I've gone to 3 RE's in chicago in the past 5 years, and In Via was by far the best. I feel like an…read moreexpert here, so I will break it down. Care: Of all my options, they had the most compassionate and personal care, the staff and MD's were always very nice, attentive. They clearly laid out my options, which had the best chances, and made a personal plan for me. They were dissapointed for me when things didn't work. I always got a call from the doctor, not staff, with bad news, and frequently with good news too. I genuinely felt like Dr. Klipstien cared. Between the portal and phone calls she was easy to get a hold of. Medically they are right in step with the latest treatments/options. The stats are not great anywhere for inferitlity. The stats here are high average. I went to the RE with the best stats in illinois. He offered nothing different. All an RE can do is their best, and I felt like I got thier best every time we tried. Costs: They worked with my insurance, were up front about costs. Inferitlity treatment is expensive. Their charges are in line with the other RE's I went to. It would be amazing if you could only pay if it worked, but that is not how elective medical care works. They have to get money upfront, or people would never pay them. You don't go to your hairstylist and leave without paying. You can't have someone paint your house and own them thousands of dollars for months. Doctors have to charge money for thier services and they can't be your bank. All fertility clinics are like this. Apts: My only complaint was my home office (arlington heights) was not always open. They had some staffing issues during one of my cycles andI had to go to hoffman estates. I much prefered my smaller office, and it was closer to work. Otherwise I was happy with the early am apts, and it was always easy to move around apts. So- after 3 chicagoland RE's, 7 rounds of various treatments, I can say this is the one I'd reccomend in chicago. Smaller, more personal care, good communication and knowledge, nice electronic portal.

I need to make this unequivocally clear: this facility is the most abysmal medical experience of…read moremy life. Their supposed "care" is a hollow shell, backed by a staggering lack of basic human decency and bedside manner. The front desk utilize financial exploitation by refusing to process essential, pre-paid leave of absence paperwork needed for my wife to heal from our catastrophic failed transfer but instead require her to be in a current cycle which is not possible due to latest procedure and timing. Thru the journey our concerns and reported symptoms were unfortunately met with a refusal to perform requested diagnostic tests. The staff at this office repeatedly dismissed the possibility of an underlying condition, specifically stating that endometriosis was unlikely. This necessitated seeking care elsewhere. Working with other specialists, we were finally able to get the appropriate testing done, which confirmed the diagnosis of endometriosis. This confirmed condition, which was initially ignored, is recognized in medical literature and by other professionals we consulted as the most likely contributor to our failed IVF retrievals and transfer. Their failure to test and early dismissal of our symptoms resulted in both a delay in proper treatment and the loss of viable attempts. They operate on a model of callous disregard. They don't grasp the basic concept that human beings need time to recover. Instead, they immediately pivot to extorting more money from us, pushing for a complete next cycle while my wife's body is still in distress from the last one. Three egg retrievals, one transfer, and zero results--just devastating failure and soul-crushing heartache. Their only priority is the next payment. Avoid this predatory clinic if you want an actual child and a team that values your well-being over their sickeningly profitable cycle-and-repeat business model. Please read this FDA report from this year before committing to using them as well. https://www.fda.gov/inspections-compliance-enforcement-and-criminal-investigations/warning-letters/invia-fertility-specialists-pllc-710632-06132025

I explained to them this and they refused to acknowledge. Probably some random person hired for the job without knowledge of how anything financial related works. I was self pay and understand egg retrieval and anesthesia and preservation is not covered but the self pay estimation included bloodwork and ultrasound as well. So they double dipped - bill me and the insurance company. They switched the justification charges up on meh and didnt inform me. I did many appointments with same progress, why need so many appointments when there is not change at all to my protocol. There is no clarity in the breakdown costs, its generalized so they can just make any claims to justify their charges. Read some other reviews in other forums with people stating similar shadiness. The doctor I had was good and staff did their job well. Efficiently run but their financial charges are like a scam. There is also something off about this in general.

I am a new patient, have been for only 3 days. What this facility and Jessica the RN made me go…read morethrough was honestly horrible and unethical. I made my appointment weeks ago. I gave them my new insurance and I filled out all the paperwork given to me. They knew I was a new patient. Weeks later I am on my way to my appointment to get my birth control shot, (which they already knew about) and literally 15 mins prior to the apt, the receptionist calls and asks me, did I have my previous doctor send over my records? I explained to her no because you guys never said that you needed them. She said well we just noticed it right now and I'm sorry but if we don't have your records, we need to reschedule your appointment or we have to do blood work today and then tomorrow you can come in and we can give you your birth control shot. I said well my timeframe to get the shot will expire soon and it'll take at least a week to get my records so I can't reschedule this appointment. She said you can see if they can fax it over to us and I explained to her that they won't do that bc I have to fill out a patient release form. The receptionist works at a doctor facility. She should know how long it takes in the process to release patient records to them, which I didn't understand that she didn't know. I asked her how come you guys can't do a urine test to see if I'm pregnant or not, because that's what other doctors do, plus they only do that if you are out of your 3 month window to get the shot and you let it expire. They have to make sure I'm not pregnant so they can give me the shot, which I understand. Receptionist then spoke with Jessica, the RN and Jessica told her that if I was four weeks pregnant, they wouldn't be able to detect that on a urine test. So I said, so you're leaving me no choice let's do the blood work then bc I can't reschedule. I did explain how ridiculous this was and they should've known this weeks ago when I made my appointment and should've asked me then to get them the paperwork from my previous doctor. Then I went in and the receptionist said if I have any questions I can ask Jessica. Well, I never saw Jessica. Some other girl took me to the lab to get the blood test done after that I came in the next day to get the birth control shot. I finally saw Jessica the RN. Jessica had asked me how long I have been on this birth control for. I told her on and off for years since I was 18 years old and I am 43 now. she then asked me if I knew the risks of taking it. I said of course because I've been on it for years. She then tried to convince me to take a break from it. I told her no I did not want to take a break from it, I've tried other birth control, actually every other birth control out there, and none of them work or I have had really bad complications. I told her this was the only birth control that is successful for me. She then recommended I take a break however she gave me the shot and had me set my appointment for 3 months later to get the next one. I then asked her for refills because this was my last one from my previous doctor. She said that they cannot give me multiple refills that they will give me one refill a week before my appointment in April. I asked her why and I said other doctors don't do it that way and she said this was their policy, and I said well that's not state policy so then I asked her do I have to call you guys for the one refill or will it automatically be refilled? She said automatically. I told her so far they have made my new patient experience at that point very difficult and miserable. Then an hour later I receive a phone call from Jessica. She called me and said that they will no longer give me my next shot of birth control. I asked her why, and she said it's because of the risks because you've been on it and we recommend you taking a break. I asked her are you recommending it like you did earlier or are you telling me that you will no longer give me my shot. she said both I told her again. This is the only birth control that works for me and then I asked her are you going pay for my child if I get pregnant again I told her I cannot have any more kids. I already have two and I'm 43 years old. Her comment was oh but you can have more kids. And I said no, I cannot. she didn't tell me how long to take a break for, she didn't refer me to somebody else that I can go and get the birth control from. I told her she wasn't even a doctor to be able to tell me to stop taking birth control so I wanted a doctor to call me. She told me that Nadine would call me today and I happen to call the office because I want to see how to get my records from them now so I can go somewhere else and the office is closed today. so Jessica lied to me and the doctor won't be calling me today because they're closed. I no longer want to be a patient at this facility. I would never recommend this place!

I've seen Dr Rodgers and was able to get pregnant and have my first child which is great. However, I'm not sure is it because she is seeing many patients and on social media like tik tok but she does not seem to have a great memory. Every time I come in to see her she doesn't remember things that I told her the last visit and I think she almost gave me the wrong treatment plan once. Also, she doesn't seem interpersonal and or have much empathy because I got pregnant with twins but lost one and she seemed to just pretty much brush it off even though I was pretty devastated. Another thing is that I've developed hypertension and hypothyroidism from the treatment but she doesn't seem concern and just tell me to follow up with my primary care doctor for my blood pressure. I also get a lot of side effects like nausea and vomit from one cycle too and she didn't even seem to care when I've brought it up. Her office visits always seem so brief and I don't understand half the time what she told me because she talked too fast for me to understand and not really explaining the whole process for me. I feel like she thinks that I know how Ivf works and this isn't my first time but it was and I was so clueless. I just wish that she and the nurses would summarize the whole process for me in the beginning and go over step by step the process so I can get a good understanding. A lot of times I would have to google the answers to my questions l and research the treatment. If I'm going back to get another child, I'll probably try a diff doctor.

This was one of the worst medical experiences of my life. The only positive part of this practice…read moreis the nurse practitioner, who is truly wonderful. If she could have delivered my baby, I would have stayed. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option. I found this private practice after seeing someone say, "I trust Dr. Gandhi with my life." My experience could not have been more different. I began care here during my first pregnancy and felt supported during the first 12 weeks with the nurse practitioner. Once I transitioned to Dr. Gandhi, everything changed. Nine times out of ten I was the only patient in the office. Despite that, every appointment felt extremely rushed and chaotic. She would speak so fast while reviewing my chart it felt like listening to an auctioneer. I assumed she was overbooked, but the office was almost always empty. She would walk in saying "hi hi let me find my brain," rush through my medication list, and incorrectly say I wasn't taking medications that were clearly documented. When I corrected her, she admitted she skipped over them because she was moving too fast. That alone is very concerning for an OB. Her language was also extremely unprofessional. At nearly every appointment she used words like "f***," "s***," and "a**." At one visit I counted at least five times. She even said, "If you don't give a f***, I don't give a f***." I have never heard a physician speak this way to a pregnant patient. It was shocking and inappropriate. Things escalated when I became very sick and was hospitalized during pregnancy. I called her emergency line to confirm if ER-prescribed medication was safe. Her response was, "Listen to them, they know better than I do." She said she would review my paperwork and call me back within the hour. She never called. The next day she barely remembered the conversation and dismissed how sick I had been. I told her I needed the medication and would manage my blood sugars. She acknowledged it would raise them. I later submitted my glucose log clearly showing the medication caused elevated readings, and I still received a Walgreens alert that insulin had been prescribed with no call or discussion. The nurse practitioner later called saying my sugars were "so high" I needed insulin immediately. I explained everything. It became clear Dr. Gandhi had not documented anything from our emergency call and had not informed the team. They were about to start insulin based on incorrect, medication-induced readings. I could hear her in the background say, "Oh yeah that's right, tell her to hold off on the insulin then." There was no documentation, no follow-up, and at my next visit she didn't even ask how I was doing after being hospitalized. At another appointment I had to ask when my next ultrasound was, because nothing had been scheduled after my 20-week anatomy scan with a high-risk specialist. Referrals had not been sent. Had I not asked, I would have had nothing scheduled. She blamed the hospital, then moved ultrasounds in-house, but later still asked when my next high-risk ultrasound was despite making that change. It was disorganized and stressful. If you don't bring questions, appointments consist of weight, belly measurement, rushing through meds, and "any questions?" with no guidance or preparation for what's ahead. She met my husband multiple times, yet later said, "Nice to meet you, we haven't met before." We also declined the Tdap vaccine at 26 weeks, which was documented, yet at 28 weeks she came in saying, "The girls will give you your TDAP," without checking notes. The nurses were confused and already had a declination form ready. When I messaged her saying I felt rushed and anxious due to lack of preparation, she responded in all caps: "IM SORRY YOU FELT RUSHED. I ASK STUPID QUESTIONS OVER AND OVER OFTEN REPEATING MYSELF." None of my concerns were addressed. I transferred care immediately. My first appointment with a new OB was completely different. I left informed, calm, and supported. My new office also found missing and incomplete documentation throughout my records. Additional concerns include the ultrasound technician never introducing herself or communicating, and poor blood draw experiences where blood was spilled. This is now the second time I have left a review, as my previous reviews appear to have been deleted or hidden by the practice. That alone is very concerning when trying to share honest patient experiences. This practice caused unnecessary stress and anxiety during a vulnerable time in my pregnancy. Between rushed visits, lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, missed referrals, poor documentation, and safety concerns with medication management, I cannot recommend this office. The difference after transferring care was immediate.
