Full set fix

I went in to get my nails fixed from what Roses did and this place did an even worse job. The woman doing my nails had the phone to her ear scheduling new clients as she was doing my nails the whole time. Very halfassed and did not do a good job at all. The brush she used for my "ombré" was filthy and left residue all over my nails. She actually carved into my cuticle a few times and it hurt. I'm extremely disappointed. I plan to get my money back or have them completely redone.

I got my nails done there today and it was my worst experience at a nail salon. I have been there before and it was fine not the best but okay. Today I get there for my appointment at 11:30 i dont get seated until about 11:50 which is fine I don't even mind waiting. But the lady was very aggressive it seemed like she did not care if it was hurting me. I just felt like she could have been a little more considerate because I am paying for the experience as well as the nails. She was kind of rude when she asked me to do things with my hands but I laughed it off. Then the nails turn out horrible. She didn't cut my cuticles off I had to do it myself at home. Some of the nails are literally like bending back and they look terrible. I didn't take the time to look before I paid and tipped because they seemed in a hurry considering people her called and scheduled two weeks ago were coming in and didn't actually have there appointment scheduled. I am extremely disappointed and if I didn't have such bad social anxiety I would have asked them to take them off and give me a refund. If you ask me that lady shouldn't even work there. Also I was done by 12:15 she was definitely rushing. I did not want that quality and service thing in green. everything was bad. i hated it i will never go back unless they gonna give me a refund for being so terrible

My jacked up toe because the tech couldn't be bothered to help out with my sandal and sent me off to "go dry over there"

Average salon. Clean, average prices, less than stellar customer service. We scheduled an appointment for 10 am, days before the appointment. We arrived on time, slightly early actually. Our techs rolled in at 7 after 10 and had.to do whatever morning rituals before they started on us. The place is busy, I would suggest an appointment because one lady walked in and was told "come back later" in an aggressive tone. I guess when there aren't a lot of nail salon options customer service doesn't need to be a priority. My tech put lotion on my legs and then aggressively rubbed just my shins for about 10 minutes. Zero time spent on my calves and minimal time on my feet. I was starting to get rub burn from the friction. When the paint was on I was promptly dismissed to go "dry over there". I'm sorry, in my bare feet across your tile gloor... Evey time i have ever gotten a pedicure the tech puts my flip flops back on with directions to not try to help. There's a reason. They learn how to do it and not mess up the wet polish. So, I'm not trained in this and quickly bumped the polish. I dont live in the area, so I won't t be back, but buyer beware. Also, the sign in the bathroom to not put toilet paper in the toilet is disgusting.

9/8/2025 If you ever find yourself in Centralia, Washington…read moreand your nails are crying for help, Lucky Nail at 1206 S Gold St is your fairy godmother with a nail file! I rolled into town for a training, looked down at my hands, and realized they needed some serious TLC. Lucky Nail saved the day! The vibe inside is so warm and welcoming, you'll want to hang out even if you're just there for moral support. The staff? Super friendly--like, the kind that greets you as if you're an old friend who hasn't visited in a while. They also did the same services for my sister who they treated her like royalty. The prices are totally reasonable, which means you can treat yourself without emptying your wallet--and the service was so good, I almost asked them to adopt me. My pedicure was relaxing, my manicure was pure magic, and I walked out with a gorgeous nail design that I now shamelessly show off to anyone who'll look. Whether you're local or just passing through, Lucky Nail is the place to get pampered and have a laugh. Five stars and ten fabulous fingers up!

But Kim came over to start my manicure and things got bad. It was the most painful manicure I've ever gotten, which made the wonderful pedicure I was getting overridden by the pain from her ripping the acrylic nails off my fingers. By the time I saw my actual nails they were torn and some of the area around my nail bed cut and bleeding. After the pedicure she moved me to her station and began filing the new acrylic nails she had applied. I noticed one area around my middle finger of my right hand was bleeding. When I asked her about it she just patted my hand and said it would be ok. When I left the salon my fingers were red and aching. After returning home I looked more carefully and 6 of my fingers were scratched and throbbing. So, I write to them via Yelp about the experience and she has read it but no response. I had read in reviews that a pedicure done had similar issues. I will not nor do I recommend Lucky nails to anyone. Note* Le did call me and offer a 10% discount on my next manicure. No thank you. 10%? Really.

Fantastic Nails - Drill marks from her redoing this nail 3 times because it was not dry and then she did t properly fix it

I also got a full set and asked for some simple medium squared white French tips. We got started on my nails and after she played down the clear acrylic I went to go wash my hand I thought she was going to paint nude color and then draw the French tips ... no she just put a clear top coat and took me to pay in total I payed $150 dollars for a pedi and 2 full sets just for one of the full sets to look like a set of teeth and not French tips . The following day 11-15 i was in class typing on my computer because I am a high school student and all of a sudden my left pointer finger popped off. After school I went home and went back to the nail salon and asked for a refund because the nail popped off and there was big gaps in between my cuticle and the acrylic and also the square shape was more flared then how I wanted it because when she put the nail tip on she didn't make sure it was my size she just grabbed one and glued it on my finger. They didn't want to give me a refund so I just disputed it with my bank and got all of it back instead of just the money for my set . Another thing is that I had to show her how to file it because it was rounded at the end and slanted . I had a good feeling at first from when we walked in but at the same time we were the only ones there . I honestly don't recommend going there

Big thumbs up for our experience at the Centralia Beauty College!…read more My two boys needed to get their hair cut and we'd been looking and searching around at places around the area that we felt comfortable with, would do a good job, and not charge an arm and a leg. I decided to call the Beauty College and got the scoop from the very helpful receptionist and decided to book their appointments. I am very glad we did. From the start, I asked and the receptionist helped me schedule both boys at the same time with side-by-side stylists that were good with kids and during a time of day that wasn't too busy (knowing that a louder and busier time would be way too overwhelming for the kids). We had Nicole and Kenzie as our stylists and both did a great job with the cuts. They were patient, kind, and took their time with the cut and made sure things were okay as they went along. They listens to me as I explained what type of cut we were wanting and to look at the sample pictures that I brought. The boys liked them both too, and said that they felt comfortable and would be good with going back to them again. The prices are great there as well. They have a tiered pricing scale depending on the level of the stylist (Level 1 is the least expensive and experienced stylist and it works up to a Level 5). Nicole and Kenzie were Level 2 (they will undoubtedly move up the scale as they work) and charge just $15 for a cut - and it was 10% off for kids. I'll certainly schedule the boys again and would recommend you give them a shot too. They offer a full slate of services, so check out my picture of their service list for other salon services that you might be needing.
