Despite worsening symptoms, I was told my test results were normal, and my questions about appropriate treatment were not addressed. After the appointment, reaching the office was difficult--I had to call multiple times before receiving a response. I was eventually asked to return for another swab only after I pushed for further evaluation. I ultimately sought care from another physician, who provided the necessary medication. I paid my bill promptly, but due to the lack of thoroughness, communication challenges, and overall experience during this visit, I do not plan to return.

If she feels like you need to see a specialist then she will refer you to one's here that are good to see. She's one of the good doctors who care for her patients asking good questions etc. There's also a phlebotomist here that is wonderful Denise who I met today! Wow she can draw blood of small veins people like myself who is also scared of needles! One try and she got it wow! Believe me if she's working when I need bloodwork done I will request her for sure!! The place is clean and modern. They are off the main road of Lake st in addison. The hospital name changes since I've been coming here but the staff is still around They take most insurance including Medicare and Medicaid too! You can also come here for urgent care as well. I also like that they have a phone app to see your results and appointments and email within the app with your doctors if they are in their network. Overall I don't have issues working with them. So I'm staying put cause they are so close to home from me!

Dr Kevin Hussey / OB: A very good doctor especially after i heard his story of how nice he is treating his patients and how professional and wonderful he is as an OB. He is very efficiency, professional, kind, knowledgeable, patience...these are all very important to first time parents, cause we always have lots of questions and concerns and he can solve them all and made us feel comfortable and confident about my pregnancy. One thing i do want to mention here is he is my life saver, i had a hard time doing virginal delivery and after two hours pushing, i felt like i am gonna die, and i was asking for C-Section, after seeing me in such pain, he immediately moved me to the surgery room for C-section delivery, and it was like 11:00pm on that day, and he did excellent work to my delivery and incision part, today is the day 9 after the surgery day, and i am feeling wonderful, love Dr Kevin Hussey, next week, i am going to see him again for my postpartum check up, i am going to give him a big hug :) CDH: Classes: Me and my husband took three classes in this hospital, delivery place tour, give birth basics and breastfeeding class, the teachers are knowledgeable (showing all useful messages and information ,answers all question from us, mostly first time parents with silly questions :)), the atmosphere is friendly and fun, we did learn a lot from there which is good cause we have very good preparation for our baby's coming. Dietician: I was found out have gestation diabetes at week 28, and had to see the dietician very often since then, i just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr David Ding, he is very professional and knowledgeable, he used the most common understandable way to explain me my situation and watched my diet very carefully and closely (weekly), my numbers were controlled very well under his monitoring, plus, his nurses and office staff are nice and good too. Nurses: Not being exaggerate here, all nurses that had been taking care of us are so nice and patience, from 2nd floor (where i did my delivery) to 3rd floor (where i got sent to recover), not even a single one is not nice, me and my husband were so appreciate their cares Dean from the 2nd floor is the name we want to mention here, when i was having so much pain while waiting for dilation, i was after her patient for the anesthetist, but when she saw me in pain, and her patient wasn't that bad, she had the anesthetist came to me first then her patient, i was so thankful to her. The 3rd floor where i got my recovery after the c-section , they are so nice checking on me every few hours, taking care of both me and my newborn...the restaurant for recover mom and baby is also nice, they gave us more foods than we ordered, just to make sure we had enough nutrition. .... Too much to say, but make the long story short ( i know it's already very long), I highly recommended Dr Kevin Hussey for whoever need nice OB and CDH to all mom to be. My next one, i will still choose this OB and hospital for SURE.

Guess he is too busy to care about his patients anymore. Maybe he has more patients than he can handle and is trying to lose a few. Two years ago, I needed to see him but his appointments were 9 months out. I really wanted to only see him so I figured I could wait. 2 weeks before my appointment, his office left me a message that he needed to cancel and I should call for a new appointment. Whelp, they couldn't squeeze me in and made a new appointment for 9 months away. I sent a Mychart message telling him my problem and can he give me something until my appointment comes. No response at all. I sent a 2nd message and again, zero response. I tried one more time, a nurse responded. Said she would ask him and get back to me. No response. I should have quit him then but still liked him so I stayed. Now, today, I have a simple yes/no question since my scheduled (and soon to be canceled) appointment is still 6 months away. Messaged the office 3 weeks ago. Got an immediate response from the nurse... she will ask him and let me know. No response. A week later asked again. Again got the same response from the nurse and again, no response since. I am so very disappointed, he used to be top notch, now I tell every woman I know to see any doctor other than MacDuff. He is the Worst!

So we go to the appointment, and I was literally freaking out that my mom was going to flip out on Dr. Griggs because she hates doctors. After an hour she comes out and is completely calm and we talked to Linda. Linda gave her a hug and we were off. In the car my mom said, Dr Griggs was the kindest most understanding doctor she had ever met. So, of course I was thrilled. On the billing side, Linda told us that we should talk to Pam. So at the next appointment my mom went into Dr. Griggs, and Pam took me back to her office and explained all of our options. Since the affordable care act did not apply to my mom, we have to work really hard to find other options. So Pam gave me a ton of information, and was super duper understanding and sweet. I asked if the doctor could submit the preauthorization that day (since I am running out of medication) and he said, "well the doctor is very busy". The preauthorization STILL HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. Good thing it's birth control and not any life-saving medicine. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.

The schedules were not accurate in any website i visited, there's a different schedule for the Spa and the ob clinic. I really liked Marcela the new tech makes you feel comfortable and changed the schedule which seemed to be lot more persistent. Overall i liked the place and good service but just have some advice, If you have a Spa don't ask the client to bring their own beach towel try to have some there and also give them a sheet to cover up while waiting its a little awkward sitting there even for a minute without something to cover. Med Spa Women's Health Center is a hidden gem for laser hair removal! The prices here cannot be…read morebeat, but more importantly they got rid of my body hair. They allow guys here too. Marcella does an excellent job and is great to talk to. She is here on Wednesdays and Fridays. I had no problem setting up appointments and the office ladies are nice. It is 100% painless and you will start seeing the hairs fall away in the shower in a few days right after the 1st session. You shave the area that you want done before you go in so that the laser can heat the root of the hair. I initially went in for just my chest because it would get itchy, but I also added fingers, shoulders and arms in the next session. I will add legs in next time as well. My skin feels smoother and cleaner. My trainer at the gym noticed the hair on my shoulders was gone after 2 sessions. He's going to get his back done here. The hairiest areas will take 3-4 sessions to see the best results, but they give you 6 sessions. Any hairs that don't get wiped out between sessions grow back much thinner and lighter until they're gone. The office is very clean. It's good if you bring your own beach towel to lay down on and wipe off with when you're done, but they also have their own smaller towels too. I highly recommend going here if you want hair removal. I'm really happy I found this place from all their good reviews. It's very affordable and effective.
