I got pink french tip acrylics on september 5th. I liked the salon, the workers were nice. but when it came to my nails they were good, but they did not last. today is september 15th and one of my nails have came off, for 75$ i was expecting them to last longer than 10 days. EDIT 9/17 - 5 nails are off.

Waiting for my 10:00 appointment...

Have used this business for 1 year. Love the technicians. BUT scheduler regularly over books. One day my friend & I waited for over an hour for our appointment - they had taken a wedding party before us. Today my husband & I had 10:00 appointments for pedis together. He got right in, I was 25 mins late. So relax, breathe deep, & give yourself plenty of time!

I love the color and shape I paid $75. The environment was clean and staff was kind. I would recommend!

Failed to clean the cuticle or even reach the edges of my nail.

I paid extra for a French tip and not only were the tips not straight or uniform, the tech failed to even reach the end of the nail and the the pink was not the same shade on each nail due to over-coating. When I asked her to fill in areas she missed, she was not kind in response. This is my second time trying this salon and I waited over an hour to be seated. Additionally the gel chips VERY easily and only lasted a few days. I wish I wouldn't have tried again. The pedicure was decent, but like other comments it was painful and they over-cut.

Went in on 5/6 to get a pedicure and overlay nails. Nails are okay. Had better quality at other salons. During the pedicure the lady cut the side of my nail a little too much. Went I left my toenail hurt but I thought maybe it was because I hadn't gotten a pedicure in a few months. It's been over a week and my foot is now swollen and infected. Picture was taken today 5/15. Won't be back for a pedicure.

A perfect almond shape, black matte, with cat eye accent!!

This is by far the best nail salon I have found during my 13 years in the PNW. As a service provider myself, I really value customer care and kindness! Tiffany runs a beautiful business and she herself is just a really great human. I recently had my Polish bubble up on me the day after my fill, and when I called about it she was so understanding and fit me in at the end of her Saturday to adjust her work! To me? This is the epitome of customer care. Not one of us can claim perfection and now my nails? Well, the new black she chose dried perfectly! She has my service and my loyalty!

I loved her combination of conversation and talking me through the process. I genuinely enjoyed her company and it was relatively painless all things considered. The salon is very clean, adorable and inviting. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered water. They had glasses and glass straws instead of disposable or bottles and I liked that. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. When I went back the service room was bright and very clean. They had personal hygiene wipes available to freshen up which was nice as it was hot out today. I took note of the good hygiene practices as Katie used a new stick every time she dipped in the wax, had fresh towels and bed cover when I arrived, wore gloves and wore her hair pulled back, asked me about temperature, and many other things. My experience was well above my expectations and I will definitely be back to see Katie for my wax as well as other services!

I am very particular with my bangs and Kaitlyn did amazing! It was a good price for a wash, cut, and curl! Clean and nice people. Will come again.

What I anticipated would cost around $125 ended up being: * Partial Foil (11-30 foils) - New Guest: $110 * Extra Color Mix (1/2 oz): $10 * Women's Haircut: $49 * Color Between Foils: $55 Subtotal: $224, plus tip. My main concern was not just the price itself, but the lack of communication about the additional charges beforehand. I contacted the owner, Kaylie, to discuss my concerns. One issue was being charged an extra $10 because the amount of color originally allocated was apparently not enough for my shoulder-length hair. I was told the product is expensive. I was also surprised by the $49 haircut charge. Only about an inch was trimmed from the back of my hair, and it was a very minimal trim. I understand salons have set pricing structures, but I did not feel the service reflected that cost. Additionally, I was charged $55 for "color between foils," which was essentially root color. Again, this was never clearly explained to me in advance. When I spoke with Kaylie, she acknowledged that the stylist should have gone over all pricing and explained that their services are priced à la carte. However, that was essentially the end of the conversation. There was no effort to resolve the situation or offer any adjustment despite acknowledging the lack of communication on their part. I have never been to a salon where I felt so nickel-and-dimed without prior explanation or consent regarding added costs. I fully expected to pay extra for a trim, but not $49 for what felt like a very minor service. Unfortunately, I left feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Had the situation been handled differently, this review could have been very different. If you decide to visit this salon, I strongly recommend asking for a full breakdown of all charges beforehand so there are no surprises when you check out. Also check other YELP reviews, I wish I had as others have had the same experience.

Went in for a father's day massage courtesy of my family, my wife asked for a foot and body but wad…read moretold she cant so this. They prepaid and the masseuse GAVE HERSELF A TIP at this time, without asking my wife. I showed up early to an empty lobbg and gave my stamped card to her. She commented that my family must of been the one with all the kids who came in, came off a little RUDE how it was delivered but ignored it. I use to get weekly massages but haven't had one in about 6months so this was a big treat for myself. She leads me to a room, says to get ready leaves the room but keeps the door open? I lay down on what seemed to be a piece of plywood with a small opening for my face, which leaves me LAYING MY CHIN ON WOOD, with the lack of cushion or space for my face. She comes in with her SPEAKER and ask if I want it soft or hard, I say hard since its been so long. Since I say hard she says she is going to walk on my back, AWESOME ive always enjoyed a good Ashiatsu massage. She steps on my back for a lil bit but then starts to dig into my thighs, ive had many Ashiatsu massages she was NOT kneading my muscles just PUSHING hard into them. Was pretty UNCOMFORTABLE but she stopped that pretty quickly, and this is where it got worse. She used multiple tools she had, to very forcefully push and pull my muscles, and used a CHEAP knock off wheel massager that did not roll. So she pretty much just rubbed a plastic stick on my back, pushing and pulling my skin and not much doing anything for my sore muscles. She then switched to what felt like a guasha tool, and started doing my arms and legs. My body RECOILED involuntarily multiple times, then she asked if it was okay, I grunted and she continued. In my previous experiences when my body would recoil this way masseuse would change their approach but she did not. She continued the same way, until she said she was done and I told her my shoulder was still in alot of pain, so she did my shoulder a bit more. She said thank you and left, this is when I noticed it had only been 50 MINUTES since she lead me to the room, I was done at this point and did not care to be man handled anymore with no relief to my muscles. Overall a terrible experience where she tipped herself, I laid on a uncomfortable "table", left me bruised, cut my time short and left her self a near 50% tip. Do not recommend
