Jack took the time to explain the repair process in detail and gave me a clear, honest estimate--no surprises, no upselling. And the pricing was very competitive. What was more important to me was the quality of the work as it's a newer vehicle and I keep it looking new. The work they did was flawless. You'd never know it had been in an accident--the paint matched perfectly, and the bodywork was seamless. A1 performed the work exactly on time. In addition, I was cautioned there could be some additional parts that may have been damaged that weren't visible when the estimate was done. Due to their careful and professional workmanship, the additional parts did not require replacement. It's rare to find a shop that combines top-tier craftsmanship with such genuine customer care. Highly recommend A1 Auto Body to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality auto body repairs at a competitive price. They've earned my trust and future business! Dave Hurt
