    Seafood Egg Rolls
    Latonya H.

My husband did a thing and drove over an hour for us to try this place after seeing post on instagram. Located in Baltimore Md at a store front the address list not the correct address. The correct location is 3326 Greenmount Ave, Baltimore, MD 21218. My husband stated that you must come early as there was long line that moves quickly. The egg rolls were delicious and plenty of crabmeat and shrimp, but for the 2 I had they were lacking lobster meat which I was heavily looking forward to. My husband loved the Devil eggs and was well impressed with them. I don't eat or like eggs so no review from me. Come try if you looking for seafood egg rolls.

The inside of my husbands...no lobster insight, and minced crabmeat
    Janet H.

Today 2/4/2025, I drove allll the way to Baltimore, a 1 hour and 20 minute hump, to see what the hype was about. It was just that, "INSTAGRAM HYPE", SO DON'T BE FOOLED BY IT. I ordered the Shrimp, Lobster, and Crab Egg Roll, or should I say the 2 Shrimp, minced crab meat, and no lobster egg roll. I'm not about bashing companies, but if you don't provided what is being advertised, I will leave an accurate review. Go inline and waited 3 minutes to order, and it took 5 minutes before I received the order. After we received the order, we pulled in the gas station to the right of use so we could eat it right away. My husband was steaming, he said turn this blankety-blank truck around so I can get my money back. 1. Be prepared, it is in the hood, some people may have an issue with it, but we didn't, and don't blink or you will miss it, we drove pass it... it's on the corner and a walk-up window. Depending on the time of day will determine if it is a long line, 2. The outer shell is very thick and hard, not crunchy. We pulled over to heat it while it was hot, not giving it time to sit and get hard 3. At both ends of the egg roll you have a large shrimp, the middle is filled with minced crabmeat. Someone else was complaining they received the red tip of a lobster claw. SMH, I should have listened. 3. Not for lobster lovers, there isn't any in it. 4. Service was normal, no issues, and I believe it's owned by Asian decent. Summation, if you just want an oversized crab egg roll with 2 shrimp, one at each end of the roll, this is for you! For me, certainly not worth the ride, money or taste buds. So I suggest you read all reviews, there's a reason why the reviews are only 3 stars. TOTAL FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

The sign from the street makes you think it's inside of the liquor store, however it's actually behind it. There is some street parking but if you can car pool or rideshare I suggest that. The concept is cute. There's I think 6 private rooms each being able to seat up to 7-16 people at once. Theres also an area outdoors that's would be great when the weathers nice. Each room has its own vibe and is color coordinated. The staff is very friendly. I took some points off for food. It took a really, really long time for us to get our meal, and one of the pizzas we ordered, we couldn't get because they didn't have the ingredients but we weren't told for over an hour. They have Salt & Vinegar wings which has become popular. Think Lemon Pepper wings with a twang. They also have cards and board games you can borrow. I would come here again.

Online the venue says it opens at 12:00pm I arrived 11 min after the start of our event and it seemed they were just setting up. The food was just okay. I ordered the steak, eggs and potatoes. The hostess didn't ask for the temperature but they made it medium rare, which I prefer medium well, but it was cooked well done. I also ordered salt and vinegar wings and I cannot tell you how they taste as I left after waiting for them. I told the table to share amongst each other once they came out. Not enough seating. people left early so others could sit. The themed rooms (lounge or dining) are a nice touch, and it's BYOB/Hookah which sets a cool tone. But if I go back, it'll be with a small group, hoping for more polish next time.

Although it is not that in the traditional sense and more of a raw bar, I like that the seafood offerings are more focused and curated. Everything was cooked to the perfect temperature and texture. The HH specials are a great deal. I sat at the bar and service was really good. We were right in front of the oyster shucking area which was entertaining to watch. We ordered a dozen oysters, six of two different kinds. The oysters are priced by the half dozen here just FYI. I feel like Dylan's has some of the freshest oysters in Baltimore. I love that they're not all huge ginormous dinner plates but some are small and petite with a light brine. We also ordered the french onion dip, potato skins, caesar salad, and brussel sprouts. The french onion dip had great flavor and went well with the potato chips (I subbed extra chips in place of the crackers to make it gluten free). I only wish the dip was served warm. The brussels were absolutely delicious with great flavor and texture, and not swimming in the sauce like some other places. The stern fern martini is one of my faves but I can't drink more than one and once the other salty dishes started coming out, I needed something different so I opted for the yuzu cider. That was really refreshing and delicious! The basque cheesecake for dessert was good but not the best I've had. Service at the bar seemed a bit rushed but it may have been because the place was packed. It was a Tuesday night but at 6:30pm, every seat was full. By 8pm the place really cleared out so we'll time our visit a little later next time. The owner, Dylan, was working the floor alongside his staff and was nice enough to offer us some of his home-made hot sauce. It was really good! My only wish would be for the menu to be better marked for gluten free options.

Although we were there on a Monday at lunchtime, the dining area quickly became busy and loud. We ordered some crab dip, which they were able to provide some gluten-free bread for. I really liked the crab dip! It was creamy and flavorful. After placing some salad orders, the food came out, but we were not brought utensils to eat. The meat was not cooked how we asked for it to be, and one of the plates had to be sent back to be cooked more. After around 20 minutes, we were finally given forks to start eating. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Salad and despite my fish being a bit underdone, it was pretty good. I wish there was more dressing on the salad though because it was a bit bland and dry. It also seemed like our waiter was super stressed as he was genuinely running through the restaurant at times.

All of my food was great and I will definitely be ordering again. I started with the pan fried Chive dumplings, the texture initially threw me off a little as it's a little more doughy than a traditional dumpling but the flavor was amazing! My Kra Prow Moo Grob had the crispiest pork belly, and the sauce was a little spicy and little sweet and the perfect amount of umami. The egg was over fried in my opinion as it was difficult to tear apart, but this was my first time trying this dish and I'm not sure if that's how the egg is traditionally served. The mango sticky rice I ended up saving for another day but reheated very well. The mango was sweet and refreshing and the coconut sauce added a nice creaminess. While I didn't dine in this time I did notice that there is bar seating, traditional sit down space and an outdoor patio. I will be sure to return for my Thai needs and look forward to dining in. It's also worth nothing that currently they have a promotion for 20% off your first online order, so give them a try!
