I like my nails but I definitely don't love them. They don't look like cat eye at all. I'll try again next time The lady who did them was sweet and had drinks and treats. I just really wanted cat eye read more

I love it here!! I went here for the first and got a pedicure with a massage & hot stones when I was pregnant! It was amazing!! Today I went and got my nails done for the first time in forever since having my baby. The lady was so nice, made great conversation with me & was funny as well. She did an amazing job on my nails! Definitely by far the best experience I've ever at a nail salon! It's so comfy in there too! I would give 10000 stars if I could!! read more

Schedule and better pedicures it was reported that several women had a pedicure and their toenails hurt from trimming them too far back!! One woman had an infection in her toe due to the pedicure read more

Tiffany and her team are always pleasant, inviting and go above and beyond to make your nails look beautiful!

Have used this business for 1 year. Love the technicians. BUT scheduler regularly over books. One day my friend & I waited for over an hour for our appointment - they had taken a wedding party before us. Today my husband & I had 10:00 appointments for pedis together. He got right in, I was 25 mins late. So relax, breathe deep, & give yourself plenty of time! read more

R&R Nail Spa - Waiting for my 10:00 appointment... - Nail Salons Near Me - Chehalis, Washington

This is not my first time to R&R, my most recent visit was for a full set of french acrylics. My service tech was so great, price was reasonable and all done in less than under an hour. The atmosphere is very calming, complete with comfy chairs and chill music. My only critique is that when it gets busy with walk-ins they don't turn people away due to schedule overload, the customers are left to wait for an undetermined amount of time. The quality is phenomenal and cost very reasonable. read more

I love the color and shape I paid $75. The environment was clean and staff was kind. I would recommend! read more

Why make a reservation if they don't honor it. Every single person was 30 minutes to over an hour waiting. No concern for customer service or care. Will never go back to be treated that way. Do better!!! read more

I paid extra for a French tip and not only were the tips not straight or uniform, the tech failed to even reach the end of the nail and the the pink was not the same shade on each nail due to over-coating. When I asked her to fill in areas she missed, she was not kind in response. This is my second time trying this salon and I waited over an hour to be seated. Additionally the gel chips VERY easily and only lasted a few days. I wish I wouldn't have tried again. The pedicure was decent, but like other comments it was painful and they over-cut. read more

On the fence about this place. I had a pedicure and granddaughter had her nails done. They make a big deal out of picking what package you want for pedicure but fail to mention that if you pick gel polish it's $16 more ( I picked $40 package and was charged 16$ extra for gel ???=$56 ) I picked color off of plastic sample. I had no idea it was even gel ( if it was) I don't think I received the color I choose or the color difference between sample and actually polish is huge. The biggest concern was getting nipped 3 times, which all three bled. So bummed out. Toes feel raw and hurt. Nails turned out super cute and the cost was $76. Probably go back for another try unless my toes get infected from all the cuts. read more

I like the space. The techs are nice but the last few pedis have immediately chipped. Making an appointment doesn't matter as they'll get you in whenever they're good and ready as they're always behind. Overrun with children. I am considering getting a new place and it's sad because I really used to like it here. read more

Went in on 5/6 to get a pedicure and overlay nails. Nails are okay. Had better quality at other salons. During the pedicure the lady cut the side of my nail a little too much. Went I left my toenail hurt but I thought maybe it was because I hadn't gotten a pedicure in a few months. It's been over a week and my foot is now swollen and infected. Picture was taken today 5/15. Won't be back for a pedicure. read more

A lovely spa experience. The customer service is genuine and engaged. Unlike any I have found in Chehalis since I moved to the area 18 months ago. Missing my former nail salon/spa I searched and tried every one in Chehalis and Centraila. Deeply disappointed to one degree or another over and over ... I finally found a place that offered a peaceful setting, a sparkling clean salon. The stylists are professional, knowledgeable and very kind. You definitely don't feel like you are being rushed or being talked about under the stylists breath.. which happens often at every other place I had been. If you are looking for talented nail artists, a lovely spa offering a diverse pedicure menu and peaceful environment ... look no further!!! This is your place. Make an appointment , they are booked and packed for all of the above reasons and more !!! Walks in welcome though. Just be prepared to sit for 10 minutes but so worth it!!! You will not be disappointed! read more

This is by far the best nail salon I have found during my 13 years in the PNW. As a service provider myself, I really value customer care and kindness! Tiffany runs a beautiful business and she herself is just a really great human. I recently had my Polish bubble up on me the day after my fill, and when I called about it she was so understanding and fit me in at the end of her Saturday to adjust her work! To me? This is the epitome of customer care. Not one of us can claim perfection and now my nails? Well, the new black she chose dried perfectly! She has my service and my loyalty! read more

Best Pedicure Ever!!! Imagine getting the true spa experience! Soft music playing in the background of an impeccably clean luxurious salon! Black, white, and gold adorn the interior of the newly remodeled historic building. New comfortable pedicure chairs with the controls at your fingertips. Nail manicure stations with new thin-line lamps gently light the tables. Most clients quietly embrace their relaxing treatments while talented friendly staff meticulously craft beautiful nails and nourish skin. I indulged myself with the Deluxe Pedicure ($40). It included the basic soak, scrub, trim, lotion, massage, file, paint... AND!!! Hot Rocks, Parafin, Foot Mask, Hot Towel... I felt truly spoiled and pampered as I relaxed in tranquility! With the R & R menu you may choose your pedicure package; $30, $40, $50, $55... each with its own combination of enjoyable treatments. From Hot Rocks, Foot Mask, Rose Petals, to Fresh Citrus each package has its own delights. I am sure you will find the best one for you. This is my new nail spa! read more

friendly, clean, good pricing, TERRIBLE at keeping time. If i have an appointment at 2 for my nails to be filled, I expect to be called and seated at a nail tech at 2 not at 3. The salon didn't really seem clean. I'm not sure the implements were properly sterilized. They prefer cash, if you use a card it's an extra 3%. I went in just to have my finger nails and toe nails trimmed and my total was $38.00! The Employees were nice, so there is that. read more

This was my first time at this nail spa for a pedicure. and brow wax. This was a very nice and clean establishment. Everyone at this establishment was friendly. The service I received was great. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because the gal removed my previous gel polish and ended up charging me an additional $7. Huh? I was never told that I would be charged additional to have old polish removed during the pedicure. I've never ever been charged extra to have old polish removed. It has always been part of the pedicure service. If this is part of their standard practice, they should let clients know before they start the pedicure that it's going to cost more. read more

She did exactly what I asked! Solid fresh set of acrylics! She used colors powered for the sparkles and the ombré! read more

Go to nail place in centralia & chehalis. Nice staff, Good prices, clean & relaxing salon.

I got the best pedicure in this place. Pedicures are $35 however they do include sugar scrub and stone massage which was amazing. The environment was calm and it smell good even though it's a nail place. I'm definitely going to go back! read more

Great start to spring break. The new owners have made such an amazing difference. The new chairs make it so you just want to sit there for hours, the interior has been completely redone and the reason we went there, the pedicures were done so professionally but also so friendly and relaxing. We will be going back more frequently. read more

I have been here a couple times since under new management and the pedicures are fabulous. Never rushed even if they appear busy. The only disappointing thing was I had a gel pedicure done last month. I decided just to go with a regular polish and when it came time to pay was charged $7 extra to take the gel off. This may be standard but something I was not aware of. Especially since they were the establishment that put the gel on. read more

Love the remodel! Under new management!!! Professional service and never feel rushed. Very personal care with a smile.
