Have been using this shop for so many years, and got really sick and tire of it. My previous car they replace the brake master cylinder by charging for service $460, and after all it was not the issue with master cylinder, it was issue with caliper that need to be replaced, and i told them that, look like im better mechanic then them? My new car they did wheel alignment and wheel balance, then bolt joint has been replaced and it was even worst then before, it was replaced by them as well, my car was still turning left and i told them, they said we need to do wheel alignment again, we did wheel alignment again and it was shit again, i simply went to the tire shop, and guys told me that i need to change two tires because they cant be balanced do to the issue with the way they are, i have replaced the tires and my car is perfect now, so shop keep fixing the issues and it was not flexible but they keep wasting my money and no it fixing the issue, over charging people for so much work that is not even properly done. Im telling all my clients and people i now not ever go back there again. read more

I went here and the guy instantly gave me a quote on something I needed he said he could fix it but would need the part I came back another day after getting the part for my car he said I couldn't do it at first and working busy he was working by himself since it was a holiday asked to comeback another day and after checking my car he changed his mind told me comeback after an hour I can fix it for you. He didn't overcharge for the labor like the other place I went to good price good service good communication definitely recommend it. read more

I used to fill up with gas at this station when I lived in Brighton Beach. That was about 20 years ago and for about 10 years. After I moved from the neighborhood, I returned there a few times for an inspection, a flat tire, help with oil, not much more though. Every time I pulled in, they attended to me without any significant delay and they were always very pleasant and again, accommodating. I've kept that in my memory bank about them. So today, all these years later, I drove in there, as I was in the area and needed a minor fix on the front apron of my car.... It seems a bold had fallen out and one side was hanging down unattached to the bumper. Eventually it will pull the other side down and now it would be impossible to go through a car wash without the lower apron getting hung up in their machinery and/or brushes. I figured, I'm right by Mark's / Shell Station let me pull in and see ... I pulled in at 9:15 - pulled right up to garage entrance (one of them) this place has a few and without any delay one of the men came over, asked me how he could help me. I showed him the problem. He went into the garage, got a paper floor mat to put down on the driver's side floor board, pulled the car in onto the lift, took it up, and in 10 minutes refastened the apron to the bumper. Total cost, 15.00. I tipped the guy 10.00 bucks. Quick, no b/s, smart and savoy enough to put a paper floor mat down, a fraction of the cost of any other place - no b/s with you have to wait or leave me the car. They are smart enough to see they can resolve a problem without sending you away and asking you to come back. I'm going to give them consideration when a more major repair is needed. read more

Marks Motors, what a life saver. My inspection expired and i didn't realize it until after 10pm and I was going out of town the next morning. My daughter had heard about Marks and that they were open 24 hours a day! They were fast and very friendly. I have since been back a couple of times now during the day and they have found and taken care of the problems every time. And Mark is one of the fairest and funniest guys you will meet. read more

Change my belt a few times and couldnt fix a squeeking noise problem. Last year did inspection with Marks auto repair, said my break pads are worn which it was so i asked them to change both brake pads. They changed one seemly, now i have to change my rotors because the one they said they change just eat out my right rotor. read more

I went for rebooting my axes rubber, Mark insisted to replace the whole axle, he replaced it with a bad one , He charged me 50% more than any repair shop, second day car was not drivable, The axle make a noise , I went him again , he said wait as I do not have time, every time I speak with him, says , wait, as I am busy. read more

SCAM ARTISTS and LOUSY MECHANICS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They ripped me off with two tires that have holes in them and damaged my brake systems. I changed two tires there and the next day my tires were flat and the brake sensory system was damage. The manager " Mark" said no guarantee or refund when they did not state that at all when I purchase them. No honory system, worst business ever!! The manager accuse me of damaging them. Why would I damage my own car that I paid for. Now I have to spend 600 to fix it because they deny fault!! BEWARE!! read more
