After reading the rave reviews I decided I should decided I wanted be in pedicure bliss. I came and I got the "eroma spa pedicure" because I had jeans on and all the other types came with a leg massage. I definitely will return to try another type. As many reviews stated , they are very organized and clean. It doesn't look like they cut corners. All the oils and rubs promised in my package were provided. I wish I could have done the full leg pedicure based on my little foot massage. Also they are very attentive to how you like things to be done. They were open on a holiday when my usual spot was not so I decided to give them a try. They were a bit more expensive than usual for powder but I was in a bind. The place was packed but I dis not have to wait long. The only problem is that the nail technician filed my nails down with a thick file and ended up cutting my finger. That was frustrating for me and I also didnt see her dispose of the file so it had me questioning whether I would come back to this place again. My hope is that my experience was atypical because my nails did come out nicely otherwise. read more

My sister brought me to this nail salon because she wanted a manicure and pedicure for her birthday gift. I asked her to pick the place because I am not very familiar with her neighborhood. She selected this salon after reading various reviews on Yelp. I called in advance and asked if I could schedule an appointment for her. I was told by the receptionist that they don't make appointments for Fridays or Saturday. I was told that on these days they only service walk ins on a first come first serve basis. Personally I wanted to take her somewhere that was a little nicer and would at least give her an appointment. But it was her birthday gift so I didn't insist. When we arrived at the salon on a Saturday afternoon about 12:30p we were greeted immediately. Of course every chair was filled so we sat down and waited for over an hour. When she was finally called she was directed to a pedicure chair and told to wait some more. However, the people who were called after her were being served while my sister was told to wait. What happened to first come first serve?? We ended up walking out because we both agreed that what they did was very disrespectful and plain rude. How do you allow people that walked in after to be serviced first? We walked to a nail salon on the next block and was serviced immediately. read more

I loved their service. It was long but I never had someone take their time with my powder gel manicure and pedicure. The place has Friendly staff. Getting to a chair when I waked in was fast.. then everything else was slow and relaxing. at the time I went in which was 10am didn't leave until close to 1pm. I like my manicure but wasn't to thrilled with my pedicure. I had nail polish on the bottom of one of my toes and no I didn't rub another toes to it. And the nail polish itself wasn't cleaned up properly. I have my ups and downs about this place. read more

Run down establish and poor customer service. The pedicure chairs are falling apart literally. I overheard one of the employees say a customer complained about it to the owner and she just brushed it off and the owner doesn't want to put any money in to fix the chairs and making the shop better. The final straw was when I went as a walk in and the shop was empty, empty EMPTY. The owner said they couldn't take me because their clients with appts were coming soon. But they weren't there now. GIRLLLLLLLLLLLLLL this is easily the best Nail Salon I've ever been to in Queens or Brooklyn. The ladies are extremely professional and try their best to move people in and out without rushing the ladies they already have. I came in for my second gel manicure here, and they removed the previous gel for free and three in a free back/shoulder massage. All that for $25, with 4-5 coats of gel polish. It's almost like acrylics. I had Hyun Soo Park who was so sweet and took her time to perfect every single nail. There's no way I'm going to any other nail salon after this. read more

I am picky, extremely picky, about my aesthetic treatments. I will literally go without than lower my standards. Kim's is clean, the customer service is great AND they do a good job. This was my first pedi in 9 months so you can imagine what kind of shape my feet were in. An hour later and my tootsies are ready for the summer! The prices are also reasonable. This is the only salon i have been too where i can actually close my eyes during the entire process, relax, and not be worried that when i open my eyes the polish will be messy or my toes filed the wrong way. I didn't know my boo Kim had a yelp!! Anyway, I have been going to Kim's for about 13 years now. The best pedicures HANDS DOWN!!!!! I have had my feet done at Spas on Caribbean Islands on the beach with a margarita in my hand and they STILL don't compare. If I can't get my feet done here they are not getting done until I have an appointment! My fave pedicurist is Mercedes but they are ALL good! As far as my nails, I usually go to Kim herself or Young! They both take their time and make sure you are satisfied before leaving the chair. Aside from them all being genuinely sweet people, what I love most is that they are always ahead on their craft. I've never gotten my nails done here before but this is hands down the best place to get a pedicure. Leslie is amazing! She looks a little mean at first lol but she's very nice and takes her time. I want to start off by saying this place is definitely a hidden gem ! It's funny because I actually ended up going to this salon as a last resort due to not being able to book an appointment in time with my primary options ( I prefer home services). This salon is literally right around the corner from my house and this was my third time receiving services from them. The previous two times I was in high school and wasn't really focused on service and quality, I just wanted my nails done lol. I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment for Friday morning. I received a soak off, full set (with powder not acrylic) and a spa pedicure (which btw was the BEST pedicure I have ever received in my life, but we will get to that later). Soak off / Full set I was greeted when I walked in by Ms. Kim , let her know who I was (she made the appointment for me) and we begin immediately after. Kim was decent. A pleasant lady and polite. I had a set of coffin nails prior to my appointment because my birthday was the week before and I went all out. In all actuality though, I hate extra designs and shapes on nails so I was over it. Just give me natural square nails with some gel polish and I'm set lol. Anyway, I guess she though she could get away with taking my nails off by other means but I made an appointment for a soak and that was what I expected as a service. She became a little frustrated which was understandable (due to the fact that it was crowded since Friday and Saturday are walk-in days) and the soak would take up more time. But in the end Kim did as I requested so it was fine . My nails were weak from constant filing and acrylic tips, so she insisted I use power as an overlay rather than acrylic for a healthier option. I loved that she suggested that! Natural nail care is always a plus in my book, so 5 stars for you Ms. Kim! My cuticles were groomed to perfection and perfect shaping. Extremely satisfied with my layover. Pedicure: OMG when I tell you this was the besttttttttt pedicure I have EVER received in my life. And I am BIG on pedicures. I have received a lot in different places at that. This pedicure felt like a pedicure I had received on vacations previously. The absolute best and Linda is a GEM. I got the "On Sen" spa pedicure. I was literally falling asleep in the chair. My legs and feet felt so soft and relaxed. Omg Linda took her time and it wasn't rushed. This will be my new primary spot but ONLY if I book an appointment or go early during the weekend. I had a great experience! The lady who did my feet took her time. I made a last minute decision to do a lavender spa pedicure and with color gel. My total was $45, which to me is worth it.
