I am very happy with the design they painted on my nails that they get a five star very talented. Only thing I felt uncomfortable about is they spoke in Vietnam and felt like they w ere talking about my daughter and I.when I asked them what they were saying they would not say. I don't get my nails done very often but I will say that I will not be coming back to this place! There was one person working on a Saturday afternoon and she was not very polite. Halfway through getting my nail on and said " you pay me now" they weren't even painted yet! I was kind of thrown back they she says "so you no ruin nail" so I paid her. I have 4 crooked nails and the paint is chipped and o have a very sharp edge on one of them. Very poor service I do not recommend this place at all! read more

I started going to Jk nails because of the negative reviews and I am so glad I did! I have had all three of the ladies there work on my nails all amazing everything time but Annie is my absolute favorite! The ladies are always sweet and polite, the salon is clean and they take their time to make sure your nails are amazing and great quality! No they don't live in the salon! Their break area is visible for lack of space but it shows they care for their employees and actually give them breaks! Don't miss out on this gem of a salon with talented nail techs!!! read more

I only went to this salon because I was getting married & I live out of town. My Mom made the appointment & paid for it as well or I wooluld have been even more unhappy. I had my eyebrows waxed as well as my daughter. My Mom (who is a regular customer) and sister (I dont think she really gets her nails done much either as she works in a warehouse atm) also paid to have thier bails done. I liked them at first. She qas very quick, seemed efficient. A week later my nails were popping off. On my left hand! The Gel Polish was chipping & looked terrible. Also a week later. Every nail has lifted & now Im beginning to get a fungus! Do not go here! Overpriced, understaffed, crappy job, crappy service. When I discussed rhis with them tgey did not care. Would not compensate me or even fix 3 popped nails. Terrible customer service! Shame on you...rhat is no way to run a business! read more

Was not very clean. When I was in there, they had all the "clean" towels piled on the floor to be folded. When I saw the area where the towels had been, I was appalled at how dirty the floor was. Also, there was no massage with the pedicure. Will not be going back. read more

I went here for the first time last week, as my regular nail place was super busy. First off there was only 3 people working on a busy Saturday morning. I got the male and he was super slow! And not good at it either. He hurt me several times. Even ayer I pulled my toes away, he kept shaking his head no like I was being ridiculous. I had told them walking in I needed my gel nail polish changed and also a manicure with it. Well after almost an hour in the pedicure chair, we finally moved to the desk for my nails. I picked a color and it took the guy another good 10 mins to finally come back to me from cleaning the spa. I asked him how long it would take and he said about 20 mins. Well 20 mins went by and he was still taking my polish off so I told him I was out of time and I didn't want polish anymore. Just take mine off so I can go. He was angry and started going off about who knows what! Then when I went to pay he had such an attitude and said I would've been done in time if I would've just told him what I wanted! I did! From the moment I walked in! The other worker had to step in and tap him on the shoulder to tell him to stop! This place is so unprofessional, and not rude. Definitely lacks in cleanliness and the time spent there is ridiculous. Don't waste your hard earned money or your time! I would give it 0! read more

While I was getting my nails done I had to explain 4 times how I wanted my nails done. By the time I was I went to pay they charged me way more that I have ever paid to get my nails done. Not to mention they didn't put enough top coat on my nails that the paint is already chipping. I don't recommend going to this place read more

I walked in, and the first appearance was not bad. However, they sent me in their other room, and I'm pretty sure the owners of this business also live in the building. The side room has carpet, a small kitchen with a toaster oven, fridge and microwave. They also have a cart with food piled up. I noticed fruit flies on their nail supplies. There is a flat screen tv with small children running around and sitting on the floor. A woman came to get her eyebrows down, and they told her to lay on a bed. I did not see them change the sheets once she left, which grossed me out. Another woman waited 20 minutes to get her polish taken off because the nail tech wanted to eat Cup of Noodle. My friend was getting acrylics done and it took over an hour until they finished! I also noticed that they do not clean up the areas between customers, nor do they throw used paper towels away. I do not recommend this place. It's basically a house, not a nail salon. read more
