I plan my grocery shopping around this because if I go somewhere and pay money, and there is a courtesy bathroom, I will go out of my way to shop there. Tonight, I passed Target so I could be closer to work, grocery shop, use the bathroom, and wait there to be out of the snow until my overnight shift would start. When I arrived, the main store entrance was barricaded, I had to use the side entry. Then, I went through the hallway towards the bathroom, which was barricaded by Cafe chairs. I left and heard the customer service staff snickering. Waste of time!!!!! The website says they are open until midnight. I walked in there at 8:30 PM... Step up your game, King Soopers. Come on, what if I had brought my kids in there and we needed the bathroom? Would you come out and tear down your barricade? I also deliver groceries for them in the morning, and staff have low morale, complaining that I need help from the automated checkpoints in the self check out when there is no designated cashier to go to. This kings is pathetic. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Target and the gas station!

It's like it's set up to do that so people won't return anything. It takes forever, the cashier gets flustered, customers in line get irritated. Why exactly is this an ongoing thing? Also every single time I try to use a coupon there is an issue. Half the time I leave the store and the coupon wasn't applied. This includes coupons procured in their own special personalized coupon book. Crazy right? Do better Natural Grocers! I have this problem nowhere else. As in NOWHERE. Just at my 'friendly' irritating ridiculous neighborhood health food store. Makes me not want to shop there ever again. At the very least I don't recommend the place to anyone. An employee asked us to come back later when a manager would be there. Which we did. The manager refused to refund or replace said we should have returned the product before expiration. Calls and emails to corporate executives went unanswered. Talk about penny wise and pound foolish. They have lost our business for ever. I also really appreciate that they offer Colorado-specific wines, spirits, beers, and seltzers. And, if you need mixers, they've got those too and not just your classic, but some unique offerings like blood orange ginger beer. They rotate these out, too, which is nice for variety. They also occasionally offer free tastings, like on Thursdays between 4pm-6pm they offer wine tastings. These usually accompany their "wine of the month" which is on discount the entire month and then during the tasting, they occasionally offer an additional coupon. Pro tip: Check the back of your grocery store receipts for coupons to use for your entire purchase!
