wash when Mark was the manager he ran a efficient and fast car wash. Now I am on line for 15 min with two cars ahead of me what a joke . Now they have these Mexican idiots and a mean Indian manager who is also the cashier who's middle name is bitch . I never come here today I tried again for the last time . The Bova organization is huge but can be making the money it could with this location and it's current workers. I am shocked the other locations in Brooklyn are run well . I drive in this area all the time and go elsewhere because of the employees and the third world service . You get what you pay for. Brooklyn deserves better . read more

This car wash went down a lot! Years ago, one person would take care of one car as soon as it was out. But now.... 4 guys cleans it but they a very lousy job. They leave water marks, the inside is horrible done and the mats? They just spray water. They need a need manager or something. I miss when Randy or the other gentleman with mustache were the managers. read more

This place tried to rip me off! I brought my friend's car in for an inspection and alignment. They wanted me to replace a front end part, that was replaced a couple years ago. I asked why and the manager Dave told me it was falling apart and would not do the alignment or inspection without replacing this part. A job that cost $150 somewhere else when it was replaced 2 years ago.. BUT HE WANTED $350!.. NOW HERE'S THE KICKER!.. I didn't do it and told him to stop work. I brought the car to another place and nothing was wrong with car, They even inspected that part and said it was good.. They did the inspection and alignment NO PROBLEM. read more

They're all right. I've gotten inspections and oil changes here. Can't complain, but won't rave about them either. The attached car wash absolutely SUCKS! You get a free wash with oil change, and it still ain't worth it. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!!! They charge $11.95 for a Deluxe Car Wash, then charge extra $2.00 for a SUV for a Honda CRV, I have 5 cars in my family. They just lost ALL my business. plus car was so dirty after guys tried to wipe off the dirt the machine didn't catch. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! read more

Brought my car for a wash and one of the guys opened the back window and got the seat and carpets soaked. They rushed another carbon behind mine, it jumped the track and hit my car from the back. This has always been by far the WORST carwash in the area. Careless, rude and wreckless employees and staff that have no regard for patrons. NOW AN EMPLOYEE HAS KILLED A CUSTOMER - RUNNING OVER THIS DEAR ELDERLY LADY MULTIPLE TIMES CRUSHING HER TO DEATH. Stay far away from this DANGEROUS carwash, your life will be in danger, you will be treated rudely and your car WILL NOT be cleaned properly. One time they got the wheel of my car caught on the track and blew out my tire and refused to pay, THEN locked my keys in my car. I was lucky considering the incident with the elderly lady. May she RIP and may this CARWASH BE CLOSED DOWN!!!!! read more

Brought my daughters car in for inspection today. Got there a little after 8 am, spoke to Boris, he said they would do the inspection. Asked him to check front end as there was a clunking noise. He informed me that they check the front end as part of the inspection!! Ok! So I just go to pick up car ( after I had to call them to find out if car was done) at 2pm. Get there pay for car, nothing written on receipt about anything wrong with front end. So I go to where mechanics(if that's what you want to call them) are. I ask to speak to guy who worked on car, he comes over. I ask " So what is the clunking in front end?" He says"Clunking???, I didn't check. We'd have to check that out, it could be a bushing. With that I just walked away otherwise the cops would have been called!!!! So much for them checking front end for inspection, huh Boris???? Never go there again!!! Not the first time Boris has been an Ahole!!! read more

They were two long lines to get into this car wash. The Moron at the front of the line sent in three extra cars in the left lane that got on line after I and several others in the right lane did. When i asked him why he said "I know what i am doing". (Which is likely taking a payoff.) When i went to look for the manager, of this band of idiots, she was nowhere to be found. No doubt she was told there was one or more complaining customers so she disappeared. (This Pakistani Witch was involved in directing traffic for a bit) STAY AWAY!! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. Disgusting manager (female)!! My car came out scratched after being picked up freshly painted from the mechanic. Wouldn't allow me to get a word in once I mentioned scratches. Wouldn't even talk, just started yelling! I had to ask her to stop yelling and hear me out several times. Refused to give a refund and blamed me for not seeing the scratches before the wash. There weren't any as it was freshly painted!!! DO NOT GO THERE! THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER CAR WASHES! read more

Stay away if you have a black car!! I was told that my car couldn't be cleaned because it was black. And the cleaning they did was mediocre. The whole bottom of my car, about seven inches high was dirty, and never touched with any brushes. And when I told the people, they just wiped it. Very unprofessional, not very thorough, and unfairly priced. You would think since they charge an extra fee to wash an SUV that they would do a better job. It's not the customers' fault that they can't reach the top lol! read more

Dave is a wonderful mechanic, and I only trust them with my car. However, his car wash, which is attached, plays games with its customers. You get a free "full" car wash. When you go to the car wash attendant and tell them full, they give you a ticket for "red carpet." This is because of course they don't have "full" on their listed washes. You go inside and the woman who runs the car wash tries to charge you. She blames her staff then says, but since they used the material you need to pay. This is two times in a row this has happened. This last time I refused to pay. I like Dave, but business practices like that are unacceptable. read more

I have been coming to this car wash for years and have never paid over $18 and change. I just left and they tried to charge me $36. For a basic car wash. I've always done the Normal car wash with my rubber mats and this time they tried to charge me 36 to do so even though the next price up was 20.95 including mats washed. The lady said it was 28! I argued that the sign clearly says 20.95 plus tax and then she charged me an suv charge when I do not own a truck. This place is awful and they have always left my car not completely clean and I would just come here out of convenience. Never again. read more

Good service. Good repairs. Good mechanics. Usually takes my car in right away. Fair pricing. They don't squeeze or pressure you to do unnecessary work on your car. I needed brake pads. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE! This used to be a great car wash and my family and I would all wash our cars here. However, something has changed recently and it is NOT the same. I have a new, white car, so obviously the dirt shows. I ran over for a car wash, hoping to clean my filthy car... it might have come through the wash just as dirty as it started. I had to go home and windex my own windows and scrub dirt off of my own car. I was furious. Even more, I also paid for an interior vacuum since hair always gets stuck to all of my seats. All of the hair was STILL there on the seats when the wash was done. What did they vacuum!?!? My mom had a bad experience too and decided to give it one more try, and the same thing happened again- her back window has come out streaky and hard to see out of. I do not understand how they get away with this, my car was BARELY cleaned. I will not be coming here ever again. read more

Avoid this place. I requested a regular car wash with no interior cleaning. The advertised price is $15.95. I never looked at the receipt and went inside. The female manager asked for $25. I respectfully explained the service I requested and showed her on the camera that my car was already inside the wash and that it was impossible for the crew to have cleaned the interior in the 15 seconds it took me to walk from the back. She began to yell at and berate me in front of other customers. I walked to the back and took a picture of the advertised price of service I requested. She continued to yell at me. I told her to keep the $10 because that extra cost would pay for this yelp review. She followed me outside and continued to yell at me. Only when she saw me typing on my phone did she go back inside and return with my money. I retrieved the receipt from my car which had the correct amount. I then realized the nasty female manager SWITCHED MY RECEIPT WITH ONE FOR MORE EXPENSIVE SERVICES at the register. I wonder how many times per day they do this and people don't realize. THIEVES!!! I will wash my car at home in the dead of winter before giving this place one penny read more

I'm not one to complain but my last experience, and I mean my LAST time getting my car washed here, really pissed me off. I told the guy that I want a "deluxe" car wash which is about $11. When I got to the register she told me the total was $24 and change. Turns out the guy made a mistake and put me down for a "VIP" wash. No big deal right? Mistakes happen right? Apparently not at this car wash. The lady at the register yelled at me and told me that her guys never make mistakes and that it's too late to change it because my car is already going through.....it's not the $10 extra that im upset about, it's the service. I would never go back there on principle. I go there all the time and she knows me, and that's how she treats me? She was nasty and I feel like I got scammed. They made a mistake and I had to pay for it. Honestly it is not the best car wash by far, I only go there bc it's close to my house. There's one on Coney Island and ave N that does a much better job and treat customers much better. Stay away if you can. They don't care about their customers! read more

I've been taking my car here for inspections and repairs for a few years; they're my regular mechanic. There have been times when I've taken my car in to get looked at and they've told me it didn't require any repairs or that some things could wait. I've never felt pressured by them to have work done or had reason to question their honesty when they did feel repairs were needed. read more

This is another company owned by the Bolla Corporation. I would advise anyone not to take their car to ANYTHING that is related to the Bolla Corporation. I took my car to Dave for repair and he was extremely unprofessional. He ended up created more damage to my vehicle which they are refusing to fix. After researching the company, I also found out that they have a track record of damaging vehicles in almost every single line of business that they are involved in. In one instance, they forgot to put an oil filter during an oil change and destroyed a whole engine. STAY AWAY!!! read more

Be aware and never go to the car wash again. This is the 2nd time i brought my car there to get washed and they were horrible. I purchased the VIP car wash and it was $25.00, so it was not cheap. They are supposed to wash the mats, vacuum the inside of the car, wash outside of car, clean windows inside and out, wax it and amoral the tires and inside the car. The amoral of the tires and inside the car were good and so were the windows, but everything else was horrible. After they were done, i brought my car home and the mats and the rugs were FILTHY. I was watching the man wash my mats and all he did was put some soap on them, power wash them and rinse them in a tub of water and still had soap on them and drenched when they put in my car. My mats needed to be scrubbed clean due to mud from my horses barn. they did not vacuum under the rug mats i have or under the seats. I also noticed that the wax they used was splattered on the bottom of my car and sticky. my car was still disgusting. I was totally upset and brought it to another car wash and had them redo it. now it is great. Before i took it to the other car wash, I took pictures of the problems. when i got home from my other car wash i called them and told them my issue and asked for an email address so i can send them the pictures to see what their workers are NOT doing. The lady was rude and nasty and would not give me any info. all she said was to bring back the car and they will redo. I told her that i already got my car rewashed and all i want was an email to send to them so they can see what is being done. She hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back several times and she will not answer, Save your money and go somewhere else to get your car done. read more

LET ME EXPLAIN! (Car wash) I go to this place every week. It's not a bad car wash YOU NEED TO BE PATIENT and let them do their job. How would like it if someone comes up to you a tells you something you were about to do in the end. If not nicely look for the driver that drove your car out and tell him(for inside cleaning). The lady(manager) is also nice. She talks loudly because she is used to it so DEAL WITH THAT. If you want to tip the guys there is a tip box waiting for you. I bring my bentley continental gt for a KINGS PLATINUM WASH every week. THIS CARWASH HAS UNDERCARRIAGE cleaning machine which is awesome. I MAKE IT RAIN WHEN IT COMES TO GIVE TIPS TO THE CARWASH WORKERS. Better than Oakley's Carwash. Friday, Saturday, Sunday are busy days I have tried going those days.
