The worst Hospital you can possibly go to . They say they value family yet don't even let my husband in the room so he can ask questions during my pregnancy. They never answer the phone and are always some how under staffed . DO NOT GIVE THIS OFFICE A CHANCE!!! They comment on reviews but can't fix mistakes . Receptionist always have attitude and the doctor is always running behind. They seem to over book appointments ALL THE TIME . Save the comment apologizing and just be a better office and hospital or simply just shut down . I am a new patient, have been for only 3 days. What this facility and Jessica the RN made me go through was honestly horrible and unethical. I made my appointment weeks ago. I gave them my new insurance and I filled out all the paperwork given to me. They knew I was a new patient. Weeks later I am on my way to my appointment to get my birth control shot, (which they already knew about) and literally 15 mins prior to the apt, the receptionist calls and asks me, did I have my previous doctor send over my records? I explained to her no because you guys never said that you needed them. She said well we just noticed it right now and I'm sorry but if we don't have your records, we need to reschedule your appointment or we have to do blood work today and then tomorrow you can come in and we can give you your birth control shot. I said well my timeframe to get the shot will expire soon and it'll take at least a week to get my records so I can't reschedule this appointment. She said you can see if they can fax it over to us and I explained to her that they won't do that bc I have to fill out a patient release form. The receptionist works at a doctor facility. She should know how long it takes in the process to release patient records to them, which I didn't understand that she didn't know. I asked her how come you guys can't do a urine test to see if I'm pregnant or not, because that's what other doctors do, plus they only do that if you are out of your 3 month window to get the shot and you let it expire. They have to make sure I'm not pregnant so they can give me the shot, which I understand. Receptionist then spoke with Jessica, the RN and Jessica told her that if I was four weeks pregnant, they wouldn't be able to detect that on a urine test. So I said, so you're leaving me no choice let's do the blood work then bc I can't reschedule. I did explain how ridiculous this was and they should've known this weeks ago when I made my appointment and should've asked me then to get them the paperwork from my previous doctor. Then I went in and the receptionist said if I have any questions I can ask Jessica. Well, I never saw Jessica. Some other girl took me to the lab to get the blood test done after that I came in the next day to get the birth control shot. I finally saw Jessica the RN. Jessica had asked me how long I have been on this birth control for. I told her on and off for years since I was 18 years old and I am 43 now. she then asked me if I knew the risks of taking it. I said of course because I've been on it for years. She then tried to convince me to take a break from it. I told her no I did not want to take a break from it, I've tried other birth control, actually every other birth control out there, and none of them work or I have had really bad complications. I told her this was the only birth control that is successful for me. She then recommended I take a break however she gave me the shot and had me set my appointment for 3 months later to get the next one. I then asked her for refills because this was my last one from my previous doctor. She said that they cannot give me multiple refills that they will give me one refill a week before my appointment in April. I asked her why and I said other doctors don't do it that way and she said this was their policy, and I said well that's not state policy so then I asked her do I have to call you guys for the one refill or will it automatically be refilled? She said automatically. I told her so far they have made my new patient experience at that point very difficult and miserable. Then an hour later I receive a phone call from Jessica. She called me and said that they will no longer give me my next shot of birth control. I asked her why, and she said it's because of the risks because you've been on it and we recommend you taking a break. I asked her are you recommending it like you did earlier or are you telling me that you will no longer give me my shot. she said both I told her again. This is the only birth control that works for me and then I asked her are you going pay for my child if I get pregnant again I told her I cannot have any more kids. I already have two and I'm 43 years old. Her comment was oh but you can have more kids. And I said no, I cannot. she didn't tell me how long to take a break for, she didn't refer me to somebody else that I can go and get the birth control from. I told her she wasn't even a doctor to be able to tell me to stop taking birth control so I wanted a doctor to call me. She told me that Nadine would call me today and I happen to call the office because I want to see how to get my records from them now so I can go somewhere else and the office is closed today. so Jessica lied to me and the doctor won't be calling me today because they're closed. I no longer want to be a patient at this facility. I would never recommend this place! read more

I saw Dr. Susan Orhan at Elite Women's Care on July 12, 2023. I made this appointment for ongoing pelvic floor pain and pain during intercourse. During the pelvic exam, Dr. Orhan did not tell me what she was doing, did not warn me before entering my vagina, and did not explain the procedures. During the internal ultrasound, Dr. Orhan did not notice or acknowledge that I was in pain and feeling uncomfortable. She did not check with me or confirm that what she was doing was ok and did not use basic consent (such as, I'm going to touch you here, I am going to use my fingers, you're going to feel pressure, etc). During the ultrasound, Dr. Orhan asked invasive questions about my husband, his age, why he had a vasectomy, and why we weren't having children. This was while the ultrasound wand was inside of my body. My fertility and potential for childbirth had nothing to do with this appointment or my medical concern. When I told her that my husband and I decided against having children, she said, "oh that's a shame." and her entire demeanor toward me changed. She ended the exam and said that I needed to see GI because my pain was "probably just IBS." I have no history of IBS and no symptoms related to IBS. She then left the room while my legs were still in stirrups, my vagina was exposed, and she did not even turn the lights back on. I was left in a vulnerable position with no aftercare. This is blatant malpractice and this doctor used her personal beliefs to treat me in a negligent and dangerous manner. read more

Don't go here, I've been going here for 4 years and have never had one appointment go the way it should. I'm a college student so it's hard for me to book an appointment but I still need things like refills on prescriptions but unless you are physically at the office you will never be able to get into contact with anyone. They almost never answer the phone and when they do they are rude and act like you're the one who's in the wrong. read more

Dr Orhan is the best OB ever. I wouldn't go to no one else but her. The staff are very nice, and helpful always. They are a great team.

Grea doctors BUT they are always 1-2 hours behind schedule! A few years ago I had to walk out because I waited 90 minutes from my appointment time to be seen. Just last week I arrived at 8:20am for my 8:30am appointment; it was past 9:35ish when I was able to finally see the doctor and she was RUSHING. If you decide to go with them, make sure you have enough time to be there a lot longer than anticipated. read more

This place obviously has way too many patients. The front desk staff (Gloria in particular) have no manners and stank attitudes. Also, don't expect the doctors to give a damn about any issues you have outside of your appointment. I called after hours and the doc was paged, but never even called me back. Absolute joke. I first gave this location a great review but since then I am sorry but I cannot. Every time I call nobody ever answers the phone and when they do they say they will call back and they don't. The doctors are great but the office is so poorly managed I am considering seeing another doctor somewhere else. I never get my questions answered and if you need a follow-up appointment good luck. Also, you will not get any of your test results when promised. And if you do blood work be prepared for false information. I am so disappointed in this practice. read more

If I could review this office based solely on the dr we saw it would be 5 stars. She was wonderful. Unfortunately the first person you meet is the receptionist and she is just down right mean. She started right away yelling at me for being with my daughter who by the way is underage. Screaming, telling me I had to wait outside or in my car. After tring to explain that my daughter wasn't over 18 and being rudely cut off several times by this nasty receptionist she through a face mask at me and only me and told me to go sit down. During my young daughters exam that same receptionist could be heard yelling and fighting with another patient which went on for SEVERAL MINUTES! My daughter was traumatized. Avoid this office at all cost! The waiting time is ridiculous, the staff is useless, and the doctor was no better. The person in charge of billing only works 4 days out of the week and is never actually in. We left multiple voicemails with zero response. The staff is very rude and seem to know absolutely nothing. I went in to get my records transferred filled out the form and a week later nothing has happened. So I call again and they give me some stupid excuse as if I didn't fill out the form. Lazy lazy I tell you. I should of read the reviews on Yelp because they only have 2 stars. The girl in charge of scheduling questioned why I needed a specific appointment even tho the doctor wrote it down on my sheet to hand over. Then I explained I was high risk when I really just wanted to tell her to do her job. Dr Orhan twice asked why I was taking a specific medication when she was the one to prescribe it. I get she sees a lot of patients but read the damn chart before walking in! You wait 2 hours before being seen only to get a 5 minute rushed appointment. I will be going back to my old office regardless if it's farther. Save yourself the headache and find another office. read more
