It was an awful experience I wish I could rate it a 0 , so Kim the owner was doing my nails and kept getting up while doing my nails to do other stuff, after waiting 45min to even get my nails done, all I got was a short nail acrylic set, and even 4 days from getting them done 5 NAILS have came off or broken, she rushed through the job and all of it cost $60. This has never happened to me before even when I use to wear long nails, I never have them come off or break that quickly and they should never have. I would never go here and I'm telling everyone I know to not ever step a foot in there, she was rude and dismissive once I came back in to show her my nails with the receipt. I was in the area a just decided to stop in for a fill and a repair, one of the worst decisions I've made in life ! Kim was very rude and nasty not to me but watching her interact with other customers and wondered how she ever makes a dime with her attitude .....I wish there was a way to not put any stars because I wouldn't and would not recommend this place to Anyone ! Kim is extremely rude, I knew something was wrong when I was the one sitting in her chair and she was taking to me about another client that walked in. I had seen her be rude to others also or talk about them behind their backs. It was just a matter of time before it happened to me. She was upset with me because she said I only come when I'm going out of town. I don't think it should matter when I came I was still coming back to her. Needless to say I walk in one day and she was very rude and I saw her say something to the client she had in her chair at the time. I have not been back. Kim and her staff are completely rude and unprofessional. They were not friendly whatsoever and I felt discriminated against as a customer. I wanted to choose my color for my nails and she told me "tell me your color" when I explained to her that I wasn't sure of what I wanted and I wanted to see the colors that were available, she told me "the are over there, don't touch nothing". I was frustrated and then just sat in my chair to ask about the mood color polish. I was asking questions about the polish to her staff and he acted as if I was asking a dumb question and kept talking to kim in Chinese. He was acting as if I was an inconvenience. Once he finished shaping my nails, he told me to wash my hands and "don't touch anything". This was the second time that I have herd that phrase from them. To me they are implying that I was going to steal something from their establishment. After that I let him finish my nails, but I did not leave a tip! They were so friendly and nice to the Caucasian customers, but my and my friend were both told not to touch anything! Just because we are African American does not mean that we all steal! Wow! What a dump. I stop in ask if they have time for a fill, I'm told to go to booth 4, I tell the man what I want, he calls some woman over who brings her calculator?? I want a gel fill & no chip, she tells me $50??? Seriously? What's funny is their price for a full set gel is $50??
