Know your insurance and know what is covered before going. I went into the store and they still have issues with "computers freezing" and "wrong dosing"....this is BS. They have no idea what they are doing. I understand it was 8:30pm, but I looked online and it says the photo hours are until 10pm so it's not an excuse to tell me "see how the lights are off? That means it's closed. We have no one working that right now" when I asked about the hours being different online. He could not even give me a straight answer as to what the hours even are for the photo processing area. He said my best bet would be before 8pm, sometimes maybe even before 7pm, but gave me no specifics on that. I don't write reviews like ever, but I have never had such a rude interaction from just asking about hours when I found out the hours online aren't reflected in store.
