When they removed the lights, they pulled off paint (from the glue they used) from the brick and left multiple spots with no paint. They didn't mention it to my wife who was home at the time. I sent a text messages showing the areas that needed to be fixed. He apologized and said he would come back out. He told me multiple times that he would be coming back out to make the repairs only to have him not show up. It's now been 6 months, and refuses to answer his phone, call me back, or text back. I paid $275 for him to install my Christmas lights and then store them for the season. I've called and left multiple messages for both him and his wife asking for the Christmas lights back. Clearly this is not a business you want to work with.

If not for my knowledge and experience they would not have been able to do a simple door and storm door install. If you are not prepared or able to provide on the job training you will be sorely disappointed. I recommend that you not pay until the job is complete. After making three payments, 80% of the quoted price, and only 60% of the work complete. I informed the owner that I could not pay any more until they were complete. At which point they abandoned the job and left me holding the bag. I cannot get the remainder of the work completed with the remaining 20% of available monies. If you are seeking a very disappointing and expensive experience with a contractor then hire them. If not, word to the wise STEER CLEAR.
