The quickest way to lose my business is to fail to acknowledge a customer's concerns. Dismissive attitudes, and doubling down even with facts presented. To add injury to insult, I checked my food and I was missing the extra piece of fish that I paid for. Again, this "cashier' tried lying again by telling me that fish is sold by the pound and only AFTER I presented her with my receipt that she already had access to did she relent and that was ONLY because another lady who was much more customer friendly came from the kitchen to apologize to and confirm that she had neglected to add my other piece of catfish! Again, Ms "Cashier" casually walks off with no apology acknowledgement or anything. Note-this was the SECOND they did this as they 'forgot' to add my extra piece of fish on my order. Mind you the extra fish is $10.75 for CATFISH!!! Seems like a pattern for this business! Bag up the order. Tie it up tightly and hope the customer doesn't check until they're home and by then it's too late to try to return and if you call to report food missing, I'm certain "Ms. Cashier", will just deny and lie, indicating that all the food was in the bag when she's not even the one cooking or bagging it up! Just the money taker! BUYER BEWARE! Needless to say, I got my food and left immediately and sitting in my car fuming writing this feedback! NEVER AGAIN FATBOYS!!!!! I tried!
