Absolutely horrible customer service. They will give you the ring around with what the problem is. I've called everyone from my physician, insurance and Walgreens multiple times today just to get mixed answers. I went into the store and they still have issues with "computers freezing" and "wrong dosing"....this is BS. They have no idea what they are doing. Btw Gerry yelled at me for not leaving the drive through line when they were filling a prescription. It's not my fault you don't have things ready when I've been calling all day. Please change your photo hours if you are not going to abide by what it says online. On top of that, an older bald man was extremely rude and unhelpful when I came in trying to get a passport photo taken. I understand it was 8:30pm, but I looked online and it says the photo hours are until 10pm so it's not an excuse to tell me "see how the lights are off? That means it's closed. We have no one working that right now" when I asked about the hours being different online. He could not even give me a straight answer as to what the hours even are for the photo processing area. He said my best bet would be before 8pm, sometimes maybe even before 7pm, but gave me no specifics on that. I don't write reviews like ever, but I have never had such a rude interaction from just asking about hours when I found out the hours online aren't reflected in store. read more

If you can avoid this pharmacy, do. I don't have a choice. We are kind of in a pharmacy desert. My plan does not allow me to go to Kroger. CVS is a 20 minute drive each way, so I am stuck. Pharmacy is ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED. If you are stuck like me, plan on being there at least 25 minutes, and they may screw things up so it could take longer. read more

What a horrible store! Went to find some stuff my daughter had a list of, 3 different things. A special bandage, and two tubes of antibiotics and cleanser. I asked the first employee I saw and she located one of the items. She told me to go to the pharmacy and ask a pharmacist to locate the other two items. Well guess what, there was no one at work yet. Pharmacy hours indicated they open at 9:00am, here I am at 10:15am and NO ONE! I thought I would just get the one item and check a different store. Pharmacy worker sneezing, not covering mouth. Other pharmacy worker not speaking up at all when I asked her 3 times. She spoke so softly I couldn't hear a thing. And why does it take so very long to look at my record when barely anything is in it? I was only there for a vaccine, I do not get prescriptions there. This location should be shut down completely . The pharmacy already closes at 6 every weekday, and is closed Saturday and Sunday. Now they are just closing it on random days, due to "staffing shortage." I received one of their nagging robocalls that my rX was ready for pickup, wasted a half hour driving there, then found it closed on a Wednesday at 11 AM. They have a semi-permanent "closed due to staffing shortage" sign in the drive-thru. Even McDonalds is back to normal. Walgreens is not even trying, and continues to use Covid as an excuse to just close their pharmacy whenever they feel loke it. read more

The pharmacy here has been the worst I ever been to! It takes DAYS to even process your prescription when it is processed don't bother going inside you'll wait in line waiting for the pharmacist to get your prescription while answering the for every couple minutes. I waited in line for over 20 minutes when they had the prescription ready in the bag instead of handing it to me they made me wait to answer several phone calls. I only come here since it is the closest option, don't come here for your medications unless you absolutely need to come to this location. The worst of it is that they already close at 6pm and already takes them so long for whatever reason to get prescriptions processed, it's ridiculous when I need these prescriptions and have to go days with out them risking getting seizures from abruptly stopping the medication because the pharmacy sucks. read more

I would give them zero if I could. They are simply never open, even when they say they are. They have also lost 2 of my prescriptions in the last 4 months even though they sent me a pick up confirmation and my doctor a confirmation that they had received it. Last month I wasn't able to get my antibiotic for over a week and my infection got worse so I had to get a stronger dose. Now, I have been out of another important medication for 4 days because they haven't been open when they say they are going to be. I am now going through withdrawal and have had to have my doctor send my prescription to a different pharmacy. It's not worth the frustration, get your medicine sent somewhere else! read more

Their pharmacy wait times are long, even when there's no line. Often they only have one person working, and when they need to finish another task before helping me, they rarely even acknowledge I'm standing there. Even a simple "Hi, thanks for waiting, I'll be right with you" would help. But they usually act surly and like they're way too busy to be helping me. read more

When I moved to this area in November it took 3 weeks and a dozen conversations to get my families medications even after a talk with the GM. Fast forward 3 months and still every time I need a prescription filled it take days or even weeks to get if I ever get it. The pharmacy tech has even argued with me about one RX bring out if refills when it was a brand new script that they had received from my doctor the day before. The drive through is horrendous as well. I have been there with 1 car ahead of me and waited 48 minutes to even talk to someone. I called corporate about all the issues and they were going to have the district manager call me ... that never happened. So I have had all my doctors send my scripts to the grocery store across the street ... how sad is that a pharmacy that can't figure out how to fill prescriptions read more

The Covid rapid test is not worth it. I waited over36 hours for results. I had to call Walgreens to find out where my results are, was hung up twice and then told my results where inconclusive and I could come back just to wait 12-24 hours for results. I agree with the comment below regarding customer service being non existent here. I was doing a Door Dash run for a customer and couldn't find a specific item they had requested. They were also out of stock on some soda so I just asked if they had any more in stock. The team member I asked for help made me feel like I was a nuisance for asking and had an attitude and told me what I saw was what they had. So unhelpful & the attitude was not necessary. Then I overheard her talking to another team member about me asking her for help and it was mentioned it's not their job to do Door Dash orders. Not what I was asking her to do and what I needed help with. In any case, that was my first Door Dash experience for Walgreens. Do not order from this Walgreens or accept deliveries for this store should you need help you probably won't get it or the items you need. read more

I would avoid going to this pharmacy at 99 ChurchRanch in Westminster. Before Covid they were fine.. During and after COVID, the lines for the pharmacy are awful. Made an online appointment for the COVID vaccine yesterday, 45 minutes later, my name was still not called, the woman next to me had her appointment 15 minutes prior and was still waiting inspite of having an appointment. When I asked about how long it was going to take and was told 25 minutes, of course I said something about the wait as I was trying to do this during my lunch hour, the pharmacist stated that she too would like to get a lunch (as I was trying to get this done during my lunch hour) and she was doing the best she could. I believe her and that whole team seemed extrodinarily stressed. STAFFING SHORTAGES whether its COVID related and no one wants to work, crappy management at that pharmacy or store or all the above, I am not going to shop here any longer and avoid the headaches and the loss of time. PS, I still didn't get the vaccine as I needed to get back to work. I hope they get this pharmacy help, relief and give the Pharmacist some time off as she is definately burned out. I don't blame her but I am still irritated about her comment and I know she is human and trying to do her best but at this time, I think dealing with customers and COVID to boot has lead to her burn out. Time to move on so that the customers don't have to deal with that. Convenient, fast service, has what I need. Getting into parking area is a bit confusing, but once your in there is always lots of parking. This location doesn't get very busy, so it is a good choice for picking up prescriptions. read more

I called the Westminster, CO Walgreens earlier this week to provide updated insurance and ask how to get my current Rx changed to a medication on the formulary for my new insurance. The pharmacist told me that they had my new insurance and guided my request, which I submitted to my physician's office. I got an email that my Rx was ready and drove to Walgreens. They had the off formulary medication because they said they didn't have my insurance information. I got to drive around the drive through again and wait 15 minutes while they entered my insurance and figured out the covered medication. Exceptionally poor experience read more

Every time I try to use this pharmacy they do not have a pharmacist and can not fill prescriptions. I will not return ever again.

The employees are pretty nice here, but the prices for things are pretty outrageous. I think they need to meet King Soopers and Safeway's prices on beauty products or they will be sorry in the long run. read more

I received an automated call from the pharmacy informing me my auto-fill prescription was ready- interesting since I didn't sign up to have it automatically filled. I stopped in a few days later to pick it up. Nothing ready and now there isn't even a refill available. I explain to the tech what happened... she tells me her computer gives her an error message so she can't find the info. Ok so I asked to talk to the pharmacist, who then tells me I should go to urgent care because they can't find it. So I go home call my doctor's office and have them page the on call after hours doctor. I return 2 hours later still no prescription. I come back an hour later for them to tell me they are out of the medicine anyway. Not sure I've ever encountered such incompetent "educated" people. Oh yeah and it was my wedding anniversary so this how I spent it. I purposely kept my business with Walgreens so I didn't give any more money to the evil empire of Kroger but King Sooper pharmacy here I come. read more
