She listened carefully, examined the dress, and asked me to leave it with her so she could determine what could be done. I can't say enough about her skill, kindness and willingness to take on a difficult alteration that someone else wouldn't touch. To me, Marlene really was a miracle worker. We approached the owner to share our concerns and were immediately met with defensiveness and without any willingness to even listen. They also do a great job with alterations. i have brought many different items andf they are always done well. bring in anything you need and its done fast. overall, i highly recommend this business. they are always on time many times early. they can do rush service if needed. there is plenty of free parking in front. they do delivery and pickup if you are too busy to drop off and pick up yourself. my clothes always come back clean, neat and ready to wear, just what i need.
