I love it here!! I went here for the first and got a pedicure with a massage & hot stones when I was pregnant! It was amazing!! Today I went and got my nails done for the first time in forever since having my baby. The lady was so nice, made great conversation with me & was funny as well. She did an amazing job on my nails! This is not my first time to R&R, my most recent visit was for a full set of french acrylics. My service tech was so great, price was reasonable and all done in less than under an hour. The atmosphere is very calming, complete with comfy chairs and chill music. My only critique is that when it gets busy with walk-ins they don't turn people away due to schedule overload, the customers are left to wait for an undetermined amount of time. The quality is phenomenal and cost very reasonable. read more

I paid extra for a French tip and not only were the tips not straight or uniform, the tech failed to even reach the end of the nail and the the pink was not the same shade on each nail due to over-coating. When I asked her to fill in areas she missed, she was not kind in response. This is my second time trying this salon and I waited over an hour to be seated. Additionally the gel chips VERY easily and only lasted a few days. I wish I wouldn't have tried again. The pedicure was decent, but like other comments it was painful and they over-cut. read more

On the fence about this place. I had a pedicure and granddaughter had her nails done. They make a big deal out of picking what package you want for pedicure but fail to mention that if you pick gel polish it's $16 more ( I picked $40 package and was charged 16$ extra for gel ???=$56 ) I picked color off of plastic sample. I had no idea it was even gel ( if it was) I don't think I received the color I choose or the color difference between sample and actually polish is huge. The biggest concern was getting nipped 3 times, which all three bled. So bummed out. Toes feel raw and hurt. Nails turned out super cute and the cost was $76. Probably go back for another try unless my toes get infected from all the cuts. read more

Making an appointment doesn't matter as they'll get you in whenever they're good and ready as they're always behind. Overrun with children. Went in on 5/6 to get a pedicure and overlay nails. Nails are okay. Had better quality at other salons. During the pedicure the lady cut the side of my nail a little too much. Went I left my toenail hurt but I thought maybe it was because I hadn't gotten a pedicure in a few months. It's been over a week and my foot is now swollen and infected. Picture was taken today 5/15. Missing my former nail salon/spa I searched and tried every one in Chehalis and Centraila. Deeply disappointed to one degree or another over and over ... You definitely don't feel like you are being rushed or being talked about under the stylists breath.. which happens often at every other place I had been. Tiffany runs a beautiful business and she herself is just a really great human. I recently had my Polish bubble up on me the day after my fill, and when I called about it she was so understanding and fit me in at the end of her Saturday to adjust her work! To me? This was my first time at this nail spa for a pedicure. and brow wax. This was a very nice and clean establishment. Everyone at this establishment was friendly. The service I received was great. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because the gal removed my previous gel polish and ended up charging me an additional $7. Huh? I was never told that I would be charged additional to have old polish removed during the pedicure. I've never ever been charged extra to have old polish removed. It has always been part of the pedicure service. If this is part of their standard practice, they should let clients know before they start the pedicure that it's going to cost more. read more
