I've been here a million times so I don't know how I haven't written a review yet! Parking isn't great for the Fells Point location, there is some street parking nearby, but most of it is paid. It can be a task to find a parking spot that isn't too far away. Be prepared to walk a block or two! Their service is very friendly, and you are able to place orders in person or online through their website. If you are in a rush, I would definitely recommend placing an online order and picking it up. Since everything is made to order, it can take 10-20 mins if you're placing an order in person. Their storefront is pretty small as well, not much seating if you're looking to eat there. Also, if it is around lunch or dinner time, it can get pretty packed and loud in there. Definitely more of a takeout spot. You genuinely can't go wrong with anything on the menu, however, my favorites are the Neighborhood bird bowl, the tofu nuggets, crab rangoon egg roll, and the ramen broccoli. Prices are a bit hefty, but portions are sizeable and typically shareable. I'll be back again and again!

It costs nothing to be kind. The greatest part? The food! When I tell you that bird sandwich is so juicy? The sandwich was a little too big for me...a bit messy. I don't like messy dishes, but it was so good, seasoned perfectly, the perfect bite, the perfect crunch just a little too big for me. I've also tried their fried shrimp and their fried rice. I don't know what they are putting in this food, but you will not leave unsatisfied. In terms of ambiance, it's a cool spot. Almost like a hole in the wall... the neighborhood go-to. When I've visited, they were playing Bad Bunny, hip-hop, I liked it. I love the vibe. I love the customer service and most importantly, I love the food and I would definitely go back. Cheers!

I got this recommendation from a colleague who is a Maryland native and decided to check it out for lunch and it did not disappoint! Everything on the menu looked good, but I decided to get out of my normal bowl-love and try noodles. Also, I love tempura vegetables in general so had to try the tempura broccoli. The tempura broccoli barely made it back to the hotel because I finish half of it in the car. The tofu was the perfect crispness, and the noodles were the perfect spicy oily deliciousness. Not to mention, the sparkling Yuzu white peach drink. I was disappointed when I realize that this was Maryland-native beverage and I probably won't be able to get this back in Atlanta. We will definitely be back! Ps: service was quick and easy! It's takeout vibes with a little bit of indoor seating, but everyone was welcoming and gave me great recommendations

We ordered the Neighborhood Bird, Fried Shrimp, and Fried Broccoli, and everything was absolutely amazing, as usual! The Neighborhood Bird was delicious--the bun was perfectly steamed and fluffy, while the chicken was so well seasoned, crispy on the outside, and tender and juicy on the inside. The fried shrimp were huge (seriously, about four bites each!), with a light, crispy batter and fresh herbs on top. And the fried broccoli is always a favorite of mine. It's incredibly flavorful and perfectly crispy. A special shoutout to Jesus, the manager, who was incredibly sweet and made my mom's birthday lunch even more special by treating us to peach yuzu juice. It was so refreshing and paired perfectly with our meal. We really appreciated the thoughtful gesture and wonderful hospitality. We had such a great lunch and a memorable birthday celebration. The food, service, and overall experience were fantastic. Ekiben will always be one of those places I'll happily return to again and again!

Another go-to, the tempura broccoli, was fried in a very-light crispy batter, and flavored with a light house-made vinegar sauce. Our go-to spicy tofu BRAH "bowl" lit us up with soft-centered baked tofu cubes in a medium-spicy sauce with the flavors of fresh herbs, garlic, and shallots, over a bed of tender long-grain white jasmine rice and with a pretty mango/papaya shredded-carrot slaw. The long rippled-noodles were tender, smothered in a spicy savory brown sauce that also pushed the envelope of my admittedly somewhat wimpy heat tolerance :-j We got the huge lightly-battered crispy flavorful shrimp, over white rice, garnished with sliced pickled red onions and pickled cucumber circles over tender fluffy jasmine rice. We are always happy with the staff at this Ekiben location, with hot flavorful generous on-time take-out. (Aug 2026).

The first thing I noticed when entering the establishment, was that the decor and ambiance hit from a very cool angle ( and the outside area views definitely set things off and enhanced the experience that much more ! ) As I familiarized myself with the Asian infused menu ( Japanese cuisine ) and opted to try the snow crab fried rice... and this was definitely a decision I won't regret ever !! The minute I set my eyes on the meal, I was instantly impressed because you could see chunks of snow crab meat loaded on top of the rice. From my very first forkful I was all in.... The texture and flavor of the rice left my tastebuds in total awe. And the way the rice and crab meat merged together in a form of flavor filled euphoria made me want to personally hug the chef to show my gratitude. I was up against the clock... but my next outing to Azumi I promised myself I would sit down comfortably and take it all in ! Upscale Vibrant Location on the Bmore Harbor that everyone should try at least once ! Amazing Food... Amazing Service... And such an Amazing Scenery !!!
