What a great little cafe to grab breakfast or lunch at! Perfect location if you're working in one of the many offices nearby. Simple menu, but we haven't found a single dish we don't like. Particularly enjoy their Loco Moco and Quick Fix. We've never had difficulty getting a table when we show up. Service is quick and kind. We've seen many people placing orders to-go as well. Reasonably priced. Easy parking. Great choice for breakfast or lunch.

Sometimes I have Breakfast with my son here. We would have omelettes or breakfast burritos or Sandwiches. Everything tastes really good. Customer service is always good. Plenty of tables and plenty of parking even during busy hours.

Everything was outstanding. I had the power jack sandwich with hash browns and the name was no joke. It was very filling and tasty. The hash was cooked nicely. I also tried the huevos rancheros and they were tasty. I had an iced latte and it was too sweet for my taste so we asked for some extra ice or milk and they very kindly did so. Prices were affordable! We also had exceptional customer service

This was quite a lucky find next to the blood draw place where i had to go fasting. i got the breakfast burrito with bacon to go. The burrito was large and filling. the gave me green salsa and ketchup. Ketchup ??? The service was great, and a cute place to eat. it wasn't busy at 9 am

Just had the Chilaquiles Burrito from Kiki's Kitchen and WOW--absolute flavor bomb! Perfectly crispy chips, rich salsa, creamy eggs, and just the right kick of spice all wrapped in a warm tortilla. Every bite was heavenly. Easily one of the best burritos I've ever had. 10/10

GETTING HERE: Restaurant is located on Lombard off Gonzales Road in Oxnard between Rice and Rose Avenues. It's across the street from the Kaiser Pharmacy. I was in the neighborhood taking care of some medical things and my Mom says, "Let's go eat!" - I do what the Yelpers do, and checked to see what was close by. I've had Kiki's bookmarked for much too long, and in retrospect I was last here circa 2018. What the heck? Place was relatively full this morning. There were only 2 people running the floor and they were hopping. Friendly. Welcoming. But so busy. We were able to be seated quickly and thankfully my guest and I knew what we wanted to order so we got our order in quick like. :) Chilaquiles were outstanding. Asked for over-medium eggs and they were perfection. My guest ordered the Chicken Fried Steak. It was good; but a good amount of gristle, sadly. Yes. I recommend and hope you'll support this local biz. And, try their Chilaquiles! If you know me, you know I'm a fan. :) Thanks!

The atmosphere was great and so was the service however I was very let down by the food. I had the avocado toast which was good but nothing special and ordered a few other things for my children. My daughter has gotten the chicken tenders which looked like fish sticks and they were very scrawny and small. She didn't really like them but she still ate them. "Definitely not the best I've ever had" she said. However I don't think I will be coming back. Great service though. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

I've always driven by and wondered how good it was and I finally decided to stop. This little place is terrific. Very very good staff. I had the BLT that was perfection. Lots of bacon and I wonder where they get their tomatoes. They tasted like tomatoes! I'm looking forward to returning and trying something else from their unique menu. read more

Extremely easy 5 star to give. I mean.. the food, service, pricing, and everything else was above the normal. Ojai eggs Benedict was absolutely amazing. The burrito was on point. Everything about this place for breakfast says come here. One thing I must say is the owner and employees here are truly something else as they are really nice and try to cater as much as possible to the visitors. Overall, it's an easy place to rate and I will definitely be back for more food whether it's breakfast or lunch. read more

The atmosphere was really cute. The best about the food is the bagel, orange juice and coffee. Orange juice was fresh squeezed and really tasted fresh. Food was not that good. Had a chicken croissant special and the chicken tasted rubbery in some areas and was not good. Also had some mustard in sand which which tasted like mustard you would have on a Cuban sandwich so figured it must have been on knife but I really hate mustard. The pancakes were doughy. Maybe a bad day for the cook but I gave three stars due to the bagel and juice. They were great. read more

Superb weekly go to lunch spot when in the area. Both breakfast and lunch are excellent. I tend to love the panini's. Portions are very generous, and will leave you satisfied. Ingredients taste very fresh. Menu has staple American, and some Mexican staples for breakfast and lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating. Drink selection is very small. Some canned sodas, and bottled water. Bottled coke. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area, and really hungry. read more

Service was pleasant. We decided to check it out after daylight savings. No wait time. Booth for our family of 4. Kids menu offers great choices. Husband ordered French toast was not disappointed. I decided to try their Huevos Rancheros in green chile. Enjoyed it! They also offer different options such as Lattes, Coffee. Any place that I can order a latte with my breakfast is a winner! We absolutely will go back again ! read more

Came here for breakfast not long ago and had a positive experience. The omelet I ordered was good but small and toast was one slice of bread cut in half instead of two, but it was still good and the since price was lower and I'm not a big eater, I was ok with that. The side potatoes were also good and the flavored coffee creamer is a plus. It's a cute cafe with a clean bathroom and good service. We will return again. read more

I've been coming here to this spot since it was first named Cuppa Joe's and Lisa was the owner. This store was changed to Kiki's Kitchen awhile back by and mother and daughter duo who were extremely kind and changed up the menu a bit. They've kept some of the wall decals from Cuppa Joes but the interior has changed quite a bit for the better since then. It's still a quiet and calm atmosphere unless it's the lunch rush for the medical buildings around here. The food is delicious and it feels like a good home cooked meal with the cozy vibes. You order by the register and the staff is friendly and helpful, I do wish that they have more options with the milk types they serve but it's fine, considering everything about the place is very welcoming and QUIET. My go to favorites here are the Denver omelette with the fresh fruit and a Dirty Chai with half and half. Overall, besides the milk options, wouldn't change a thing. You can also order ahead as well (I do recommend this option if you have only a 30min lunch!!!), there is outside seating, a non-gender restroom, but no WiFi so don't think to much about cruising the web here. You can find a lot of Keto friendly items, vegetarian items, carnivore, and other assortment of entrees that you can modify for your food needs; just ask! They're awesome here! All in all come on in! They're now open seven days a week and under new management; new management but the food is still awesome and at a great price. read more

I was at Kiki's Kitchen this morning and was disappointed to see the staff without mask. My first thought was to not enter but I guess my hunger got the best of me. Their website states that staff wear mask and customers as well. Service was good but slow, considering that I was the only customer in the building. Overall I was pleased with the sandwich I ordered. The food taste fresh and was delicious. I plan to go back soon to try something different on their creative menu. read more

Do you love me? Probably not, but thank you for keeping the breakfast menu open (minus the eggs benedict) after 1 pm! Kiki's is in a prime spot with offices and residential area nearby. I don't know why it took me so long, but glad I stopped in. They offer an appealing breakfast, lunch and caffeine beverage menu. I imagine the place gets busy during peak breakfast and lunch hours, but you probably are able to phone in an order for food to avoid wait times. Worth revisiting to try other offerings off their menu. read more

Really great breakfast and lunch spot that's off the beaten path. Can't go wrong with breakfast items and their coffee is good when you want to skip the wait at Starbucks. Their paninis are great for lunch, combined with the fries they come with, you'll be plenty full. If you're not dining in and you're want food to go, order ahead to save yourself the wait. read more

Tried Kiki's kitchen after seeing the Yelp reviews & was not disappointed. I ordered the French Toast & Bacon special which was delicious with a Blueberry compote & sryup & butter on the side my girlfriend ordered the Eggs Benedict Taki Lox which was also great - only complaint was the potatoes were very tasty but a little undercooked Returned for a second visit today - Kiki's is under new management and the service & food has declined hence my lowering to 3 stars. read more

Waffle order with bacon , the bacon taste like the pan and waffle had no flavor Chilaquiles with eggs and hash browns were bland . The eggs had no salt or taste , the hash browns lacked flavor . Chicken friend steak with eggs weren't good the chicken fried steak was tough and biscuit was so dry and hard I was afraid to breath in , I thought I would choke on it . Never going back read more

I just had a tasteless veggie panini. It had spinach, mushroom and tomato. Maybe some peppers. None of the veggies were seasoned. It was just tossed in the panini bread and toasted. No flavor whatsoever. Definitely not worth $13. They had the nerve to ask for $3.50 if you wanted fries with the sandwich. This was the 4th time I have been here since Cuppa Joes closed and it turned into Kiki's kitchen. Each time was a disappointment. This was my last visit. read more

Kiki's is fantastic! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I had the Ojai omelette. Lots of bacon, sautéed onions, tomatoes and provolone cheese. Topped with avocados. All fresh. Great place to stop for breakfast on our way through Camarillo. read more

There was a line for cafe Amri, my family and I decided to give this cafe a try. First glance, way too small to be a cafe. I ordered the verde chilaquiles, it was just way too spicy and way too salty for my liking. Not good at all. My mom got a breakfast burrito and it had no meat, it was all just egg and had no flavor.This place is not worth the hype. You're better off waiting an additional 15 minutes and going to cafe Amir which is just across the street. read more

I've been here a few times and haven't strayed from the breakfast quesadilla or breakfast burrito. It's stuffed full of potatoes, eggs, bacon and cheese and is enough for 2+. And to top it, it's good! The staff needs a little training in customer service, especially when there is only one table of patrons in the place. The service is timely. There is ample parking in the lot and they keep the restaurant clean and well stocked. read more

This was a favorite destress spot, the staff was welcoming and brought out menus if you were eating in. The music was jazz or Sinatra style, very relaxing. Today, sorry to say, they have jumped on the "order at the counter" bandwagon. No more jazz, just 80s pop annoyance. I hope the food hasn't changed, but the rest of the ambiance and vibe was the allure for me. read more

We thought the turnip would be off putting but it actually meshed well with the flavors. Came with fried wonton chips. For the main course we shared the NY strip and Lobster Malfaldine. The steak was cooked to perfection with a very nice sear and flavored well. Probably one of the better steaks I've ever had. Definitely beats out any steakhouse steak. The Lobster Malfaldine was also absolutely delicious. Most of the time, lobster pasta is usually a bit bland and lacking in lobster. NOT HERE. They included big chunks of lobster and the sauce was so good. Lastly, we ended our dinner with the Strawberry Hand Pie. This is basically a warm strawberry strudel with vanilla bean ice cream. They used locally sourced strawberries and I'm still thinking about it as I'm writing this review. Adrienne was our server and she was very nice and attentive. Since it was my girlfriend's birthday, they comped our dessert. Super nice staff!

BLTA used the same disappointing bread, flaccid under cooked bacon a tiny amount of pesto aioli and more avocado then there was on the avocado toast. Kids mini pancakes were good but chocolate chips are $1 up charge. I will say yesterday's eggs Benedict was good- hollandaise is excellent. Breakfast potatoes were a bit undercooked. Bloody Mary was a bit weak in my opinion. After all of that- I got a look at the receipt and there is a 2% BOH RevShare added to the bill. My best guess is this is fee to help pay the kitchen- To be honest we went here because it was a short walk from the Hilton. After the poor service, bad quality and hidden fees- we would be better off eating on the resort.

I really wanted to like this place. I'm all for supporting local, family-owned restaurants, especially those that serve breakfast--my favorite meal of the day. Unfortunately, my visit to this place left a lot to be desired. When we arrived it took quite a while just to be acknowledged. We sat for at least 10-15 minutes before anyone came over, which felt excessive. Eventually, a very young girl came to take our order. She looked about 12 years old, and while she was polite and clearly trying her best, it was uncomfortable to see someone so young handling customers with little to no guidance. There didn't seem to be any adults actively supervising or helping out. The food itself was okay--not terrible, but not memorable either. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by the slow service and the awkwardness of being waited on by a child. Simple things like checking on the table or refilling water were completely missed. I truly respect family-run businesses and understand wanting to involve everyone, but there's a line between charmingly homey and unprofessional. With more experienced staff or at least proper supervision, this place could really improve. As it stands, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. read more

Passing by the 101 freeway, and decided to give this place a shot since it was on Yelp with 4.2 stars, but the stars did not hold to the standard of the food. It is a cute mom and pop restaurant, servers look like they are in high school, and aren't quite attentive as they should be for a service restaurant. Food was ok. I ordered a chicken panini which was $12, I had the smallest piece of chicken. My husband had the chicken fried stake, which was good, just had way too much gravy for our liking.
