The service here was terrible. My friend & I sat @ our table for 25 mins before our server came over & that's only because we notified the hostess that we hadn't been greeted. Drinks took another 20 mins to get to the table & food came another 30 mins after that. We literally saw people who came in after us eat & leave. The food is nothing to rave about. While waiting to be seated by a hostess I entertained myself by reading the menu on the television up front. I noticed the Captains Boil was $40 and decided that's what I would order. The hostess then informed me that those prices are incorrect and the manager is aware of it but refuses to update or delete it. I spoke with the manager to request that he honors the price and he refused to do so. He also said he's aware of the false advertisement upfront. As I was leaving a waitress ask why was I leaving and I told her the reason. she also stated that the employees have told the manager about the issues it causes with customers and he just don't care. So, if he doesn't care about false advertising then I don't care to give him my money. read more

I coordinated a group dinner for a group of 23 for a Friday, June 17th. The first issue of the evening was when they seated half the group against a wall with no separation in the 4 tables. When i brought the safety issue to the hostess, she told me that i could move the tables myself.... Totally unprofessional! The manager came over with aggressive body tone again totally unprofessional. The 2nd issue was that only 1 server was assigned to my group if 23 people. I expressed my concerns with the manager and she was certain that the server could handle the group solo. It took 30 minutes for our beverages to be provided and then took an additional 40 minutes for the 1 server to take all our food orders, which was about 9:30pm. We finally got our food at about 10:45pm! The manager stood around all night gossiping with her hostess and other servers and not once did she attempt to assign additional resources to help the server assigned to our group or did she step in to assist. The manager also never came over to check on the server assigned to our group! She was apparently upset about me addressing the safety concerns with the seating. To top the night off, the AC in our side of the restaurant was out. It was extremely warm. The manager committed to bringing a fan over an never did. I have dined at all types if restaurants and frequently. This experience was the worst ever and the manager needs serious training in customer service and management! read more

The atmosphere here is dynamite to include the music. The ambience in the place is so soothing that you will find yourself staying long after your meal is done. Perhaps we should have ordered dessert but we were so full from our meals. The staff is very friendly, genuine, not phony. The appetizers we had were very tasty. I don't like the texture of oysters but I tried the fried ones and they were really good. Unfortunately the crab leg I got with my meal was quite small, however, the 1/2 lb shrimp that came with the 1/2 lb crab leg made up for it but I still wanted to taste the crab leg. That little thing I got left my taste buds wondering. The buckets you get for your shells and things was a great size. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Only real suggestion I have is to add more tea bags and less sugar to the tea as well as add lemonade to the menu. read more

Saw this new seafood restaurant while in the area. This building had been vacant for a long time so I was intrigued. The building has been completely renovated. The inside is very spacious, clean and very nice. We were seated right away and had the pleasure of being served by Tavi (Natavi). She was super sweet, very knowledgeable and friendly. She was very attentive and never let our drinks get low. She made great suggestions on food and drinks. The food was great but she made the experience even better! If you stop by, ask for Tavi! Let me start by saying, I have never been so embarrassed. I we had a party of eight, I ordered to build a bad one with shrimp and the other with crab, my granddaughter ordered a bag that had sausage in it. The server bora orders and gave us what we thought was our correct order. Somehow my granddaughter and I was given the wrong order, when I mention it to the "manager" how response was for my granddaughter and I to switch it out after my granddaughter had already eaten out the bag. This was one of the worst experience ever. My party tried to sit at the bar to have drinks and dinner. We were told by the hostess and the manager that the bar was open. After we sat down, another staff member approached us and told us that we were not allowed to sit at the bar because there were four of us together. There were more than ten seat open.
