Honestly, I have never had a problem here, all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was unable to make it to my 10:30 am appointment this morning but called right away and they were able to reschedule at 3pm later that day. They definitely work with you! I have seen Dr. Park twice (last year and the year before that), and then Dr. Patel for the first time today. They are both very knowledgeable and professional! I would recommend both any day. It was enough for my boyfriend to drive down from TN to get an eye exam and new glasses! He was impressed with both the service and the prices. Visionworks also usually has some type of promotion going on but since I don't wear glasses or contacts any more (I had Lasik in 2011), I don't pay much attention to the details.
