As I was placing my order, he told me he'll bring my order to my table! Yes, I was in crutches but he didn't have to go out of his way to remember and bring my order to me cause as we all know, In-N-Out gets busy, yet he did and it made my day. Food was delicious as always and seats were clean. 5/5 stars for today's experience. Thank you, Luis!

Instead of resolving the issue, I was suddenly told that my order had been "sitting in the back" the whole time and that I could come pick it up--this was almost three hours after my original pickup time. I explained that I was no longer in the area and was working late, so I needed a refund instead. While I was still speaking, the employee hung up on me. When I tried to call back, my number had been blocked. This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I would like my refund processed immediately, and I want the handling of this situation to be reviewed. Also, I tried reporting it to MCD corporate and the website continues to say error....

There sweet & sour pork actually is fully coated in sauce with pineapples and onions. All the food here is made exactly as it should without cutting cost by cutting quality and ingredients like other restaurants. The fried chicken and calamari is also great (very popular). Not great things: Eggrolls aren't too good imo. They only open 4 days a week Thursday - Sunday 11am to 7pm and its CASH ONLY !!! I wish they were open 7 days a week and accept cards but nonetheless they are my new go to spot.

What frustrated me most was that it genuinely felt like I would not have received either of the items I paid for unless I specifically asked for them. Between the missing drink cup and the missing side order, the whole experience came across as pretty careless and disorganized. The burger itself was ok. The patty had no crispy bits or any caramelization so the overall experience felt lackluster given the hype surrounding the place. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but this visit definitely didn't live up to expectations. I'd consider giving them one more try in the future, though.
