He will tell you that you need this and that and his address to his business is fake so are the pictures because compared to his actual work those photos are way too professional and maybe even the good reviews .My experience was horrible.I hired Tyler 4/10/26 all he did was kept asking for money my bill was 15,000 + material I paid 7500.00. On April 10th I paid 3985.00 on May 16 I paid 3624.00 the job is maybe at 2% he threatened me telling me that if I didn't pay up the remainder he would not finish the job. I cashed out some of my 401k. I make over 100k a year I make 5000.00 every 2 weeks so the money is here to pay for everything Im not afraid however I was afraid of Tyler.I had to hire other people and thankfully in 40hrs or less the job will get done with a crew. My Attorney I have had for over 7 years is taking my case . lam a single mom to a special needs son so I felt likeTyler was really taking advantage of us because of that. Every time I politely tried to give my input in to corrections needed on something he would blow up and be so me mean to me. He also would do stuff that's not included in the contract and would throw it in my face after multiple times I politely asked for him not to.He also lied and would say he purchased my toilet rings I went in and looked at my receipts of products he would return and he included those toilet rings in the new purchase from the credit I got from the other returns. He was also trying to cut my pipes behind my toilet and tried to tamper with my drain My home was built in 2023 its a new build therefore did not need them cut .Multiple times I told him I had a membership with several companies and that the drain had a warranty. I politely asked for him not to touch anything that was plumbing related he was very arrogant and kept saying he was a plumber for 3 years and that he was the best professional out here. My Attorney looked up his plumbing lisence and it's been expired for over 4 years now. Tyler would get mad if I let any other professional people come in and do work on my home. He would always try and find a way to make me pay for anything and he would say he could do the job finding any way to just stay in my home I wanted him out .Thankfully Benjamin Franklin came and serviced the drain before he got here. I also had to called the Police so that they can have him pick up his property but he never did . He also was being shady about me having cameras he said I was weird for having cameras. As a single Mom I need them to protect my family and my son that has seizures in case he has any episodes its recorded. Multiple times Tyler left my garage door open with all his tools there and my front door unlocked when he left with 0 regards for my property. Now my Attorney is going to try and win this lawsuit for me. Tyler is a very Bad person he is a savage wolf dressed in sheep's clothing whatch out doing any business with him please. I should have done so and done some research and I didn't because I thought he was ligit and I like to support my local businesses but he kept bugging me and I thought his business was ligit and it's not he doesn't have people working for him he lied and showed up to the project by himself. He comes and goes from your project he never actually works he is always on his phone or leaving the site or shows up late. One time he showed up so late and in a very bad mood my daughter and I were very afraid of him. Since he also said he had been in PRISON I was not sure the type of person I was dealing with . He lied and said he had a shop and that he had an office and staff it was all lies . I googled the address on this page and it goes to some apartments located at Centerra theres no office no shop . At this point I'm very afraid of him the Police told me not to touch his belongings and to leave everything exactly where he left them . I also changed the passcode to my door because he knew that as well. The new people coming in said the work he did was very horrible and that the cuts he did were very bad. He also put flooring comfort down and the new company said you can't do that because it creates pressure on the planks specially because the planks already have the cork backing they also said you can not put new LVP over old LVP because it affects the balancing on furniture and will also create pressure they will break speacially because the old planks also have foaming. The new company will outline the defective areas so that I can have a good detailed report for court.

We closed on our Hudson 55 model Bridgewater home built in the Sonders neighborhood in November of…read more2025. It has been 3 months post closing when I am writing this review. To start with we have had a great experience with Bridgewater and all the staff (Holly, Nate & Kyle). We feel we are lucky to have had Bridgewater as the builder. We have previously owned 3 different homes in 3 different cities over 30+ years, but this was our first new home build. Many of our friends told us how much of a headache building a new home would be and how painful the process would be; it wasn't a headache and it wasn't painful mainly due to Bridgewater. It did take some significant effort to understand and research all the options and focus on the decisions to be made, but that level of work was expected. We chose a lot of options, +2 ft to the back of the house, +4 ft to the front of the garage, +2 ft to the side of garage, finished our basement, and too many others to name. We were able to add some Tharp custom cabinets in our laundry room that turned out awesome. My suggestion is to ask others what options they chose and really like, what options they didn't choose and wish they had chosen. Read through the long options list many times, understand it, think about the things you can change later if needed vs. the ones that are more permanent. The work and decisions that need to be made in building a home are not easy but can be rewarding. I truly have a house I love, reach out if you a have question I can answer. Also I've read all the reviews and nothing is perfect, understood. It seems the years around the covid pandemic must have been a challenging time to build a house or have a house built. I wish that I didn't have to write this review, but I feel that anyone that is considering…read moreBridgewater for their next home should hear about our experience. This company builds a great home, we are in no way dissatisfied with the quality. Their customer service is where they dropped the ball with us. We signed the contract to build this home in late April of 2021 with a completion date of November 17th, 2021. We knew that this date would likely be pushed back a bit due to supply chain issues and labor shortages, but we didn't end up closing until April 29th, 2022. During this time, we were misled, ignored or flat out lied to by the representative we were working with. Her name is Cynthia Murphy and I highly suggest avoiding her as your salesperson. After quite a few months of this, we started working with Holly Braning and she is the one person that actually treated us with respect and did an amazing job. My dissatisfaction extends all the way up to the owner of Bridgewater. When I spoke with her about our experience and tried to hold them financially accountable for an option that we were told was included but wasn't, she told me that we were lucky that they were even honoring their contract with us! There is a certain way that I conduct myself in business dealings, and I don't care what the situation is, I would never say that to a client. We closed over a month ago on this home, and we still don't have the front yard landscaping installed (which is provided by Bridgewater). There are two incomplete homes on our street that have their landscaping installed, but ours is still missing. During the punch-list walk 1 week before closing, there was a long list of touchups that needed to be done, and nothing has been completed or even scheduled. The lot was never cleaned and there are nails and construction trash all over the front and back yards. We have blue and green tape all over the house and every time I see it, I wonder why they have decided that we don't deserve to be treated as well as all of the people who have left great reviews on this same site. We had such high hopes for this project because Bridgewater has an amazing reputation. Because of the way we were treated not only will we never build with them again, but I will make it a point to tell everyone I know to never use them either.

We began working with Stonescape Steel Roofing 08/29/2025 to have the siding on our home replaced…read moreafter it was damaged in a storm. Initially working with the company was good. Our contractor would respond and communication seemed decent. Ultimately large promises were made with little follow through. At the beginning of this process we were told they would cover the exposed portion of our home to prevent further damage. That just got done 02/09/2026 and they did not even cover all the exposed parts (I have photos). We were told multiple times weekly that they were waiting on approval from our insurance and it should be, "any day". We accepted this knowing sometimes insurance claims cause delays. We would ask for updates and it was always our insurance's fault. In December we went 4 weeks without any communication from Stonescape Steel Roofing. Later we found out our primary contractor was hurt on the job and no one else at the company bothered to communicate with us or take over our project. It took me calling and talking to the General Manager Sean to get an answer. The correction, the company had our initial contractor come back early from medical leave and communicate with us. I have a security video of this contractor in a medical brace at my home completing measurements. Another few weeks being told, "any day" and that the delay was our insurance. Fast forward to 02/05/2026 my husband and I both reached out to the company. I again spoke with Sean who provided multiple excuses as to why everything had taken so long. We were told again the delay was our insurance. My husband and I were told not to speak to our insurance because, "They wouldn't want to talk to us and would only want to talk to the contractor." We called our insurance finding out Stonescape Steel Roofing had only spoken to our insurance 4 times since 08/2025 and just sent the estimation approval request 02/04/2026. The entire time we had been lied to and our insurance was blamed for the lack of Stonescape Steel Roofing. I again spoke with Sean who stated the company "dropped the ball", "he didn't know what happened but it was clear people were not doing their jobs", and promised things would be better. We finally after 6 months get a full insurance approval. 02/18/2026 we had scheduled for someone from Stonescape Steel Roofing to come to our home, bring samples, and get progress progressing. I communicated 8 times leading up to 02/18/2026 to determine who was coming to our home and get a phone number. 8 times I was told they were working on it and would have the information to me shortly. No one showed. I tried to call my contractor and the phone number was no longer in service. There was no communication. When I called because no one showed up I was informed the contractor on our project had quit DAYS prior and they would work on reassigning my project. Again Stonescape Steel Roofing dropped the ball. Working with this company has been nothing but a headache. Lies, poor communication, and lack of accountability. The best part is 90% of our communication with them was done through text so I have a paper trail. I HIGHLY recommend you take your business literally anywhere else if you want the work done. Working with Stonescape Steel Roofing wasted time and energy. We are 6 months later and still have a damaged home. It was clearly demonstrated time and time again that they did not care about the work they were doing or their clients.
