Went in for a father's day massage courtesy of my family, my wife asked for a foot and body but wad told she cant so this. They prepaid and the masseuse GAVE HERSELF A TIP at this time, without asking my wife. I showed up early to an empty lobbg and gave my stamped card to her. She commented that my family must of been the one with all the kids who came in, came off a little RUDE how it was delivered but ignored it. I use to get weekly massages but haven't had one in about 6months so this was a big treat for myself. She leads me to a room, says to get ready leaves the room but keeps the door open? I lay down on what seemed to be a piece of plywood with a small opening for my face, which leaves me LAYING MY CHIN ON WOOD, with the lack of cushion or space for my face. She comes in with her SPEAKER and ask if I want it soft or hard, I say hard since its been so long. Since I say hard she says she is going to walk on my back, AWESOME ive always enjoyed a good Ashiatsu massage. She steps on my back for a lil bit but then starts to dig into my thighs, ive had many Ashiatsu massages she was NOT kneading my muscles just PUSHING hard into them. Was pretty UNCOMFORTABLE but she stopped that pretty quickly, and this is where it got worse. She used multiple tools she had, to very forcefully push and pull my muscles, and used a CHEAP knock off wheel massager that did not roll. So she pretty much just rubbed a plastic stick on my back, pushing and pulling my skin and not much doing anything for my sore muscles. She then switched to what felt like a guasha tool, and started doing my arms and legs. My body RECOILED involuntarily multiple times, then she asked if it was okay, I grunted and she continued. In my previous experiences when my body would recoil this way masseuse would change their approach but she did not. She continued the same way, until she said she was done and I told her my shoulder was still in alot of pain, so she did my shoulder a bit more. She said thank you and left, this is when I noticed it had only been 50 MINUTES since she lead me to the room, I was done at this point and did not care to be man handled anymore with no relief to my muscles. Overall a terrible experience where she tipped herself, I laid on a uncomfortable "table", left me bruised, cut my time short and left her self a near 50% tip. Do not recommend read more

I went in not feeling very well. She listened to my critical concerns, even walked on my back. I was very surprised and impressed with how I felt the next day. I don't know where all the extra energy came from and was able to move freely. Very sweet and kind lady and not afraid to let you know what you need to know, my kind of people. read more

Exceeded my expectations. Very professional, clean, attentive. Crystal have an awesome massage, very personable. Thank you!

Bad customer service, forced to tip minimum $30. & on top of that you don't get a deep tissue massage. You have to pay for than the standard $70. Don't recommend anyone coming here unless you want to gift your money for a bad massage. read more

My first waxing... I'm a big baby But she wouldn't let me whine about it. It was immediately obvious her level of experience was beyond what I would have gotten with these other day spas. I shopped around-not for price but for quality. It wasn't rushed but fast and efficient and followed up by an amazing massage. You can't get this special attention elsewhere and very reasonably priced.. Highly recommend. read more

Paid another for a Brazilian waxing in a dirty very unprofessional way of handling care with clients she left the door wide open during appointment to talk to someone else coming in to establishment there was no sheet on the bed one wax stick for all use of waxing on top of using same stick on my friend with me I do not recommend going here read more

A 30 minute full body massage was only 20 minutes. They charged me $60.00 even though their website said $40.00 and then a mandatory 15% service charge. The massage was decent and the ambiance is terrible. All they offer is a plastic cup of water. And they hassle you and make it uncomfortable. I highly don't recommend if you're looking for a place to relax. read more

Was the the worst massage I have ever had and over charged me plus pretty much made me give them a tip for that horrible massage definitely not going back read more

Walked in without an appointment for a full face waxing. Shari got me in right away and did a great job on my facial. She has attention for detail and took her time making sure everything was taken care of. Since I was a first time client, she waved the service fee (tip). Definitely recommend. read more

Crystal is an amazing therapist with hands of gold. If you're dealing with general soreness and/or aches and pains, Centralia Day Spa is your go-to spot. read more

Don't waste your time or money. They aren't even licensed for massage here. One person is licensed but only as an esthetician. Not to mention...its dirty and always stinks like day old food because the owner lives upstairs and always cooks seafood. Spend your money somewhere where you are getting services from someone that has been to school...not youtube university. read more

I went in and got an hour massage. It was completely relaxing and I felt so comfortable. They will ask if you want soft medium or hard pressure which is really nice. The music was lovely and I felt like new walking out of there. I highly recommend going here! PRICE IS GREAT! read more

I dont like to bad mouth small businesses but my goodness do not go to the Day Spa in centralia I cannot make this shit up guys. So I walk in and the building is dark, no lights or music. I wait a few minutes and this little lady comes down and I tell her I have a massage at 6. She points to a room without saying anything, so I go in and she just shuts the door. Not a word so i assume to get undressed and get under the sheet on the bed (like most massage places) so then she comes in and tells me in very broken english to get up because she doesnt want me under the sheet. Im frickin half naked so I tell her "oh im not dressed..." she proceeds to hand me this little gym like white towel so I get up and Im trying to cover my body with it rolls hangin out and all..ha. She tucks the sheet back in the table and tells me to lay on my stomach. She takes the little midget towel and lays it over my legs then she proceeds to PULL MY UNDERWEAR off over my butt like its nothing!!! And of course im uncomfortable and too shy to be like wtf! So she starts massaging my back for a few minutes, then stops and leaves the room without saying a word. She turns on this super loud Chinese rock band music and comes back in with a hot towel and no joke- she starts scrubbing me with it like its a damn sponge bath!! So Im trying not to laugh. A few minutes go by then she drops the hot towel and then bends my legs like Im frog-legged and starts like punching the bottom of my feet . After thats all said and done she asks me to flip over and then starts patting me head to toe like you would if you burp a baby. Then starts massaging my face and then STICKS HER PINKIES IN MY EARS AND RUBS AROUND like shes fishing for wax...thank the lord the hour is done and she tells me to get dressed. By this time Im laughing silently to myself. I meet her in the waiting room, where she calls another woman down to talk to me. I had a gift card, but she told me it was required that I tip 15-30% of the service. I did leave her a tip in cash on the table because Im nice but still really?! read more
