If this not the case, I will certainly bring it to her attention but I feel confidently that she is opening the gate. We have gates to contain the puppy while she is going through her training to become a service dog. I had Carly as a therapist this morning and we briefly discussed the areas I wanted her to work on, even though it was a full body massage, I told her I need extra time on some areas more than others. She asked me the pressure and I said DEEP I needed something strong to relieve the pain I was having. She respected my wishes and granted them all! Not kidding! Swear she has magic powers because I am literally pain free after leaving this massage envy. She worked out ALL my knots, listened to me, and it was an amazing experience because of her. She asked me about twice if the pressure and temperature of the bed was comfortable, and then she didn't speak to me much after that, which I strongly appreciate because I just wanted to relax. Way over budget than the original quote. I asked to speak to you Tina, but was never given that opportunity. What also stands out to me is the other reviews of customers with much longer hair and color services paying way less than what I paid for. This was definitely a one and done experience. Next time, please communicate better and with precise details. Nobody should ever have to feel the way I have.
