They kindly accommodated everything, and all the work was completed perfectly, exceeding my expectations at every level. Wendi from the front office and scheduling was professional, accommodating, and wonderful to work with. She fit me into the schedule on short notice, which helped ensure the house was ready for other work scheduled afterward. Billy's competence was on a whole different level. He brought a positive, can-do attitude to every challenge, was an exceptional problem solver, and was simply a pleasure to work with. I found ABR Electric through Yelp, and all the excellent reviews were absolutely accurate. I will definitely call them first the next time I need electrical work. I cannot thank Wendi and Billy enough.

I was in the garage flipping breakers and trying to figure out what to do, and nothing worked. I reached out for an electrician thinking this was a major issue and received several offers to come inspect with a $150 flat fee. She called me and told me what I needed to look for, and now my kids have happy Christmas lights outside again! I am so grateful for her knowledge and helping me to save money. I can't say enough good things about Vlad. He has helped us with several projects now, and each…read moretime he has gone above and beyond. We originally called for help removing an unusually placed back panel underneath our kitchen sink so we could access the plumbing. Once it was removed, I planned to install our new kitchen faucet myself, but quickly realized the space was so tight that I couldn't get the old fixture off. I called again the next day, and Vlad came out that morning and installed the new faucet for us. Then, later that same evening, I accidentally broke the cartridge while trying to install a new shower handle. We suddenly couldn't turn the water back on to the entire house. Even though Vlad had already worked a full day, he came by after his last job to help us figure out a way to at least get our water back on. What impressed me most was that he didn't just look for a quick temporary fix. He took his time, worked through the problem, and ultimately ended up fixing the shower handle and getting everything working properly. Vlad is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and genuinely cares about finding the right solution rather than just putting a bandage on a problem. After moving into a new home and tackling a seemingly endless list of projects, finding someone this dependable has been incredibly valuable. We'll absolutely be calling Vlad again for future projects and would highly recommend him.

Our AC drip line, which ties into the sink in our upstairs bathroom, had backed up and caused the sink to clog and overflow. He was able to come out quickly, diagnose the issue, and get everything resolved. While he was here, he also took care of another clogged sink in a separate bathroom (gross wife rat tail, don't ask). He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and gave us great recommendations to help prevent future issues. Excellent service from start to finish. We would highly recommend using him again!

Wellott handled the electrical portion of a kitchen and fireplace renovation for us. Zac was our…read moremain contact, with Jack assisting. We wanted to relocate an outlet out of the way of the fireplace work, add outlets above the mantle, above the upper cabinets, and under the sink, then remove the old under-cabinet light fixtures and prep the wiring for LED tape lights going in later. The above-cabinet outlets and routing wire from below the cabinets to above were the tricky part, and there were multiple ways to approach it. Some of them would have been easier on the installer and worse for our desired plans. Zac's quote reflected a total solution that got me everything I asked for rather than the shortcut. During the estimate he explained the options and the limitations honestly, and he never talked down to me even though what I wanted was more complicated and more expensive than a simple job. On the day of the work, he arrived in the middle of the scheduled window and immediately knocked out everything that required cutting power to parts of the house, which kept our disruption to a minimum. Some of the work required breaking through existing tile that's coming out later in the renovation anyway, and he did it carefully and quickly without any damage beyond what was necessary. The finished work is high quality and every area they worked in was left clean. The final invoice had zero surprises and was adjusted fairly as the project evolved, exactly as described during the quote. We will definitely be using Wellott Electric on future projects.

A Huge Thank You to Exodus Mechanical!…read more During this horrible heat wave, our A/C stopped working and the temperature inside our home soared to 90 degrees. For the first two days, I worked with the A/C repair company that had been on our builder's vendor list for the past six years. They were scheduled to come out, but completely blew us off on the day of the repair. Their estimate was either $4,500 or $7,000. Thankfully, when that company didn't show, I reached out to Exodus Mechanical. It was after business hours, and I was desperate for help. Kristi, the owner, immediately worked with her husband, Brian, and their team to get us some relief. Within an hour, one of her employees was at my house installing a window A/C unit. They let me borrow it completely free of charge and promised to send a technician first thing in the morning. By 9 a.m., their technician arrived. He was kind, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. And here's the best part: we did NOT need the expensive repair the other company told us we needed. The repair estimate from Exodus Mechanical was only $700. Within four hours, our A/C was repaired, cold air was blowing again, and our home was finally back to a livable temperature. Exodus Mechanical saved us thousands of dollars, but more importantly, they showed genuine compassion, honesty, and professionalism when we desperately needed help. Kristi, Brian, and the entire Exodus Mechanical team--THANK YOU! You went above and beyond for a customer, and I am sincerely grateful. Thank you for taking care of our small town and for proving that there are still businesses that truly care about their customers. You have gained my loyalty for life. If you're looking for an honest, professional HVAC company, I cannot recommend Exodus Mechanical enough!
