Dr Kevin Hussey / OB: A very good doctor especially after i heard his story of how nice he is treating his patients and how professional and wonderful he is as an OB. He is very efficiency, professional, kind, knowledgeable, patience...these are all very important to first time parents, cause we always have lots of questions and concerns and he can solve them all and made us feel comfortable and confident about my pregnancy. One thing i do want to mention here is he is my life saver, i had a hard time doing virginal delivery and after two hours pushing, i felt like i am gonna die, and i was asking for C-Section, after seeing me in such pain, he immediately moved me to the surgery room for C-section delivery, and it was like 11:00pm on that day, and he did excellent work to my delivery and incision part, today is the day 9 after the surgery day, and i am feeling wonderful, love Dr Kevin Hussey, next week, i am going to see him again for my postpartum check up, i am going to give him a big hug :) CDH: Classes: Me and my husband took three classes in this hospital, delivery place tour, give birth basics and breastfeeding class, the teachers are knowledgeable (showing all useful messages and information ,answers all question from us, mostly first time parents with silly questions :)), the atmosphere is friendly and fun, we did learn a lot from there which is good cause we have very good preparation for our baby's coming. Dietician: I was found out have gestation diabetes at week 28, and had to see the dietician very often since then, i just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr David Ding, he is very professional and knowledgeable, he used the most common understandable way to explain me my situation and watched my diet very carefully and closely (weekly), my numbers were controlled very well under his monitoring, plus, his nurses and office staff are nice and good too. Nurses: Not being exaggerate here, all nurses that had been taking care of us are so nice and patience, from 2nd floor (where i did my delivery) to 3rd floor (where i got sent to recover), not even a single one is not nice, me and my husband were so appreciate their cares Dean from the 2nd floor is the name we want to mention here, when i was having so much pain while waiting for dilation, i was after her patient for the anesthetist, but when she saw me in pain, and her patient wasn't that bad, she had the anesthetist came to me first then her patient, i was so thankful to her. The 3rd floor where i got my recovery after the c-section , they are so nice checking on me every few hours, taking care of both me and my newborn...the restaurant for recover mom and baby is also nice, they gave us more foods than we ordered, just to make sure we had enough nutrition. .... Too much to say, but make the long story short ( i know it's already very long), I highly recommended Dr Kevin Hussey for whoever need nice OB and CDH to all mom to be. My next one, i will still choose this OB and hospital for SURE.

I had a very disappointing and troubling experience at Duly Health and Care in Wheaton…read more I arrived for a scheduled neurology appointment (suite 100) after calling ahead to inform the office I would be approximately 15 minutes late. I arrived exactly when I said I would. Despite this, I was treated in a hostile and dismissive manner by a front-desk staff member (Susan/Sue), while observing other patients were treated warmly and courteously. What was especially concerning is that during my time there, I observed other patients--who were not Black or brown-skinned--being treated with courtesy, patience, and respect, while I was spoken to harshly and dismissively. The difference in tone, body language, and manner of interaction was noticeable and deeply troubling. I was told there was an insurance issue, even though I had just been seen earlier that same week by my primary care doctor at the same facility. After being sent between departments and waiting nearly two hours, another staff member confirmed the issue was an internal administrative error--not mine. Despite the internal confirmation that the issue was an administrative error, I was still denied care. The receptionist (Susan/Sue) called the neurologist (Jeremy Schmitz), who confirmed that I could not be seen and instructed her to tell me to return at 2:20, without asking if that was possible for me or offering any alternative accommodation. I was given no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and no attempt to make the situation right. I ultimately left without being seen. This experience felt demeaning, unprofessional, and discriminatory. Healthcare settings should be places where all patients are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope this review encourages meaningful improvements in patient communication, front-desk professionalism, and accountability. Luckily, I had a friend who was a patient at Dr. Wright's office and recommended I call to check them out. I made sure they were covered by my insurance plan first, and made an appointment. The initial appointment is very thorough, I had a pap, ultrasound, ans testing, and bloodwork done. They made sure my insurance covered it all before I stepped through the door. My consult with the nurse practitioner, Yolanda, was nothing short of amazing! She was personable, smart, funny, and really made sure I understood my options. She's been treating me for the past 6 months, and I feel so much better! I am back to my old self, and feel like a veil that I had been living under has been lifted! No more hip pain, my hair loss has stopped, and I feel energetic and can sleep again. The office is very fancy by my standards. You're offered a beverage when you check in, there's a beverage station in the waiting area, and they offer snacks after the blood draws. Everyone that I've encountered at the office has been so pleasant and I am so thankful to have found this practice. It's been life changing, and I am always recommending it to women my age who are feeling the negative effects of aging.

I refuse to pay each time their "estimated " cost and miraculously I don't end up paying because my insurance covered it like I've said countless times. I have spoken to Joe the director of billing he's rude and argumentative and does t give a clear explanation. It comes off like he's trying to run some fraud with billing. Please beware before you are paying estimated costs. They conveniently never told me the onetime I paid it that my insurance paid it and I had to argue with Joe for my refund. Always let your insurance go through first before you give a dime to this place.
