I talked to the owners daughter and she told me the bakers arrive at 3:00-4:00 am so everything is fresh each day! My friend got a breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, cheese on a fresh made bagel! There was a chipotle aioli on the sandwich that made it over the top! I had to have a bite, just to tell everyone about it! Shhh! I might have snuck an extra bite! So SO YUMMY! The raspberry danish has that perfect flaky layered crust with just enough filling but not overpowering or heavy. The donut holes were so fluffy and chewy yet not sticky sweet. And I didn't try the spinach and feta danish until this morning so not gonna comment on that other than it hit the spot and was still yummy. Cute place! If you're in the area check it out.
