I'm so impressed by the service and communication I received at House of Miracles. Firstly, I went to four different Autoshop repair places to get quotes for backing out of my garage too quickly and damaging my car. The damage was minimal to the front, but since it is a Tesla the average cost was $6K upward! I expressed concern to Charles about the quotes I got from other companies and was pretty bummed when I saw him. He worked with me to not replace all the parts and to fix the damaged areas. He gave me options and got the cost down to a reasonable rate. The service was ace, and my car looks brand new. Suzie at the front desk, is super sweet and helpful. I am so so so glad I came to House of Miracles after a car backed into my Tesla Y (instead of another place in Sunnyvale which I've been to before). The whole process from beginning to end with Charles really helped to take off some stress off for me, including how to work with the insurance company which can heighten anyone's blood pressure. Susie at the front desk is also a miracle worker because the insurance company did not want to get me another Tesla as rental car ($65/day vs $45/day), I could not locate a Tesla myself with Enterprise until Susie stepped in to help out. I felt they were honest, straight forward, and Charles/Susie both used their expertise to help me, the customer. The bonus - they even washed my very dirty car so I would pick up a perfect clean car. A while back my car was t-boned on the passenger side, and both doors on that side needed to be replaced. I was intially extremlley satisfied with the repair, because everything looked good as new. Unreleated to the damage from the collision I had to have my Catalitic Converter replaced after it was stolen. The mechanic who did that was running a full diagnosis scan foun a wiring error on the back door that had been replaced. They told me they wouldn't have even mentioned it to me, but did because they knew that the part had been worked on recently. What I came to discover was the back rear window didn't roll down anymore, because House of Miracles failed to reconnect the wiring to the back side door during their repair. When I came back to House of Miracles told me "too bad, and I couldn't prove that it was their fault." I went from extremley satisified to dissasitisfied over their work. read more

These guys really do perform miracles -- at a great price! I dinged the front bumper and side panel of my Nissan Leaf. One shop I went to insisted I needed a new bumper, even though it looked fine to me. Charles said he could work with the existing bumper, so my final cost was less than half of the first guy's bid. My car looks perfect! And the work was done in only a day and a half. Suzie runs the front office and she is great to work with. She kept in touch every step of the way to let me know exactly what was happening. She even put new batteries in my key fobs! These are awesome professionals who do fantastic work. I've been to the House of Miracles three times and strongly recommend them. Twice I was here for minor work but once I brought an older car to have it "restored." In all three cases, the work was done on time, at the cost they estimated and at high quality. This is truly a family run business with three generations involved. The body shop started in the 70's as Tom Brown's House of Miracles but these days it's run by his two sons. Rus is the brother you'll usually find at the desk - in addition to being polite, I always feel like he's giving me the straight scoop. Actually I've been to House of Miracles 5 times. In one case, Rus advised against doing any repairs as the damage was minor and the cost wouldn't be worth it. In another case, they fixed a loose bumper using some industrial glue in about 15 minutes and refused payment. I assumed it was because I am a loyal customer but, looking at other Yelp reviews, it seems like they've done it regularly. Amazing customer service. Have I said how nice everyone is? It's not just the owners but the mechanics as well. If you live near Cupertino and you need some body work, this is the place to go. read more

I have brought my cars into House of Miracles. Most recently I had an issue where my front passenger door stopped working on my Maxima. I brought it to 2 other places, and both told me they couldn't take the door off to inspect what's wrong without breaking the door. I then brought it to House of Miracles, and Russ at House of Miracles was able to remove the door (without damaging it). It ended up being a broken latch, which he quickly repaired. This was my second visit with my Porsche and first time I paid. Last time Rus found a way to get a small scratch to a good enough state without charging me. This time, 3 panels were seriously damaged. for two of them there was no way other than fixing and repainting them which was done for a fair price. As for the third panel, Rus referred me to another guy that managed to pull the dents so it looks like nothing happened. My Prius had a loose cover making noise under the car, behind the front bumper. I called the shop and the owner, Chris, told me to come in and they might be able to take care of it without charge. I was a little skeptical but I went there at the appointed time. When I got there, Adam crawled under the car, figured out I was missing some clips. He went ahead and added those clips and replaced a bunch of damaged clips. He also told me if I still hear noises from the covers, I would need to replace them. The whole process took less than 20 minutes, and the best part was there was no charge! I thanked Adam profusely, and as I was pulling out, Chris came out to make sure I was able to back out okay. I later called him to thank him and his employees. I will be back if I ever have any need for a body shop. read more

So I'm driving to Trader Joe's in Los Altos to buy some drinks for my parents' Christmas party. I park my car, walk away, and next thing you know BOOM! I turn around and walk back to where I thought I heard the sound come from just to see what happened and if everyone's okay. Well, it turns out that an old man who was parking in the space next to mine, accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake and hit the right side of my car. Luckily he didn't hit it that hard, but there was still damage to the rear passenger door. My dad went to this place once before for another issue, so we took it here again (the old man's insurance paid for everything since it was his fault). They ended up having to replace the door, and it took them about three weeks for them to get things fixed due to them being busy as it is, as well as them having to find a certain part that was not available at first. Nonetheless, I was very impressed with their work. They called us when they were done, and my dad and I went to pick up the car. Not only was the damage completely fixed, but they also took the time to wash and polish the car for free. Now that's just amazing. Not only that, but the people who run the place are probably some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Russ, especially, told me as I left to "have a wonderful, wonderful day". I just left house of miracles, it took them 15 mins from saying hello to me to fix my car, my car looks perfect now. I backed into pillar and hit both of my rear fenders, and I scratched my left rear door really bad beside the fender. I once got a quote from another highly rated body shop, they gave me a quote of 200 to fix the fenders themselves. Rus just looked at my car and said he can get the stain cleaned off and my fenders pushed back in. Then his crew immediately did what he suggested and as my photo shows, you can't tell I ever hit my car ever!!! And they offered to do this for free, SEVERAL TIMES.
