    Lots of oysters!!!

Visiting friends in the area and this is one of their favorite places. I now know why. Wow. So glad we went. Service was good and the food was phenomenal. Fresh everything-dips,salads, pizzas and OYSTERS! They were excellent--we happened to be there on a day they were serving oysters from Mass and PEI. Oh yeah, the beer was satisfactory. Lucky you if you live in the area. If I did, everyone in the place would know my name 'cause I would be there often.

Great Sushi and poke bowls. We have been takeout for a couple of months now and it always consistently tasty and fresh.

So much quieter and it's dog friendly! Wings were the same as last time; amazing! IMHO best in Mooresville! Fried mozzarella; also better than any I've had locally. Onion rings? Guess what? Perfect!! Turns out making the right choices matter. Get the wings and sides, eat at the Beer Lab not the "garage" space (not sure what it's called). Overall, it was awesome! Def be back often! Military discount as well!

We waited a couple of minutes before I asked the guy sweeping up if they were open. He replied "Yeah. She is somewhere. Probably next door". Finally, a woman shows up outside smoking, and the sweeper goes outside and tells her we are in there and I heard her say, "they can wait until I am done with my cigarette". She finally comes in and takes our order with a shitty attitude. No flights so I got 2 beers a Belgian Triple and a Banshee IPA and a Mahala Pizza (Hawaiian with BBQ sauce base). The beers were really good, and the pizza was decent nothing I would get again. Shitty attitudes can really mess up a dining experience. Get better employees and offer flights and the whole experience would have been good. Funny story. Several people came in after we showed up and one guy asked for a Coors Light. She gave him whatever their lightest beer was. He was not a fan, so he asked me what I was drinking and I told him the Banshee IPA. He asked if I liked it and I said yes. So he ordered one. He proceeds to say "F$#% You buddy! That tasted like I licked a pine comb's ass!" So at least I made a friend.

Set right in downtown Davidson across from Davidson College, the atmosphere strikes that perfect balance--lively but still intimate. The menu evolves frequently, so what we saw differed from what's posted online--but that turned out to be part of the charm. Everything sounded appealing, and choosing wasn't difficult. Our server stood out immediately--deeply knowledgeable and able to walk through each dish with impressive detail, right down to preparation. It's easy to see why Kindred earned "Recommended" status in the inaugural Michelin Guide American South and continues to be recognized for top-tier hospitality and cuisine. We started with the Little Gem lettuce salad--fresh, bright, and elevated by the perfect crunch and subtle richness of pistachios. For my entrée, I had the rigatoni with guanciale, English peas, and pecorino sardo--rich, balanced, and full of flavor without being heavy. A memorable meal all around.

My cousin had something with gin and sage and her husband had an herbaceous drink with bourbon. To eat, We had the pickles, fried oysters, duck fat fries, momo chicken salad and cinnamon rolls! omg so good! I had the shrimp roll- a lobster roll but made with shrimp. Flavorful, light and refreshing! Everyone was happy.
