Mediocre and a little inflexible. I went mainly to have the interiors cleaned out. Not conditioned, or shampoo'ed, or anything else exotic. I just wanted everything vacuumed and wiped down well. After a lot of round and round with the cashier, I settled on the basic package...and there were no options to add on for cleaning inside. I didn't really get what I came for. The inside was cleaner, but there was still sand on the seats and the cupholders were gross. To be clear, it took me about 5 minutes to finish the job on my own. Review for the hand car wash: Mediocre at best, but that may be giving this service too much credit. The wash is slow. Mask wearing is not reinforced in the waiting area. After a full wash, my car still had dirty exterior areas, water puddles inside my floor mats, dirty windows, soap stains on my seats from lack of care from employees, and soap streaks running down my trunk. The towels are old and weathered - my car was not dry even with four people wiping it down with towels that I'd rather never touch my car again. I thought this might be a decent option in the neighborhood since I've seen many nice cars leaving the wash, but it was anything but that. I was not expecting the same excellent service as a $40+ wash at a detailer, but I was hoping for something more thorough (and safer) than an automated wash -- which this was not. When I arrived I was confused with the hand wash. one of the guys recommended me to get a hand wash because it was a white van and with the armor on the total came out to about $27. My problem with this service is they do not clean they do not pay attention to detail and they do the bare minimum. If you're looking for a good car wash or hand wash I recommend you drive to Dyckman where you were flying but you're young motivated kids who would put effort into washing your car for only $20. Absolutely worst car "hand" wash I've been too. Left my door jams, bottom half of my car still wet. Wheels weren't cleaned and when I asked the workers if the car was done they said yes... it looked like it was still wet and they basically let it air dry. They use a brush on the top of your car which isn't true hand wash. Additionally I saw a worker on multiple occasions drop the towel while drying other cars, picking it back up and drying again. Came in for a car wash today & I am pleased. The only things are that I wished they dried off my floor mats before putting them back & that they cleaned the cup holders (thankfully mine aren't terribly dirty). Other than that, overall a good experience. $20 for inside & outside cleaning for my 2017 Jeep Renegade. Speedy service & friendly customer service. They don't use any scents in the car after they're done which I liked! Many types of cars here: Jeep, Porsche, Lexus, Cadillacs, Toyota's, etc. I almost feel bad because it is so cheap & they work so hard! I hope everyone is getting paid a fair wage. Another situation of being a woman walking into a mechanic, I've been coming here forever for oil changes and car washes. Today I went in due to a noise my car was making and they told me it was the brake pads that needed to be changed, I will be switching cars soon so decided since they have been working fine besides the noise that I would not fix them. They decided to charge me 95$ just for looking at the car, i was watching the whole time and know for sure they were not looking at it the entire hour. I've never been charged a "diagnostic fee" before and even if they did need to charge me 100$ is definitely excessive when they did nothing to the car. Car wash is half assed. They also charge 40 dollars to rotate your tires when you get your oil changed. Along with the ridiculous 40 dollar tire rotation they forgot to change my oil filter. I would imagine they "forget" and still charge for most cars that come thru. If you do get your oil changed I would watch them do the work or ask for your old filter and know what kind of filter should be coming back to you from your car. I didn't have time to make it to my dealer and figured since there weren't any cars in their bay it would be quick. I would avoid this place unless it's your only option. read more

This review is for the hand car wash and the manager's bad customer service demeanor and not the repair shop. I'll preface it by saying that I've been customer for 4+ years. Today my car came out of the wash damaged with a ding and some small paint scrapes. A damage that IMO a washer wand could've done. When I mentioned this to the employees they were very professional and handled the matter gracefully, by offering to check on video footage. I also was explicit in conveying that I wasn't seeking liability claims because these things happen and it was a small enough issue which can happen at any quick economical wash in NYC. Then someone who i was informed to be the manager came out calling me a liar, being unreasonably confrontational and even quoting scriptures lol. The dumbness of that interaction aside, the employees are hard working people. They just need better support from this management (or lack thereof) and equipment that makes incidents like this avoidable. It's unfortunate that this wash is going to cost me hundreds because paint jobs aren't cheap and I'll steer away from this place from now given I care about the the exterior of my vehicle. read more

Took my vehicle here because I had a check engine light on. They told me that rodents had chewed through engine wires and they needed to repair and reset the computer which they did for $400+. Within a week the check engine light was back on, I took it elsewhere this time and they told me that whoever worked on the car last time rewired it incorrectly and I had to pay again at a different place to fix their mistakes read more

I go here because there aren't a lot choices in the neighborhood. It's fine for the $25 wash but I can't recommend the detailing/shampooing services. Twice I got the $160 detailing, mediocre at best. There second time, I inspected and complained. The woman who manages is very nice and tries to accommodate you, I showed her and the guys all the spots they basically skipped, inside of the doors, etc. He went back and went over everything and I gave him $20. It's just not worth the money they don't really detail anything. I'd rather pay more and have someone get into all the nooks and crannies. I'll continue to get the basic wash service. read more

Started off well with them maybe 5 years ago, bringing 3 of my cars in for years and paying them a lot of money and thought we'd had a good relationship. Think I've given them a 5 star rating hectors. Maybe covid got them greedy but I bought in two of my cars recently, first one I paid them $1,000+ to fix my brakes and do a full service and check over. Was told 'this is in mint condition'. Few miles later, brakes failed and apparently needed a valve cover replaced. Took it back and they tried to sting me with a $900 labor charge for 'doing brakes and hourly rate to check the car over' which id already paid the first time! They also apparently couldn't find a caliper anywhere in the world (I found one and they said they'd order it) and they said they had to rebuild it and tried to charge me double the cost of an actual caliper! I complained and was passed around the shop with excuses and lies about what else they did in that 10 hours labor; a valve cover change is maybe 3 hours max, seen YouTube videos of amateurs doing it quicker. They also had charges on the invoice twice and another $100 to fit two tires... which they never said was the cost before hand. They did then drop $300 off but still I've paid over $2k to fix a problem that should have been done first time round. 'David' clearly doesn't exist, which is fine, but I was told 'he'd' call me back 3 times after I wanted to raise my concerns, and had to keep bringing it back. They kept saying 'it's an old car it's hard to work on' - the older cars are easier and that place is full of 80/90's cars being fixed day in and day out. I picked the car up finally this weekend after a lot of pain and I drive 3 miles and the brakes are STILL! squeaking and a new noise that was never there before. Can't take it back for third time and pay another $1k, looks like I'll have to speak to my bank for a refund as I've paid $2k+ and it's still not fixed. My other car we wanted to switch the oil and since they did it we've had issues with oil lights coming on and off, and now have an oil pan leak under the car confirmed by another car auto shop. I liked the people and I think it's not the people on the front lines who are at fault; it's whoever is hiding in the back and wouldn't ever speak to me. If you're out there I'd love to have a chat with you but apparently you're 'too busy' to speak to a $0000's client who's no longer now a client, as well as a few other of us who've had similar problems recently.
