Their response, essentially a month to get the replacement and that's if it's escalated on their end. What's the customer been offered for their screwup? Nothing, ooops, sorry. We got paid and we screwed another customer. I've made follow up calls, nothing further from them aside from, 30 days out, if it's escalated. I posted a message on their Facebook page, they said so sorry, give them 2 days to respond. Nothing. Maybe they should change their slogan, "Lowes, where we take your money for your dreams and then they die, we're a nightmare."
