We went for a Ladies Night out with the Girls on this past Saturday. We waited to be seated. Once we were told we could be seated, we were told that another party had paid, but they hadn't got up from their table yet. So, we waited for another party that was leaving to get up. It was 6 of us, so we were arranging the chairs so we could all be accommodated. The Manager- I believe they called her KiKi, came and said " Do yall want to sit in Trash", we all looked astonished . She said " Im tryna sweep ". Why make a smart comment. The food was decent, the Atmosphere was decent. So, my bill came, it was $76.45, which included $11.66 Tip. I gave her $100 bill. She brings back my change, and it's $13. When I questioned it, she pulls out a calculator and tries to explain that, the Tip goes to the House, and she has to deduct the Tip, trying to show me on the calculator, and says that she doesn't get any of the Tip because she is a manager, and No one else wanted to serve us, so she had to be our Server. I say, Ok that has nothing to do with me. I said, I should have more than $13. Kiki told me I actually have more money because they don't have Coins. ‍ My cousin also paid with $100, and she was trying to convince her of the same thing, with that Calculator, saying she has to deduct the Tip out, that goes to the House, then she calculates the change. Everyone else paid with Card, so they didn't have an issue. They were closing, so we were being Rushed. My sista says " It's the Hustle, she basically took her own additional Tip, but that should be disclosed if that's the case". My cousins wanted to come here after Thanksgiving. We were here on Friday. There was supposed to be karaoke but as we entered they said nope not today. We ordered bags and I had the Fried Basket Combo shrimp/oysters. The wait time was minimal, but it took forever to get drinks, utensils etc. Malik was our server. The drinks were way to sweet. If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Do not eat at this restaurant if you value your safety or your family's safety. On August 22nd, 2026, around 6:00 PM, a massive, violent brawl involving 10 to 15 Rockin Crab employees broke out right next to our table. We had a large family party of 20 people, including two 7-year-old children.The employees completely blocked the exits during the fight, trapping our entire family in an active combat zone while letting other guests leave. During the Brawl, the employees recklessly threw a dirty liquid solution that smelled strongly of alcohol across the room. It splashed directly onto five of our family members, including the two 7-year-old children, and completely contaminated our untouched food. The children were left shaking and actively crying from absolute terror.When the fight finally stopped, we asked for a full refund since their staff destroyed our meals and trapped us in danger. Instead of apologizing, management refused, gave us only a 75% discount, and Falsely reported to the police that we were trying to "walk out" on our bill. They literally weaponized law enforcement to bully and extort us into paying the remaining 25% balance for a contaminated, inedible meal under threat of arrest.The staff behavior was disgusting, and management was incredibly unprofessional. They created a violent hazard, ruined a family dinner, terrified young children, and then lied to the police to force us to pay for it. Pull the security cameras from that night and look at what your staff did. We will be pursuing this legally. DO NOT EAT HERE. read more

Just went here this past week for my Aunt's birthday and we ended up staying a bit longer for their Karaoke night, where my sister ended up performing!!! The crowd was amazing, as was the food! We were in the mood for a seafood boil bag and we stumbled upon rockin crab so we decided to stop in. The menu was pretty simple, and the portions were decent. Our server was Jada and she was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Jada made sone great suggestions and we ordered the perfect combinations in our seafood bags. We showed up on karaoke night which started at 7:20pm, so there was a live DJ doing karaoke and the music was pretty loud, but the crowd seem to enjoy it. I placed an order here online. The food was ready in about 15 minutes. When I came to pick up my order the hosts were really nice and I was presented with my food quickly. When I returned home I was able to check my bag and was relieved that my order was correct. I ordered shrimp and mussels with the rockin crab hot sauce. Service: upon entering was told the wait would be an hour and half. I dine out often and although there was a crowd and people seated everywhere a body could go, you could tell that was an exaggerated wait time. Wait actually ended up being 20-30 minutes and once seated the service began swiftly. If you're looking for top tier, formal treatment as a customer this place may not be for you. Everyone did their job, but no one was particularly happy that you were there. This could have been because it was close to closing on a karaoke night and the staff was just over it & tired. I ordered the S5 Combo: Dungeoness crab, Snow crab, head off Shrimp with garlic butter sauce and lemon pepper seasoning with a side of steamed rice The food was tasty. My favorite part was the dungeoness crab. I poured the sauce from the bag on the rice to add some flavor which was excellent! I did not try any alcoholic beverages, but I did get a cherry lemonade which tasted horrible. I should have asked before ordering; I am pretty sure the lemonade used was Minute Maid and their fountain lemonade is literal trash, in my opinion. Susan served us. She was very nice and she explained that Friday & Saturday nights, between 7:30 & 10:30pm, there is a live DJ (@djdubblek). He offers karaoke, at times. If you visit the Instagram page you'll see his posts of these events. On these nights guests are charged $50 for every 30 min they occupy a table --after having been seated for a 2 hour maximum. So, if you come in for dinner at 6:30pm and leave at 9:00 pm you will pay the cost of your meal, plus an additional $50 because your dining experience exceeded 2 hours. I was amused by the license plates posted on the walls. The one right above my table was a California plate that said "OUTATIME" it literally made me burst into laughter after reading the postage regarding the 2 hour notice on my table. Overall, I do highly recommend dining here. I live out of state, but I do plan to visit on a weekend to get the DJ Dubble K experience. Came on a Monday night, server took a minute to approach our table. Placed an order of RAW oysters and server asked what flavor and spice level we wanted....? I said can we just eat RAW oysters? Placed our order. Then she comes back and informed us that we couldn't just order crawfish as a "Build Your Own" since they were short on crawfish. So you're telling me, the only way we could eat crawfish is if we SPEND MORE $$? Second red flag. So we said no thank you, got our checks for our drinks and raw oysters that in fact did come with horseradish. Honestly, if you can't serve us crawfish because of your shortage, you shouldn't even charge me for my damn drinks.
