During my purchase, I was given a specific sale price, but later told that the lower price only applied if I financed the vehicle. When I asked about paying cash, the price increased by a substantial amount. This was not clearly disclosed upfront, and it created a situation where the numbers changed after the fact. Several high‑priced add‑ons were also included in my contract. When I tried to address these items, I was told I would need to wait until the loan was funded and then contact the finance company. However, when I contacted the finance company, they directed me back to the dealership. This back‑and‑forth made it extremely difficult to get straight answers or resolve anything. First and foremost, I strongly advise against visiting this dealership. Recently, we had a rather unpleasant experience scheduling service for one of our vehicles. My spouse took in his Mustang GT premium two-series, V8 manual. The first red flag should have been when their technician was way too eager to take it for service. He exclaimed, "Oh me, me, me!" as he took it in. You could hear high revs that were unnecessary for driving around to the service area. They offered my spouse a loaner vehicle, which was a base-looking GT V6 automatic. However, they had a contract stipulating that the vehicle should be returned with a full gas tank, cleaned, and vacuumed. While I understand the need for gas replacement, this dealership doesn't operate like a high-end luxury dealership. Those that do don't typically have such strict contracts when providing complimentary loaner vehicles to their customers. To make matters worse, when we received our vehicle, the cabin camera was disconnected. There's absolutely no logical reason to do this unless you're planning to engage in illegal activities, such as racing. Additionally, our vehicle comes equipped with a full-screen digital tachometer. The digital gauge cluster had been changed from its original display to one that specifically shows when the vehicle is being redlined. Furthermore, the mileage on our vehicle didn't add up. It had over 20 miles unaccounted for, which was not part of the routine diagnostic procedure when it was in their custody. The day we received notice that our vehicle was ready for pick-up, my spouse noticed the check engine light was on upon starting it at 5 a.m. We honestly didn't think anything of it because it's a loaner vehicle, not ours. When returning the loaner, my spouse cleaned it, vacuumed it, washed it, and filled the gas and even went as far as to put that damn thing in our garage, which it didn't even deserve (as I am certain ours wasn't in the garage at the dealer). My spouse only took this loaner to and from work to home. Saturday this vehicle exchange took place, and our vehicle was picked up. Then come Tuesday, we received a call from a representative at the dealership, who had the audacity to accuse my spouse of damaging the engine of the loaner and filling it with incorrect fuel. They did not do their research prior to calling us; they did not have any evidence or fact-checking prior to calling. They simply formulated an accusation that was baseless, insulting, and unacceptable. They requested that any damages to the vehicle, as a result, were going to hold us liable for paying for it. Well, we all know that didn't happen and wasn't going to go well for them. We had evidence that the check engine light was triggered and initiated prior to fueling it up. We also gave them a receipt showing the time the gas was also filled, proving that incorrect gas was not a result of the engine light being triggered. I would like to also add that the gas station didn't sell the type of gas that the dealer accused us of. The representative accusing my spouse of damaging the vehicle said they would then show their technician the receipt and get back with us. They called us yesterday afternoon, and we never heard back from them after that. The only phone call we better ever be receiving is a F****** apology from that dealership. It was unprofessional and inappropriate for them to contact us with accusations of damaging their vehicle. We have absolutely no reason to damage a loaner vehicle that isn't even remotely close in value to our own vehicle. We would have nothing to gain from that, so I feel that this situation as a result is a scam and a way for some dealer to weasel and con some sort of compensation on a lemon loaner vehicle or personal gain. This dealership is crooked and unprofessional and should not be doing business. Therefore, we will no longer be doing business with them. Sales guy was super nice but goodness don't get me started on the finance lady. Niyoka Pudney was super rude. My sister in law asked me to come with her for her first car purchase and told me to ask questions I thought were necessary which I did. After some back and forth with numbers and such there was a question on payment and I told my sister in law she can't rely on other peoples word for certain things and gave her a list of reasonable "what ifs" I was then told by the lady "well I would hate to live my life that full of what ifs. There's a lot of what ifs...what if you died of a heart attack right now, what if you drove off the lot and got into a car wreck and died? You can go somewhere else. I don't care. You're just trying to talk her out of the sale." I'm trying to make sure a first time car buyer doesn't end up over her head with a ridiculously priced car because of money hungry, predatory people trying to make a sale. I am writing to formally document a series of unacceptable events surrounding our purchase at Killeen Ford in hopes the next purchaser does not have to go through this ordeal. On 5/13/26 my husband and I made the nearly 3 hr drive to Killeen Ford to view a 2019 Ford Lariat with approximately 59K miles that we specifically discussed with Tiffany numerous time before making the trip. When we arrived, Hanna informed us the truck was out of service due to a blown engine. There is no acceptable reason this information was not communicated to us before we drove nearly 3 hours one way to see it. That failure alone reflects poorly on the dealership. Hanna was professional and showed us a 2019 King Ranch F150 which we purchased. We declined the extended warranty because we trusted that the Killeen Ford 3,000 mile warranty would cover any issues that surfaced. I had specifically called ahead and confirmed that any Ford dealer would honor that warranty given our distance from Killeen. The dealership's assurance that any repair would be warranted at any Ford Dealership was a material factor in our decision to buy. The afternoon of 5/19/26, 6 days after purchase, while driving in rush hour traffic in San Antonio the truck lost power and shut off in the left hand lane of Huebner Road, a major thoroughfare. After a 2 hour wait, Progressive towed it to my grandson's house roughly 8 miles away. While the truck was stallled and blocking traffic, I contacted Killeen Ford used truck sales for guidance and both Hanna & Sydney were off. The man who answered refused to discuss the purchase with me because the purchase agreement was signed by my husband. I explained that I was present for the entire transaction and simply needed to know where to have the truck towed for repair under the warranty. He told me that he didn't like my attitude and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Abby who was kind and gave me John Stegmeir's phone number, he's in charge of the service department. I never received a return call from him. Several days later I spoke to Hanna and she informed me that she was informed that the Ford warranty is only valid at the dealership where the vehicle was purchased. I reminded that I would have never made the purchase if I would have been told that important bit of information before we agreed to purchase the truck. We replaced the alternator out of pocket. I have been contacted numerous times by Tiffany and others requesting that I give them a 5 Star rating. Made an appointment Tuesday to come out Friday (today) to test drive a used car. Drove 3 hours from San Antonio AFTER communicating with the sales person and the internet person that we were coming. They confirmed the vehicle was ready and waiting. We arrive only to find out the vehicle was in service and not able to be test driven. Absolute worse communication and service ever. The best thing I can say about Killeen Ford is that they have discovered time travel - they are committed to selling cars in the same way the business was done when Bill Clinton was President. I did not end up buying a car that was exactly what I was looking for based on these behaviors. First thing - the price advertised on their website is NOT the price. They add window tint, some windshield coating and an "installed GPS". The unit I was interested in purchasing has both onboard navigation and an onboard 4G modem, plus uses CarPlay or Android Auto. So, just what "installed GPS" is it they're speaking of. More important than that, if you don't use their financing, they increase the price of the car - in my case, I was quoted a $3000 markup for coming in with my pre-approved credit union loan. Second thing - their entire sales model is "you'll do what we want, even if we don't tell you what that is up front". There is no negotiating. Any expectation you may have about what the best price is for you is irrelevant and wrong. Fortunately, there are hundreds of dealerships all across the country that are actually operating in the year 2026, and I will find the vehicle I want from one of them - without the "addendum" markup and jump in blood pressure. Check out their Yelp and BBB reviews from other people - the consistent comments are that communication is very poor, and service jobs take much longer than promised, and are not always fully performed. This is a cultural problem with this store; "May the Buyer beware". And, if you do move forward with trying to buy a vehicle from this store, be sure to keep the complaint forms for the Consumer Financial Protection bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau of Killeen and the Texas Attorney General and Texas DMV handy. read more

Seriously shame on you. While we're here fighting for our nation as Soldiers, Killeen Ford is stealing the little we're earning. This dealership is a scam. The commanding general of Fort Hood should add it on the off limits establishment for soldiers and CID should do an investigation on them. First of all they have all of those nonsense add on the put on the car that is already covered by your insurance under Texas law. I bought my F-150 in July 2025. I noticed a windshield chip on my truck and contacted them to schedule an appointment. The lady I talked to said the appointment is confirmed for Wednesday. When I showed up, she said that she has told me I had to call three days prior to confirm the appointment which is a lie and weird. She said to come back Saturday of the same week. I did drop my truck that day and called around 2pm to see how it's going. They told me the guy who's supposed to come and fix it did not show up and to go pick up the truck. The sent me a message stating that they don't know what happened and to choose a date between Wednesday and Saturday of the following week for the repair. I picked Wednesday. The sent me a message on Wednesday around 8AM to drop my truck before 10AM which I did. I contacted them around 2pm to see how's it going. My advisor said that: " The guy is coming from salado and his ETA is 3:30PM. Your truck should be available by 4:30 ". At 3:32 I received a call from one manager stating that the truck if ready to go and pick it up which I found weird. I went there and found out nothing has been fixed. That same manager said that: " we did a filling to prevent the chip from spreading. That crack will be visible on you windshield we cannot remove it ". I told him that's impossible. He said that's all they can do. I told him how did they fixed that in 2mn since the guy ETA was 3:30. He said the guy arrived earlier and has repaired 3 cars including mine. I left there and went to safelite. They fixed the truck and it's completely different. You can't even see it. Killeen ford charged me $500 for that windshield protection and it's included in the truck price It's not optional. By TX laws, insurance is obligated to repair minor chips up to five time. So that charged is just for them to rob money out us the customers. read more

The sales person was wonderful after that it went downhill fast. Their finance manager who came out to negotiate the deal was an embarrassment The finance officer who did the deal with Ally bank added a charge of $2500 for extended warranty and $2000 for vehicle maintenance for 36 months. Did not see the contract just showed me where to sign because I had already gone through all of those plus they did not give me a copy of the contract except on a USB drive After I open the USB drive and looked at the actual contract I noticed that there was $4500 in additional charges. Both my wife and I recognized them and we had specifically told her no that we were not going to pay for my maintenance contract as $2000 was silly to just have your oil changed. Same with the extended warranty as you can buy those cheaper than they can sell one for but they ended up on the bill and it was not seen until financing went through even though we had put $30,000 down on the car. I did call to cancel them did not hear back from the finance person. I did fill out a request for cancellation still did not hear back from the finance person finally after three or four weeks I called and found out that she was no longer there. Made me question whether or not she was dishonest in terms of the contract and maybe they found that out and decided to tell her goodbye. I got my refund back. There were 14 days between the time that we bought it and the time request a cancellation and they charged me $146 for the service contract even though it was only about 14 days and I was still covered for everything under the manufacturers warranty and the extended service plan would not have kicked in until 36,000 miles This is the first and the only and the last time that I have purchased from Kelleen Ford. I would not recommend them whatsoever, almost everybody. I came in contact with I never want to address again, except the young lady who is the sales person. It was advertised at $75,488, but once I got there the real story came out: A mandatory $2,500 dealer-installed package that cannot be removed (not disclosed online) An additional $2,000 charge if you use your own financing or pay cash None of this is shown in the internet price. That's $4,500 more than advertised. If the truck were listed at nearly $80,000, I never would have made the trip. The low price was clearly used to get me in the door. Found a car listing and I thought I stuck gold with the clean background, low miles, and low price. Almost felt It was too good to be true, looks like I was right. Called in to check vehicle availability at 1PM, was told it was there and to come get it. I drove over 2 hours, when I arrived at around 5PM, I was informed the car had sold that morning. They brought out the skeeter jean looking manager to confidently fuss at me that they sold it at 4PM. Not sure what the mixup of stories was there. Find it a bit suspicious the car has been listed for a month, and the day I come it's sold. Theres definitely something sketchy going on here, it's almost comical. As of writing this review the car listing is still up. These people seriously don't care about you or your time, please beware of these greedy, no empathy scumbags. I drove all the way out from South Austin to Killeen Ford after being told the appraisal would take 15-20 minutes. I made it clear I didn't have much time and just wanted numbers before moving forward, because I know how dealerships can be. Of course, they took my vehicle to appraise it, but then came the runaround. "Before we give you the numbers, we need to go through the whole process." Translation: we're going to keep you here as long as it takes to wear you down and get you to sign whatever agreement benefits them most. It was the most stereotypical used car dealership experience I've ever had. I honestly didn't even know they sold used cars, but after this, I'm not surprised. I had been researching the ford bronco sport for months. They had 2 2024 Badlands for sale that had been courtesy vehicles. Both had low miles. Both had same exterior color. One had a nicer package with leather, heated seats and steering wheel, remote start. The other was basic area 51 color inside. None of the features the other had. I finally broke down and went to drive the vehicle i wanted, the higher end one. I didnt drive or look at the other. I liked it and the sales person seemed nice enough. I decided to purchase the vehicle that I had just driven. Inside, the shell game began. I said how much I expected for my trades and how much i thought the new vehicle was worth, based on the "unlocked" today price. In the end, I knew i got low balled on the trades but felt in the end, what i paid was fair enough. I left with my nice gently driven bronco sport badlands. 2 days later..........wait for it...... The sales person said there was a screw up in the paperwork and i needed to come back. Ok...stuff happens...........wait for it...... When I get there she tells me that the VIN on my paperwork was for the cheaper vehicle that i had no interest in. She said that in fact, I had purchased that one!!! She then wrote down on a piece of paper that the difference between the 2 vehicles was $7000+ WTF!!!??!! I ended up giving them another $2000 and leaving. They said they would "eat the rest". I was so ashamed that someone would treat me this way. What should i do, take the vehicle i didnt want? Ask for my trades back and leave? Give them $7000? In the end I know that they did it on purpose so they could let me think they gave me a fair price, drive it for 2 days and then collect the highernprice they wanted in the first place. They had also pressured me to finance, but I refused. And ......wait for it.... Leaving the dealership, the salesperson explained this was not her fault and please give her all 5's on the survey. I wish I could give a ZERO stars!! We just had the worst experience trying to purchase a new truck. We should have negotiated the price BEFORE going to the dealer. The "discounted" price on the internet was very deceiving because when we decided on a truck and started making a deal, that "discounted" price went away because there were "add-ons" that were already on the vehicle (how convenient), so there goes almost all the discount! Very DECEIVING!! They also tried forcing us to finance through Ford; if we didn't, we would lose any little discounts that they were offering. I showed up at 8:30 was told to pull to the front of the line and they proceeded to take everybody from behind me and beside me from three rows before they got to me. 2 people came out to ask if I'd been helped and I said no. Not only did they charge us MSRP on 2 new vehicles we were supposed to be getting internet price on, they didn't give us any paperwork or show us final prices when signing our contract. Only showed us our payments. We didn't get the paperwork until days later when we realized on Ford Credit that the price of the vehicles was wrong. They claim that they have a policy stating that if we wanted to speak to our lawyer about what all happened they were advised to not help us any longer to fix the errors. There is NO such policy stated anywhere that we've found. Not to mention the brand new vehicle we got is throwing transmission codes so it has to be taken to a ford dealership to be looked at and hasn't been driven a week out of the two weeks of ownership. read more
