First, let me start out by saying that when others mentioned booking issues - I can see how that may be an issue because this is a small location. If you are requesting a weekend, or evening appointment, I wouldn't expect to book one urgently. We had a mid-week, afternoon appointment scheduled - and it seemed like he had no issue at all booking. The "cupping" was interesting - and Kris did an excellent job. Unlike large scale spa's, she took the time to get to know me and the issues I had been having with my headaches. She took the time to work on one area, which was my neck, first. The neck massage that I received was out of this world. Not only did Kris use cupping techniques, she used hot stones, and provided THE BEST massage that I have ever had. I really, really, look forward to coming back to Lana Vita and would recommend it to anyone.

Anyone would be feel comfortable here. I carefully selected this center through superficial means. If they don't look fake and overdone, neither will I. I trust Kate and her she explained each process thoroughly and in ways that clients can understand. She helped me to understand where we were starting and how long and what it will take to achieve that finish line. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and is very helpful. She's an asset to this center and I have to believe everyone working there knows this. I can honestly say that I gave this center a trial run, but became a client in under an hour. It seems that they can only take one or two guests at a time. There is a changing room with robes and slippers and you also get wine while you get ready. There is a sauna there too. The first part was the scalp analysis which was really cool and gross to see up close lol. Then you move over to the head spa where the treatment begins the tables that you lay on massages and are heated. You also get a cold, weighted eye mask to wear. The treatment consisted of a lot of rubbing my scalp and combing my hair. It honestly felt amazing but a little too hard as my scalp was sore that evening. The experience ended with a blowout, which honestly was amazing and my hair looked incredible. I really enjoyed the head spa treatment and I definitely want to try that again. The interesting part of this experience was the staff honestly, they were friendly and definitely tried to make us feel comfortable however, they were very unprofessional, specifically the stylist that my friend had. The conversations that were had and topics that were brought up between the two stylists and brought up to me and my friend (customers) were inappropriate. Additionally, the head spa treatment for two people is listed on their website as an 80 minute session. My friend and I were there for THREE hours. How???
