Once the take the deposit, no phone calls updating about the process only excuses, delay in permits from city and association( 3 time they let them expire), personal matters on their part( Dr appts, family emergencies, accept other mayor roofing projects, rain season, huracane warning,etc. My panel were removed and they still on my yard, no roof from their company.
