We went in to get the side bumper/tail light fixed due to a hit and run incident that our insurance didn't cover. The shop found parts for us at a fraction of the price, put everything in, cleaned the outside of the car and even took an extra day to hammer out the dents. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with, did good work, saved us money and worked fast. I will definately reccommend them. read more

Allen was amazing to work with! He was very clear and detailed in helping me fix my bumper. Visually showing me the repairs needed and gave me an estimate immediately over Yelp and in person. He works efficiently and made sure everything was cost effective for me! Originally, he estimated the repair to take a week... but 4 days later, the car is ready for pickup! SO FAST!! I really appreciate the quick completion. The car wash was a nice touch too. KEEP IN MIND: They take cash and checks only! The deposit can be made via credit card. read more

Fantastic experience! I had been a long time satisfied customer of the prior shop at this same location from years past so decided to give this new shop a try. Of the 4 shops I contacted in the Santa Clara area, Allen was the only one who not only took my call but was able to give me a quick and competitive quote on the spot. I needed a rear diffuser installed - to my surprise he was knowledgeable about various brands and their fitment. He got me scheduled for the next day. When I arrived he introduced me to Jun who handled the job. Jun walked me in detail through the plan and finished the work in just a couple of hours, as communicated, keeping me updated throughout the process. Despite some technical challenges he was able to overcome them and the finished result looks amazing. Five shining stars and I would definitely go back to One Stop for my future body shop needs. read more

Allen is transparent, courteous, and focused on high-quality service to their customers. I had a minor fender bender and wanted to work through my insurance. He made the whole process a breeze. He understood how to engage insurance companies (Metromile in this case) and advocated for the appropriate repairs and got them covered. The work was done flawlessly and within the estimated time he projected. Allen is a clear and effective communicator always giving you relevant updates. The shop has been operating for years with committed staff. Separate from the stellar service, I also like to support Asian American owned businesses when I can. They have been operating for many years and I appreciate small family-run businesses. This is your spot for auto body repair! read more

I run a car rental business, and one of my guests recently got into an accident. Allen from One Stop Auto Collision was incredibly helpful, providing a detailed estimate and working directly with the guest's insurance to get the repairs done efficiently. Allen is the only auto body shop I trust for cosmetic repairs. He is honest, friendly, and always provides recommendations that best suit your needs and goals. The turnaround on repairs is quick, and he consistently stays in touch to provide updates. Allen, his shop, and his team are truly a one-stop auto collision shop, handling everything from cosmetic repairs to mechanical repairs and even professional car detailing. Even if you have to pay out of pocket, Allen offers reasonable and competitive pricing. I highly recommend One Stop Auto Collision for all your auto repair needs. read more

Came in to get my RAV4 fixed from an accident, although there was a bit of miscommunication in the beginning, Allen(owner?) was able to remedy everything and offer a speedy service. Thorough communication once Allen took over. Bonus points cause they returned the car cleaner than I gave it to em!! read more

My side mirror and outer shell was cracked so I was in search of an auto shop that could replace it in a timely manner. I called around and sent messages to various auto collision shops for quotes. Some places quoted around the same as one stop Auto collision but weren't open on the weekends or had limited hours, only offered in person estimates on weekdays before I would be able to get off work. Another shop quoted 3x more than what Allen quoted me! I sent a quote estimate and Allen was quick to respond, asked for my VIN that way he could check what parts he needed to get an idea of what it would cost which the other shops did not. He had me come in after work the same day I reached out for a quote and was pretty straightforward of the cost, labor and the time frame of when the parts would come in. He was able to get the mirror replacement right away and he was able to change that as soon as it came in but I had to wait a few days for the outer shell since it was a little harder to track down but Allen got my car back in order sooner than expected! I dropped it off right after work around 4:30pm and he was able to get it fixed in about 2 hours! I know this is something small compared to other major collisions but if you're looking for an honest , high quality and hardworking auto shop that won't rip you off, look no further than One Stop Auto Collision. Allen and his team will take care of you! read more

I needed to get my car repainted after a botched job via the "I know a guy" method trying to do it cheap. It's best to leave body work and paint to professionals and that is what the team here at One Stop Auto Collision are. From the initial quote to pickup, Allen the owner was honest, responsive, reliable and best of all the work was quality. I received the most competitive price for the quality of work this car needed. I got my car back fast with no hassle during drop off and pickup. They even did more work on top of the quoted price but honored the price agreed which means they did not cut any corners at my expense. For context, my pearl white Lexus had a mismatched door from the botched job that pretty much ruined the passenger side of the car since the door did not match the car. Allen not only repainted the door the correct color but gave me a super deal to get the panels left and right of the door to blend and match. The photos speak for themselves. read more

My husband's FK8 got hit in an accident. Allen was wonderful throughout the process and worked with the insurance to get everything fixed up. He frequently kept us updated and we knew how long it would take. After the repairs, the car is back to normal. His repairs were excellent and we are thankful to have found such a professional auto shop. I highly recommend recommend One Stop Auto Collision. read more

I wanted to get a front lip spoiler sanded and repainted to match my car. Allen did an amazing job on communicating with me on a Sunday on his day off to work on a quote for me. I got a quote from several places. Allen's quote was initially not the lowest, but let me know he was willing to price match and can get it done right away. I dropped off the lip spoiler Monday and was available by Thursday. I know I received a very competitive price and I was so impressed by the quality of the paint job that it looked like a brand new spoiler. See pictures here of the before and after. I will definitely come back for my next project! Thank you Allen for the amazing overall experience! read more

Allen was super helpful. Repaired my vehicle in a timely fashion and explained the body issues I had with my vehicle. I had a random issue with my vehicle after repair where my turn signals were not working. Allen was kind and gracious enough to help resolve that issue. He is fair with his prices. Throughout the whole process he was very communicative and I would definitely come back if I have another auto body issue. read more

Someone had taken the front bumper off of my car while parked at a light. The owner of One Stop Auto Gave me a very fair price for the work included. My Vehicle (2018 WRX) came back and they had done it the right way and were able to buff scratches out of the door rather than just replacing it without a perfect match. With the money he saved me on parts they cleaned up minor scratch and damages around the rest of the vehicle by buffing. Absolutely Awesome! Finally they did not detect frame damage done in the initial quote and walk around, but this was also corrected for the agreed upon price. They are honest, on time, and called me with new information. I think they could be charging more for this quality of work, as a consequence I will be bringing every vehicle here from now on. Very impressed. read more

Allen is the best! Gave me a great deal to repaint my door (seriously, I got a bunch of quotes and Allen's was the best, plus the paint is guaranteed!) - He was super responsive, kept me updated on the progress with car, was kind and didn't "mansplain" anything to me, ha! The work was completed ahead of schedule and my car is looking brand new again! What a great human being, and love that he's around the corner from me! Oh! And they washed and vacuumed the car too, excellent service! High recommend Allen and his team - I'll 100% be back and be sending all my local friends his way! Thanks again Allen! read more

Allan and crew set the standard on how a small business should be run. Allan's communication was top notch and he treated me like I was their only customer. They did a fantastic job painting my rear bumper an extremely difficult color to match and over-delivered the results for a very fair price. I can't say enough good things about my experience with One Stop Auto Collision. It's truly a gem. read more

My wife hit a pillar in a parking lot and dented the door pretty bad on her Rav4. I got an estimate from 5 different places and this place had the lowest estimate including installation on newer door. The whole place is very neat and clean. The person from front desk told me exactly what needs to be done and what could be avoided to save cost. I dropped off my car and picked up at the exact time they told me to and the car looks new again. Great costumer service! read more

The clearcoat finish on our 2008 Honda Pilot was going bad and peeling off. The SUV is in otherwise amazing condition, but looked so bad. My wife wanted to keep the car, but was embarassed by how bad it looked. Allen gave me a great quote and finished the job in 10 days. The car looks absolutely stunning. It looks almost brand new. As you can imagine, my wife is very pleased with the result. So am I. read more

Absolutely amazing!! I curbed my car, and took it to One Stop Auto Collision for repair. They were extremely nice, responsive, and did an excellent job with everything! My car looks and feels brand new. In addition, they shared helpful information along the way, and the price was great as well. I asked a few other shops in San Jose for a quote/estimate, and One Stop Auto Collision was the best priced. They also finished the repairs a few days earlier than expected, and was flexible with pickup/drop off times. Would highly recommend going here, and I will definitely come back if I ever need something fixed! read more

Allen and One Stop Auto Collision are the best! I got a great quote, which was important to me because I wasn't going through my insurance. I was only there to get some free estimate few weeks ago and I was impressed how professional they were even with a small job. It is still kind of raining so I decided to bring my car next month but the manager did not give me any pressure to bring the car in quicker. No pressure means a lot when I shop around for anything so I decided to give them 5 stars. My review will be updated once they fix my bumper next month. Stay tuned. P.S.
