So, I did the research the evening before, and found one in stock at this Best Buy. They actually had three different versions for around $30.00, and all were made in China. Of course, the abovementioned vendors offered the adaptor for a quarter of the price, but again, I didn't have time to wait. As for friendliness, the cashier was nice, but zero, "Do you need help?" for a staff member, and I was the third person to enter the store at 10;03 MST.

We had several problems with installation and The Artisan Shop did a poor job of communicating and standing behind their cabinets. We used another cabinet company to build our bathrooms, entertainment centers and utility rooms and we were completely satisfied with them. We will not use the Artisan shop again.
