Our day started soon after we parked and two of the staff met us at my truck to offer to drive us up to the clubhouse. So nice and a great idea to keep golfers on schedule! They couldn't have been more friendly. We were quite early, as we wanted to warm up, but first we had lunch outside on the patio. Good food and friendly service, oh, and did I mention the view? After lunch, we met my sons roommates and played. The starter was very nice, as well as the counter staff, when paying. The course was in very fine condition, with very few leaves obscuring the fairways. The greens were in great shape, as well, despite the amount of play - just a well cared for course! The play was at good speed and we hardly had to wait at all, at any hole. We finished having had a GREAT day and I couldn't conjure a bad thing to reflect on. I HIGHLY recommend playing here. I'm writing this a few days after my experience and am still smiling. At first, I actually drove right past their property because it was so beautiful that I thought it was someone's beautiful home with well-kept grounds. Jess greeted me outside. We chatted a bit about what I should expect for the day. I was surprised when she said they had prepared lunch for me. When I say they prepared a lunch, I don't mean crackers and cheese on a plate with grapes, which is always lovely. What I mean is they grilled delicious meats, prepared potatoes, as well as a fresh cucumber and tomato salad! They sat with me at the picnic table and we got to know each other a bit while we ate. Jess decided which horse she thought would be best for me. I got Gorgeous George. She chose wisely. All of their horses are gorgeous. They look so healthy and vibrant! David and Jess believe in the importance of the horse and rider getting familiar with each other. To do so, you have to spend some intimate time with each other. I was shown how to brush the horse (for different reasons and with different brushes); how to clean the horses hooves; and how to walk the horse. To be clear, I was shown how to do these things and then did these things. Then I got to ride the horse in the ring. By the time I got to the ring, I was so much more relaxed with George than I was when I first met him. David determined that I was ready to hit the short trail, so the 3 of us rode off. They both determined I was ready for the longer, more challenging trail. What a challenging, but fantastic rest of the day! We had a 2 hour adventurous ride through the trails and waters. I'm not an overly experienced rider. I've only done trail rides, and only started doing those as an adult. I've done those trail rides in NH, TX, AZ, etc. This was like no trail ride I've ever done. The scenery is great, the instruction is great, and the people are great. They love their horses, and care about their riders having a unique, safe, and beautiful day. I cannot wait to return!

I have filed a small claims case with Martin Family Ranch LLC as David Martin claims he isnt responsible for not refunding my money. My husband was hospitalized for a week in August 2025. and upon leaving the hospital there was no way he was going to be able to ride a horse. When I tried rebooking in February 2026 for this summer, the ranch was fully booked. Wouldn't a smart business try to work with someone's money they have already taken for a year. The big red flag was when his wife Jessica posted they were selling Martin's Ranch. It all smells funny, and if you look up their business ID in New Hampshire, the company is not in good standing. I would be very weary of any of these great reviews as they were four years old.

The most beautiful farm in NH/MA! Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the most lovely farm…read moreanimals. Calves, goats, pigs, chickens, and so much more. I have been coming here for a few months. Mr Wayne, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. He works diligently to maintain the farm and makes good recommendations. Paradise farm carries a large variety of products including grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, free-range chicken and duck. They also have pastured chicken, duck and turkey eggs. The animals here are sustainably and humanely raised. They carry raw Nubian goat milk. Goat milk is closest to breastmilk for it contains exclusively A2 protein. The type of milk that most people drink comes from holstein cows which produce A1 milk. A1 protein is not ideal for human consumption. On the other hand, goat milk is an A2 milk just like human milk. You can pick your own berries, peaches and apples here seasonally. The farm is open year around by appointment. Make sure you give Mr Wayne a call at (603) 345-0860 before coming in.

Alpacas shearing happened already (spring) so if you want to see them with full fur, staff told us to return in Nov. They are still cute :) Tour runs 45 mins long and we get to feed and pet them. I am so bad with names but I know one is called Summer. Two pregnant mamas and one baby on the ranch! On the way out, please put a donation in the jar or make a purchase at the store. Plenty of cute socks, sweater, etc. Please note that you will smell alpaca spit (or musty odor) when you enter the shop/ranch and even after you depart. Don't wear fancy clothes.

From the small, beautiful wedding chapel, the spacious reception and dining room to the incredible herb gardens and cozy, clean guest hotel. It was perfect. The food served was a very moist and tender chicken piccata, stuffed raviolis (my favorite) and delicious tender wild rice with mixed vegetables!!! The staff were very courteous, efficient and professional. What a beautiful place to just come for a few nights to stay, to get away from it all. So peaceful and tranquil. And very beautiful. Lynn and Clarissa are to be highly commended. They even went out of their way to ship us some maple syrup bottles that we could not bring on the airplane with us. The baby goats were SO sweet and followed me around, and Lynn let me feed them. She sent me home with some herbs and plants as a gift. Not only did I have an idyllic stay, but I feel I've made lifelong friends. They had food left over from a wedding the day before and they served it to me gratis for dinner- it was really delicious (fresh salmon, asparagus and green beans).
