Yes, Wendy refunded the error. But kept the $15.75. The convenience fee should have been about $2.00. My bill should have been $65.00. Not $78.00. Wendy has blocked me, can't resolve this problem. I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to provide information others may find helpful. If you want the benefits of powder dip this salon doesn't offer an actual powder dip application. They refuse to use powder dip top coat. Instead they cover the powder dip with clear gel polish. read more

This was trash. It was a waste of my money. She cut four of my fingers. She got paint and glue all on my skin and did not clean it off. My nails are not the same shape or length than the picture I showed her. They are basically not even finished. The employee was rude and laughed at me when I tried to talk to her about the problem. read more

This is quite easily the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I asked to keep my little nails but wanted a little thinker but what I got was short short nails with a mound of acrylic on top and they weren't even rounded on top or on sides. Then they charged me $120 for dip nails that are terrible and they wouldn't fix and my daughters FILL!!! How is that even possible that a color dip on natural nails and a fill on acrylics would be $120??? read more

Pedicure time! Got gel since my baby shower was coming up that weekend. Very happy, my first visit. I asked for a baby footprint design (hence the baby shower) and it turned out amazing! Price was affordable to, some places I've been have not been worth the money, so far I've found this place to be cheaper. Time management was great as well, was in and out in a timely manner! Side note, my shower was April 15th, it is now May 22nd, and my gel polish is still fully intact! Very impressed! read more

I received the absolute worst mani/pedi at this place, by a woman who said her name was BeBe. She seemed upset because I didn't want Gel Polish or a super duper spa experience. Just a routine mani/pedi. So the pedicure was just so so. The water in the basin was barely warm and she left gaps on all sides of the nails, they look like they need new polish 24 hours later. For whatever reason, she was in a hurry to get me to the manicure station, jammed my feet into my flip flops. Not only did she have to complete repaint one of my toes, but I now have permanent nail polish on the fabric part of my flip flops. The manicure was the worst by far. This woman cut my cuticles so badly, three of them were bleeding and she didn't even bother to use a q-tip or anything to stop it. I gently used a q-tip with soapy water at home to get the dried blood off my nails. 48 hours later and I still have open sores where the skin was completely removed, on two of my fingers! She tried to say "all done" a few times, with me saying "this looks horrible, you need to fix this" more than once. She painted a lot of my fingers and not a lot of my nails! Left gaps (just like with the toes) on the top and sides. 48 hours later and I look like I need a manicure! I saw her putting a thinning liquid into the polish bottle, ensuring the polish would not last long - probably thinking I would come back and pay more for gel next time - lol. I could have painted my nails better myself. No joke. Don't waste your money here. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst nail salon I've ever been to. I was in a pinch and went in because the reviews here seemed ok and I just moved to the area and needed a new place. First, she cut my nails completely down to the nub after I made it clear and showed her the nail I wanted her to match. Her response-it will grow back in a week. I had a job interview the next day. I paid for gel nails and two chipped and peeled off within two days, one nail peeled off the top layer along with the polish! Do not go here. Rude, average price for exceptionally poor quality. I recently went to the salon Saturday afternoon. They closed at 6pm and I got there at 5:05. I asked if they had time to do a full set and they said yes. I waited until 5:20 and I showed them a picture of the design I wanted. One was a triangle with dots and the other was black and white checkerboard on one finger. They told me they cannot do checkerboard pattern even though they were doing spiderwebs on someone else. I let her start putting the nail tips on and she was talking to someone else and gluing them without making sure they were straight. She filed them into a sort of round shape but on the tip they were flat. She asked me to check them and when I looked half of them were awkwardly sideways. I told her that some of them looked a little crooked and I showed her which ones and she grabbed my finger and slid a file twice on the nail and threw my finger away and grabbed the next one. She did not ask me a question or talk to me the rest of the time. She thickly painted on my color and and then did the triangle pattern on both of my ring fingers. One pattern leading past the tip of the nail. And the other nail pattern not reaching the tip. She painted on the top coat and told me to put both hands in the uv light for two times. One hand I got to do twice. And the other hand I did for not even a full one time. She wiped my nails and then walked towards the register. (I saw as I sat waiting before getting my nails done that they massage people's hands after doing their nails.) I paid $45 and left. I noticed when I got home that there were air bubbles in my nails from all the coats of polish she put on and tiny dots of lint in the polish. There was also dried polish and acrylic powder on my fingers that I had to peel off. I filed my nails because I couldn't leave them uneven. And then just last night (Sunday night) the air bubble popped and I have a chunk of polish missinf. VERY unhappy I spent almost $50 on this that I will now have to pay again somewhere else to have my nails redone. If you truly do not have time to give your customers the customer service that you give the rest of your clients throughout the day then tell them you dont have time. Also very curious if you just dont do "checkerboard pattern" when you want to quickly leave and realize that it would take some time and effort. I will not be back. read more
