Okay install; poor after service…read more Installation: Wattsun did an okay job installing panels. Wires were not clipped to panels. The wires are hanging onto the roof, which exposes the wiring to water, heat, and debris. The wiring and panels on the side of the house are clean and look nice. Service Call: After 2+ years of panels producing well, the panels started having issues and Wattsun was slow to send out technicians. The Enphase app didn't send notification the panels weren't working for up to a week, then it was 3-4 days for a tech to come out. One email went unanswered for 3 weeks. Squirrels: Unfortunately, squirrels chewed through the wiring, which was never mentioned as a possible issue during the sales presentation nor installation. Luckily, after two months of not diagnosing the problem correctly, the exposed wires didn't cause any major damage or a fire.
