I could have gone…read moreto a sign store chain that offered laser engraving, but Aries Laser Designs' website led me to believe I might get more individual attention there from someone who specialized in engraving. I wasn't disappointed. From the start, Lauren began asking the same questions I had about the job. Would it be readable on the dark wood? Was the font the right size? She had several ideas on how to make it all work. I just picked up the completed job today and it's perfect--just what I was hoping for and even better! I highly recommend Aries Laser Designs for any engraving job, but especially if you have an unusual custom project in mind and need to work out the details with someone who cares enough to get it right. ALD was a litte further drive into the country than I expected at first (from downtown Hillsborough) and is a home-based business, but don't let that dissuade you. Lauren has top-of-the-line engraving equipment, and more importantly, great experience and customer service.

They take cash or check and just a few days to fix, in time for my vacation trip. The cost was very reasonable, he was very friendly and provided great customer service. He polished them up and had it ready when he said it would be ready. He saved my flip flops with the arch!

Although he was off the day I called, he texted and asked if I still needed help. He came back when the part came in and installed it. Additionally, he showed me exactly what he was doing, discussed washers, appliances, and used the time to teach me a few things about clothes washers and their maintenance that I was unaware of. It is difficult to find someone these days to find someone like Lou that is good at what they do and provides a competent service at a reasonable price. Although I hope to never need an appliance repair again, I know, deep down I will. Lou will be my first and only call. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, through, responsive, and looks after his customers.

So my father and I went to Widowmaker Custom where I met Hank and Patrick for the first time. We talked about what I wanted to do to a bike, he offered his advice on my plans, and we came up with what was going to be an awesome motorcycle. I found the bike I wanted, bought it, commissioned some work, and the work was unparalleled in craftsmanship and quality! Unfortunately before it could be finished, a man caused me to wreck my beautiful machine. As I laid there on the asphalt with my arm shattered, I called my Dad to tell him I'd had a wreck. 5 minutes after talking with my Dad, Hank Thibodeau was at my side checking on me! That is something that I will never forget and goes well beyond customer service...that's what a friend would do!
