My side mirror and outer shell was cracked so I was in search of an auto shop that could replace it in a timely manner. I called around and sent messages to various auto collision shops for quotes. Some places quoted around the same as one stop Auto collision but weren't open on the weekends or had limited hours, only offered in person estimates on weekdays before I would be able to get off work. Another shop quoted 3x more than what Allen quoted me! I sent a quote estimate and Allen was quick to respond, asked for my VIN that way he could check what parts he needed to get an idea of what it would cost which the other shops did not. He had me come in after work the same day I reached out for a quote and was pretty straightforward of the cost, labor and the time frame of when the parts would come in. He was able to get the mirror replacement right away and he was able to change that as soon as it came in but I had to wait a few days for the outer shell since it was a little harder to track down but Allen got my car back in order sooner than expected! My Vehicle (2018 WRX) came back and they had done it the right way and were able to buff scratches out of the door rather than just replacing it without a perfect match. With the money he saved me on parts they cleaned up minor scratch and damages around the rest of the vehicle by buffing. Absolutely Awesome! Finally they did not detect frame damage done in the initial quote and walk around, but this was also corrected for the agreed upon price.
