They conducted a thorough inspection of the property, set traps, and returned regularly to check on them. Thanks to their consistent follow-up, we're now completely chipmunk-free. More recently, in April 2026, we hired them again to deal with woodpeckers damaging our home. Once again, they did a full inspection, assessed the damage, repaired the holes, and installed ultrasonic and hanging deterrents. Since then, we haven't seen any woodpeckers--and still no chipmunks either. Their team is professional, reliable, and effective. During the walk through, he already helped open our crawl space vents, and advised that there was a hole for creatures to get though. He plugged it with steel wool until we could get a better solution. This was all before settling with a treatment option, which we ended up signing on a quarterly basis. He has it scheduled in his calendar for quarterly reminders and will ask when the house is empty next to schedule. He cleans all cobwebs, checks for holes, treats interior of the house and our crawl space. My goal was to keep spiders at bay inside and ensure no destruction outside. We did find mice, and he helped mitigate the situation and will come back and help resolve it. He answers emails very timely and is so responsive. I'm thrilled he is our panda guy for our home in Tahoe. I would highly recommend quarterly treatments at a minimum, as I think it's a better deal than on-call. We even had some other issues at another apartment, and he even kindly advised on that. He's extremely professional and brings booties to protect your floors from dirt. I'm ecstatic we found him!

All goes…read morewell, 2 week inspection to see how much of the poison is gone, I speak with Noel again and I mention that I haven't seen squirrels in 2 weeks and that I unscrewed the bait box to see how much was eaten, doesn't look like much is gone. No big deal in my mind. 6pm Noel is at my door, are you home? I need to take the bait box, my supervisor will call you. Very rude! What's going on? He will call you. You admitted to touching the bait box so I have to pull it. No further answers. I am stunned! I get a call about 30 minutes later from a Victor, completely rude and from the tone of his voice he is ready for conflict and confrontation. I have no idea what I have done wrong at this point or why this is happening. Victor proceeds to tell me that I should know better than touch poison and have tampered with their box and bc I have a dog it will be removed immediately. Huh?? Totally stunned and offended that this person is basically calling me stupid. Noel never told me that if I touched it in anyway that I was in some sort of violation or said anything other than it was poison, duh, and keep the dog away. Again, duh. I am not a moron. I did what any regular person would do and one time looked in when I hadn't seen any squirrels in a week or so to see if the bait was being eaten. I didn't lick my fingers like I ate chicken nor did I let my dog, who was so super not interested in the bait box or what I was looking at come near me. The "supervisor " Victor was so rude and acted like he is in charge of something very special and told me "this was for my dog's well being" and that " I should know better" . Appreciated, but, again, I'm not stupid. It's MY dog. Why would I let her near poison? I simply unscrewed the cap, on the very top, and looked inside. Then screwed the cap back on. The end. Didn't disturb a single thing. NO ONE TOLD ME NOT TO LOOK AT IN IT OR I WOULD BE IN SOME KIND OF BREACH IF I DID. Victor was SUPER argumentative and very unprofessional for a "supervisor" . I ended with asking him to refund my portion of the 2 weeks I paid for the bait box and he could have it back. Mmmk mmmmk mmmkk, I will, I will, is what I got. So completely rude and aggressive for no reason. I even told him this was a review and he didn't care. I am unsatisfied and offended. It was $275.00 for one month and no one has come knocking with a refund check, as I requested. Corporate. Review your people and policies. I will tell everyone I know how awful my experience was with this company, Take a management class Victor and work on your customer service skills.
