Terrible experience. It took over an hour just to paint my nails. The tech couldn't do simple polka dots, so someone else stepped in, but even then they looked nothing like what I wanted. My nails already look like they've been grown out for a week. They charged $50 for a gel manicure and $20 for a kids' manicure--way overpriced for the poor quality and unfriendly service. I've paid $70 for a full set elsewhere that looked 100x better. Never coming back. read more

they over charge for pedicure for regular polish they charged me $50 and for gel nail polish they charge $60 for a pedicure. I'm a single mother of two and they over charge me for pedicure all the time. Also they didn't do the light on my feet to dry the polish and they didn't do the hot towel or hot rocks and barely lotioned my feet and legs they do a horrible job. All of my nails are smudged or not painted all the way and she only did one coat of nail polish and she didn't take her time. I gave her no tip. They are not friendly either. And they rush it's not quality workmanship. And I should have asked her to fix my nails but I was to upset at the price. Do not go to M Spa. read more

I had previously gotten my first acrylic set done at another place prior to going to M Spa and Nails. My nails were lopsided and there was a lot of acrylic stabbing into my finger on the sides. I decided to try this place out since staying local didn't seem like a good idea to me (this place is a good 30-40 minute drive) and they turned something into nothing! I was very happy with the shape of my new set, it fit well to my fingers. I will say that I paid full set price for a fill which doesn't seem right but hopefully I can ask next time I go in for another fill. read more

I've been here twice with a client. The first time wasn't horrible but they pushed a gel pedicure really hard so it would dry faster, which I personally don't like. I go into a nail salon knowing what I want and don't mind the offer of gel but don't like being pushed into it. The second time however they put my pretty severely disabled client in the furthest manicure table from the door, with no one else even seated to get a manicure when we got there. My client has a hard enough time walking but on top of that she was forced to stumble into the corner with her cane and almost no space to squeeze. Then the tech pushed gel again, my client can't get gel and I had to reiterate that 3 times until she stopped asking. Followed by frustration by the tech that my client couldn't open her hand without holding it open with her other hand or pressing it on the wrist padding. Their paint jobs are decent but I was beyond angry and disappointed in their customer service. Plenty of other places that won't make a person with disabilities feel like a burden. read more

Review update: It's been over a month since my original review. M spa and nails have been a wonderful experience. Being a mom it's nice to have a little "me" time to spoil myself. I absolutely love to go into M spa because the environment is so relaxing and calm. I love that I go in there not knowing what to do and leave ecstatic about my nails, they are always on point! Tee does an amazing job as to picking what looks good for me! I have branched out on colors I would not have picked for myself and have loved them each time! I have to say, I won't be going elsewhere! Side note: You know when you enter a nail salon and you can smell all the chemicals M spa and nail does not EVER smell like a nail salon! READ SIGN AND BELIEVE IT! My friend and I went in for pedi's which we had not splurged on in 5 years. While being served we heard the owner speaking with someone on the phone who had a complaint, he twisted it to where her issue was caused by her & did not accept responsibility for it when it was clearly their fault. While sitting under the toe fan a woman came in with a legitimate complaint & he again twisted it so it was her fault. We sat under the nail dryer for 20 minutes then went shopping & got lunch. At lunch I noticed one of her nails had a large bump/smear in the polish as if it had been bumped while the polish was being put on. Something wasn't right & upon further inspection the nail as still so wet that polish came off on my fingers, the other nails were wet as well. This was 2 hours after we left, unacceptable. We paid $90 between the two of us for services so we returned expecting it to be fixed. The owner blamed us for not being under the dryer, which we were for 20 minutes. Then he stated to look at a sign above the nail polish indicating that they were not responsible for the dryness of the polish, it takes 24 hours for polish to dry! Are we supposed to sit for 24 hours and let our polish dry to the point it doesn't come off on our toes when we touch it? WHAT? But this ONCE they would fix it--this once? He told us to wait & as time passed, we became so upset we left without waiting longer. We left, bought our own polish, painted three coats and a topcoat on her toenails & it dried within half an hour for all coats. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND IF YOU DECIDE TO GO THERE, READ THE SIGN THAT IT TAKES 24 HOURS FOR POLISH TO DRY & BELIEVE IT! read more

Where's the customer service at? I have gotten a full set of acrylics here a few times & have never had issues with my nails, but no one is very friendly here. The last time I went in I guess I had called the wrong place by accident & when I went in for my "appointment" they looked at me and talked to me like I was crazy & an idiot. Why was such a simple misunderstanding that big of an issue for ya'll? No one's time was wasted but mine. If you wanna keep your clients, maybe put a smile on your face & change your tone. read more

I've been looking for a great place to get a pedicure without breaking the bank - and I found it! I came in for a pedi, and they were absolutely wonderful. A basic pedi is $25, and they have a few add-ons leading up to a Deluxe for $45 (extra for gel, of course). I went for the deluxe, and it was absolutely worth it. They have a nice selection of polish to choose from, regular or gel. The woman who took care of me was gentle but thorough. The music was loud enough to listen to, but quiet enough to still hold a normal conversation. I really felt well taken care of, and I think you will too! read more

Even though I did get a response back from my previous recent complaint which was appreciated, M Spa & Nails did not take care of the issues. The issues that I brought up during my pedicure should have been taken care of at the time of my pedicure. I am a Senior Citizen and I have had many pedicures in my lifetime. "THIS WAS THE WORST PEDICURE EVER"!! The older lady technician hardly did anything. When I asked why other customers were getting a foot massage with their pedicure and I didn't, I was handed a price list showing me it would cost $10.00 more to get my feet massage for it to be included as part of the pedicure. I have never been charged extra for this service as it has always been included with every pedicure that I have ever had done over the past 3 decades. I was very insulted by this! The leg massage consisted of putting lotion on both legs, basically no leg massage, properly less than 30 seconds. The leg massage should have also been included. I had a rush in and out pedicure. I had to repaint my toe nails when I got home. I did address my issues during my pedicure and also upon leaving as I was paying for a service I did not receive. The receptionist knew how I felt. The receptionist and M Spa Nails should have made it right and corrected the horrible awful customer service I was receiving at the time of my pedicure. M Spa Nails did not and they had every opportunity to do so to make it right before I walked out the door. I will never be back! read more

Messed up my nails horribly, even gave them several different chance's. I asked for black with a red heart and when one of my nails got snapped off by too much filing the guy didn't even know how to remove the left over acrylic and literally put a hole in my natural nail. He changed my colors saying that he didn't like the red I picked and the ignored me when I said I wanted a little heart on the nail. This is the only salon in Centralia / Chehalis I will go to. They take the time to actually do a good job and their pedicure chairs all work well and are newer chairs. The owners are very nice and always remember you. Best to call ahead to book though because they get busy. read more
